Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种外墙用保温装饰板，包括聚氨酯保温层、所述聚氨酯保温层的一侧表面设有易粘贴层，另一侧表面设有防水层，所述防水层的结构为筐，筐的水平剖面呈矩形，聚氨酯保温层的一部分塞入防水层的筐内粘结固定。所述防水层的筐口边部设有与筐底平行的飞边，所述飞边上设有连接孔(该连接孔主要用于与墙体的连接)。本实用新型用聚氨酯作保温层，其保温效果优于泡沫板。当将本实用新型用于外墙面时，既可粘贴，又可以粘贴加连接件连接固定，贴合牢度高。

本实用新型涉及建筑材料，具体涉及墙体保温装饰材料。
背景技术：
随着社会的进步，人们的节能意识逐步得到增强，尤其在建筑行业，建造节能型房屋，已成为建筑业追求的目标。为了达到节能的目的，近些年来，建筑材料行业推出了多种节能材料，如用于砌筑墙体的保温砖、用于内外墙贴面的保温装饰板等，这些材料的应用，都较好的提高了房屋的保温性能。而目前用于外墙面的保温装饰板，一般都是用泡沫材料作为保温层，其保温效果不太理想，同时，目前的保温装饰板与外墙面都是采用粘贴的方式，有时会因粘贴牢度问题，造成保温装饰板与墙面脱离，不仅导致墙面的不美观，而且不安全。
发明内容：
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种外墙用保温装饰板，固定于墙体表面后，既美观、保温性能又好，且与墙体的连接强度高。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种外墙用保温装饰板，包括聚氨酯保温层、所述聚氨酯保温层的一侧表面设有易粘贴层，另一侧表面设有防水层，所述防水层的结构为筐，筐的水平剖面呈矩形，聚氨酯保温层的一部分塞入防水层的筐内粘结固定。本实用新型采用聚氨酯材料为保温层，其保温效果优于现有技术中的保温泡沫板。
本实用新型进一步改进方案是，聚氨酯保温层厚度的五分之一至四分之三塞入防水层的筐内粘结固定。
防水层的筐口边部设有与筐底平行的飞边，所述飞边上设有连接孔(该连接孔主要用于与墙体的连接)。当将本实用新型用于外墙面时，既可粘贴，又可以粘贴加连接件连接固定，贴合牢度高。
本实用新型更进一步改进方案是，防水层为金属材料，或为金属材料中的铝板、或铝塑板。

具体实施方式：
实施例1.
如图1所示，一种外墙用保温装饰板，包括聚氨酯保温层1、所述聚氨酯保温层1的一侧表面设有易粘贴层2，另一侧表面设有防水层3。如图3所示，所述防水层3的结构为筐，筐的水平剖面呈矩形，在本实施例中，聚氨酯保温层厚度的三分之二塞入防水层的筐内粘结固定，筐的深度与之匹配。
所述防水层为金属材料中的铝板。
本实用新型用于外墙保温装饰时，先在外墙的砂浆表面涂胶，然后将保温装饰板粘贴上去，再用泡沫条塞入板与板之间的缝隙中，然后用黑色的胶作密封处理。
实施例2
如图2、3所示，防水层的筐口边部设有与筐底平行的飞边4，所述飞边上设有连接孔5。本实用新型用于外墙保温装饰时，先在外墙的砂浆表面涂胶，然后将保温装饰板粘贴上去，接着用螺栓穿过飞边4的连接孔5与墙体连接固定，再用泡沫条塞入板与板之间的缝隙中，然后用黑色的胶作密封处理。其余实施如实施例1。

1.一种外墙用保温装饰板，包括聚氨酯保温层、所述聚氨酯保温层的一侧表面设有易粘贴层，另一侧表面设有防水层，其特征在于：所述防水层的结构为筐，筐的水平剖面呈矩形，聚氨酯保温层的一部分塞入防水层的筐内粘结固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种外墙用保温装饰板，其特征在于：聚氨酯保温层厚度的五分之一至四分之三塞入防水层的筐内粘结固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种外墙用保温装饰板，其特征在于：防水层为金属材料，或为金属材料中的铝板、或铝塑板。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种外墙用保温装饰板，其特征在于：防水层的筐口边部设有与筐底平行的飞边，所述飞边上设有连接孔。
