Abstract

本实用新型是一种多级斜插式铝液过滤箱。其特征在于过滤箱内设置有多块泡沫陶瓷过滤板，泡沫陶瓷过滤板以倾斜或垂直的角度放置。本实用新型的多级斜插式铝液过滤箱不同于现有的过滤方式，由于过滤板倾斜一定的角度，可以置放多级过滤板，大大提高了过滤效果，而且过滤板更换方便，不容易阻塞。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及铝加工(包括铝铸轧，铝热轧，铝铸造，电工圆铝杆，铝排等)领域，具体地说是一种多级斜插式铝液过滤箱。
背景技术
铝液中所夹杂的大量废渣，会直接影响到铝加工产品质量，要完全除掉这些废渣是不可能的，但人们总是努力做到铝加工产品中含渣量最少，目前最常用的方法是，除气(一般认为渣气共生)，扒渣，铝液过滤。从实际使用效果来看，目前大量使用的一级垂直过滤方式(见附图一，过滤板水平放置)，其过滤效果并不理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种过滤效果好的多级斜插式铝液过滤箱。
本实用新型的技术方案为：过滤箱内(或铝液流槽中)设置有多块泡沫陶瓷过滤板，泡沫陶瓷过滤板以一定的角度放置。放置在前的过滤板目数较小，放置在后的过滤板目数较大。
本实用新型的多级斜插式铝液过滤箱不同于现有的过滤方式，由于过滤板倾斜一定的角度，可以置放多级过滤板，大大提高了过滤效果，而且过滤板更换方便，不容易阻塞。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的多级斜插式铝液过滤箱上可在现有过滤箱之外，另外加装一套或多套过滤箱，该过滤箱内或铝液流槽中设置有多块泡沫陶瓷过滤板，泡沫陶瓷过滤板以一定的角度放置(根据需要以任何角度放置，直插或斜插，水平放置除外)。放置在前的过滤板目数较小，放置在后的过滤板目数较大。

1.一种多级斜插式铝液过滤箱，其特征在于过滤箱内设置有多块泡沫陶瓷过滤板，泡沫陶瓷过滤板以倾斜或垂直的角度放置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多级斜插式铝液过滤箱，其特征在于放置在前的过滤板目数较小，放置在后的过滤板目数较大。
