本实用新型涉及一种水箱模块交角密封件。公知的水箱拼装模块角尖交汇处，特别是四块模块构成互相垂直的两面角尖交汇处会出现较大间隙。本实用新型在连接螺栓上自内向外依次设有内压板、橡胶垫块、外压板。且内压板设计成一面平面，另一面为外凸面来解决角尖交汇处的密封。本实用新型具有结构合理、密封性能好等优点。

本实用新型涉及一种水箱模块交角密封件，它特别适用于模块间有一定交角的模块顶角尖交汇处的密封。
背景技术
公知的拼装水箱一般是由多块模块连接而成，其在四块模块交角处，特别是两模块连接后再与另外两相连的模块连接成互相垂直的两面时，其四个顶角尖交汇处会出现较大间隙，一般情况下难以解决渗漏问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种水箱模块交角密封件。
本实用新型的技术方案包括内压板、外压板、橡胶垫块、螺栓、螺母等构成。
螺栓上自内向外依次设有内压板、橡胶垫块、外压板。
内压板设计成一面平面，一面外凸面。
本实用新型具有结构合理、密封性能好等优点。

附图中，1、6为螺母，2为内压板，3为橡胶垫块，4为螺栓，5为外压板。
具体实施方式
将如附图所示的密封件运用于由模块拼装的水箱之中。由于每个模块的角尖处都存在一个小圆弧，当多块模块连接成一个面与另外多个模块连接而成的平面之间互相垂直连接时(即二面角为90°)，此时螺栓4穿过四块模块角尖交汇的密封层，橡胶垫块3、内压板2置于90°二面角一侧，将外压板5、螺母6置于90°二面角的外角的一侧。这样通过螺母1、6的作用使得内压板2紧压于橡胶垫块3上，且由于内压板2与橡胶垫块3接触的一面设计成凸面，使得橡胶垫块3紧压于模块角尖交汇处，从而实现密封。外压板5的形状可根据模块外侧固定物的形状而定，实现了便于固定、便于安装。

1.一种水箱模块交角密封件，其特征在于螺栓(4)自内向外依次设有内压板(2)、橡胶垫块(3)、外压板(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水箱模块交角密封件，其特征还在于内压块(2)一面为平面，另一面为外凸面。
