本实用新型涉及一种筛分装置，它可用于水泥、化工、冶金等行业物料的粉磨、均化设备中，特别适用于以上行业物料的立式粉磨设备中。在立式粉磨设备壳体1的内壁上焊有法兰2，筛板3一端与法兰2固定连接，另一端延伸至磨盘4，与磨盘4之间留有一定的间隙，筛板3呈圆锥形或圆形。该筛分装置运用到立式粉磨设备中，能有效地控制物料出磨颗度，提高产品质量，降低能耗。

本实用新型涉及一种筛分装置，它可用于水泥、化工、冶金等行业物料的粉磨、均化设备中，特别适用于以上行业物料的立式粉磨设备中。
背景技术
目前的立式粉磨设备，物料是通过磨内分离器装置选出合格产品后排出磨外，或物料经卸料装置直接排出磨外。采用分离器的立式粉磨设备，物料在分选的过程中，一部分粗颗粒被甩出经排渣口排出磨外，被甩出的粗颗粒须经提升设备再次送进立式粉磨设备中进行粉磨，这样循环往复，使设备的能耗增加。其次采用卸料装置直接排料，产品细度不均匀，影响产品品质。
发明内容
本实用新的目的是针对以上问题，设计一种筛分装置，该装置运用到立式粉磨设备中，能有效地控制物料出磨粒度，提高产品质量，降低能耗。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本筛分装置是在立式粉磨设备壳体1的内壁上焊接法兰2，筛板3一端与法兰2固定连接，另一端延伸至磨盘4，与磨盘4之间留有一定的间隙。
本实用新型的有益效果是，粉磨后的物料通过筛分装置，能有效地控制产品细度，提高产量，降低能耗。

具体实施方式
在立式粉磨设备壳体1的内壁上焊有法兰2，筛板3一端与法兰2固定连接，另一端延伸至磨盘4，与磨盘4之间留有一定的间隙，筛板3呈圆锥形或圆形。该筛分装置运用到立式粉磨设备中，能有效地控制物料出磨粒度，提高产品质量，降低能耗。

Claims (2)

1.一种筛分装置，它由壳体、法兰、筛板、磨盘等构成，其特征在于：在壳体(1)上焊有法兰(2)、筛板(3)一端与法兰(2)固定连接，另一端延伸至磨盘(4)，与磨盘(4)留有一定间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种筛分装置，其特征在于：在筛板(3)上设有小孔。
