技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种面食制品加工器，尤其是一种擀面杖。
背景技术 众所周知，在制作面食制品过程中，擀面杖是不可或缺的工具之一。但是现在的擀面杖却存在严重不足，例如：用擀面杖压制面饼时，面饼经常粘贴在擀面杖上，人们需要不断用手撕下面饼，非常不便。为了解决上述问题，我们提供了一种新式擀面杖。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种擀面杖，用于解决普通擀面杖在压制面饼时容易粘贴在杖身上的问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型擀面杖，包括圆柱体杖身，杖身为圆管形结构，两端设有内置螺纹木塞；在杖身表面均匀开设细小透孔。
采用上述结构后，使用者可正常用杖身压制面饼；一旦面饼粘贴在杖身上，使用者可打开螺纹木塞，把面粉填入空心杖身内，然后便可正常用杖身压制面饼，在压制过程中，面粉从透孔逐渐渗出，用面粉盖住面饼，可避免粘贴，从而节省工作时间。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单、方便实用、外形美观、工艺合理，在压制过程中可避免面饼与杖身粘贴在一起，可提高工作效率。
