为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案，本实用新型包括牙刷，其结构要点是在牙刷的杆上设置可沿杆移动的壳体，壳体内的牙膏腔的一侧具有通孔，壳体牙膏腔的另一侧设置有活塞杆。
本实用新型的有益效果：
由于本实用新型在牙刷的杆上设置可沿杆移动的壳体，壳内的牙膏腔的一侧具有通孔，壳体牙膏腔的另一侧设置有活塞杆；就可在外出时，不用分别带牙膏或牙刷，带本实用新型牙具就可以了；而且牙膏在壳体内，不易挤坏。因此，本实用新型给使用者提供了方便。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型包括牙刷6，在牙刷6的杆5上设置可沿杆5移动的壳体3，壳体3内的牙膏腔2的一侧具有通孔4，壳体3牙膏腔2的另一侧设置有活塞杆1。
首先通过活塞杆1将牙膏吸收到牙膏腔2内；使用时，以活塞杆1向左推动，牙膏经通孔4输出，再到牙刷6的刷毛7上即可。
