Abstract

阴极振打系统,包括振打轴和固定在其上的振打锤,及设置有减速电机和传动轴的振打传动装置。在传动轴中设置有绝缘瓷转轴和销轮传动机构,利用绝缘瓷转轴连接上传动轴和下传动轴,并将阴极与阳极分开;利用销轮传动机构将放电极振打传动轴垂直旋转的力传递到水平布置的振打轴上,使其上布置的振打锤绕振打轴旋转,当旋转到某一角度时振打锤在重力的作用下自由下落,撞击在放电极排的振打砧子上,将吸附在其上的灰尘打落到灰斗里,达到清灰的效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电除尘器的振打系统,特别涉及一种电除尘器的阴极振打系统。
技术背景
目前,电除尘器的阴极振打系统多采用侧部回转振打方式或顶部提升振打方式。侧部回转振打方式的缺点主要为:绝缘瓷转轴及隔离密封板的表面容易造成积灰爬电,而导致绝缘瓷转轴击穿损坏,影响电除尘器连续、稳定的运行;顶部提升振打方式的缺点主要为:由于这种装置是将振打锤提升一个角度自由落下,振打力小,锤体重量大,所有振打锤同时振打,容易产生二次扬尘,难以保证50mg/Nm3新的国家排放标准。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术的缺点,提供了一种不仅结构简单,而且能够满足电除尘器的连续、稳定、有效运行的阴极振打系统。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:包括顶梁和振打轴,在顶梁内设置有放电极悬吊绝缘子,顶梁的上端设置有减速电机座,减速电机安装在减速电机座上,减速电机座内设置有安装上传动轴的轴承座,上传动轴与减速电机的输出轴相连,上传动轴还通过绝缘瓷转轴与穿过放电极悬吊绝缘子的下传动轴相连接,在下传动轴的底部设置有销轮,在振打轴上设置有与销轮相配合的销轮盘和振打锤。
本实用新型相邻两振打锤的间距与极间距相等,振打锤的数量与电场的通道数相等,且相邻两振打锤圆周方向的夹角为150度。
由于本实用新型将绝缘瓷转轴置于顶梁内部的洁净的空间内,使其表面不会被电场内带有粉尘的烟气所污染,造成表面积灰,形成爬电,以至将绝缘瓷转轴击穿,影响电除尘器的使用;在传动轴与振打轴间利用销轮传动机构,将减速电机从垂直方向传来的力传递到水平布置的振打轴,带动振打锤旋转。这种销轮传动机构工作时无需润滑,具有很好的耐磨性,非常适合在这种恶劣的工作环境下工作;在上传动轴处,设置有轴承座,将整个传动轴吊挂在其上,这样能够很好的补偿热胀冷缩所产生的伸缩量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的结构原理及工作原理作进一步详细说明。
参见图1,2,本实用新型包括顶梁7和振打轴10,在顶梁7内设置有放电极悬吊绝缘子8,在顶梁7的上端设置有减速电机座2,减速电机1安装在减速电机座2上,减速电机座2内设置有安装上传动轴4的轴承座3,上传动轴4与减速电机1的输出轴相连,上传动轴4还通过绝缘瓷转轴5与穿过放电极悬吊绝缘子8的下传动轴6相连接,在下传动轴6的底部设置有销轮9,在振打轴10上设置有与销轮9相配合的销轮盘11和振打锤12,相邻两振打锤12的间距与极间距相等,振打锤12的数量与电场的通道数相等,且相邻两振打锤12圆周方向的夹角为150度。
本实用新型将侧部振打传动方式改为顶部振打传动方式,即将减速电机1置于顶梁7上方,带动穿过顶梁7和放电极悬吊绝缘子8进入电场的传动轴做垂直转动,垂直转动的传动轴通过销轮9及销轮盘11驱动振打轴10进行水平转动,从而带动振打锤12旋转,当振打锤12旋转到某一角度时振打锤12在重力的作用下自由下落,并撞击在放电极排的振打砧子上,将吸附在其上的灰尘打落到灰斗里,达到清灰的效果。
本实用新型利用绝缘瓷转轴5将上传动轴4与下传动轴6连接,并将阴极与阳极分开;利用安放在顶梁7内部的放电极悬吊绝缘子8,将顶梁7内部的空间与除尘室分开,使顶梁7内部不会被电场内带有粉尘的烟气所污染,形成一个洁净的空间,而绝缘瓷转轴5恰恰位于此空间内,从而确保了绝缘瓷转轴5永远不会发生积灰、结露造成爬电击穿而损坏;上传动轴4及下传动轴6采用吊挂的方式吊挂在减速电机座2上,利用减速电机座2来支撑传动轴并对其进行径向定位,以此来保证传动轴下部的销轮9与销轮盘11的配合精度,相邻两振打锤12圆周方向的夹角为150度,在撞击放电极振打砧子时形成先后顺序,这样就减少了二次扬尘,提高了电除尘器的工作效率。

1、一种阴极振打系统,包括顶梁(7)和振打轴(10),在顶梁(7)内设置有放电极悬吊绝缘子(8),其特征在于:顶梁(7)的上端设置有减速电机座(2),减速电机(1)安装在减速电机座(2)上,减速电机座(2)内设置有安装上传动轴(4)的轴承座(3),上传动轴(4)与减速电机(1)的输出轴相连,上传动轴(4)还通过绝缘瓷转轴(5)与穿过放电极悬吊绝缘子(8)的下传动轴(6)相连接,在下传动轴(6)的底部设置有销轮(9),在振打轴(10)上设置有与销轮(9)相配合的销轮盘(11)和振打锤(12)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的阴极振打系统,其特征在于:所说的相邻两振打锤(12)的间距与极间距相等,振打锤(12)的数量与电场的通道数相等,且相邻两振打锤(12)圆周方向的夹角为150度。
