背景技术
见图1,卧式换热器常规折流板结构多为圆缺式折流板5,流体9在壳体3内流动时存在一定的涡流死区10,影响换热器的传热效果.为了提高传热效率除采用高效换热管外,对换热器壳程折流板形式也进行了多种方式的改进,如采用折流杆.螺旋折流板等,对强化壳程流体流动方式都起到了一定的作用.但由于受到制造能力的制约,在实际工程中应用并不普遍,因此大多数仍采用圆缺式折流板结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的卧式换热器结构,消除圆缺式折流板结构存在的涡流死区,提高换热效率,并且容易制造。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:它包括壳体、管箱、定距管、换热管和折流板,其特征是:在折流板贴近壳体处钻有小孔。
本实用新型的优点是:消除圆缺式折流板结构存在的涡流死区,提高换热效率,能提高换热能力5%左右,并且容易制造。

具体实施方式
见图2,壳程壳体3设置壳程进口2和出口8,两端组装管箱1、7,定距管4、换热管6和圆缺式折流板5按常规技术组装在壳程壳体3内,在圆缺式折流板5贴近壳体处钻有多个小孔12。介质从壳程进口2进入到壳体3中,沿折流板5横向流动,形成主流体,沿壳程出口8排出。介质通过折流板上的小孔12形成射流,破坏了原来的旋涡,消除换热死区,而钻孔后的折流板5两侧常规涡流区两边流通,由主气流带动后随主气流流动,提高了换热效率。
