本实用新型涉及一种四点接触球式转盘轴承的隔离块,隔离块中心为通孔,即空心结构,隔离块在球窝中部与钢球形成角接触,隔离块的球窝面上嵌有圆形凹槽。本实用新型的有益效果是,隔离块心为通孔,有助于储存润滑油脂,且能储存轴承在回转过程中可能进入滚道的杂质;隔离块钢球触不在球窝底部接触,而是在球窝中部与钢球成角接触,有助于轴承的灵活回转。隔离块球窝面上嵌有几条圆形凹槽,有助于及时补充回转过程中所需的润滑油脂。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种四点接触球式转盘轴承的隔离块,主要应用于风力发电机桨叶的支承,起着变桨、调桨的作用。
背景技术
随着人类环保意识的不断提高,尽可能地利用可再生能源正在成为越来越多国家和地区人们的共识。在各种可再生能源的利用中,风力发电技术由于独特的优势正在引起人们的重视。近二十年来,风力发电技术在德国等西方发达国家发展迅速,已经形成相当大的产业规模。我国是一个资源相对贫乏的国家,因此,国家把风力发电设备列为国家重点研究项目。近十年国内企业通过技术引进和自主研发相结合,在这一领域也有了长足进步。
风力发电设备能否可靠运行,轴承起着决定性的作用。风力发电设备用轴承主要特点是寿命要求长一般不低于20年、可靠性高可靠性不低于99%、回转精度高、稳定性能好、启动力矩小、旋转灵活并具有很好的耐腐蚀性能。
为了保证轴承的启动力矩和旋转精度,轴承的滚动体钢球之间采用尼龙隔离块隔离。目前,常用的隔离块结构是实心的圆柱体,在两个端面挖有球窝,与钢球在球窝底部接触。该种结构从润滑以及轴承回转的角度来看是相当不利的。
发明内容
为了保证轴承的旋转精度及高可靠性,本发明提供了一种四点接触球式转盘轴承的隔离块结构,不仅起到了隔离钢球的作用,而且方便加工、有助于轴承的润滑并能保证钢球与隔离块之间的回转的同步性。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种四点接触球式转盘轴承的隔离块,隔离块4中心为通孔,即空心结构,隔离块4在球窝中部与钢球2形成角接触,隔离块4的球窝面上嵌有圆形凹槽。
本实用新型的有益效果是,隔离块4心为通孔,有助于储存润滑油脂,且能储存轴承在回转过程中可能进入滚道的杂质;隔离块4钢球2触不在球窝底部接触,而是在球窝中部与钢球2成角接触,有助于轴承的灵活回转。隔离块4球窝面上嵌有几条圆形凹槽,有助于及时补充回转过程中所需的润滑油脂。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在图1中,先装配座圈1与轴圈3,钢球2与隔离块4交错安装,先把钢球2从堵球块5未安装的堵球口装入滚道,然后隔离块4从堵球块5未安装的堵球口装入滚道,依次类推。最后一个或两个隔离块4允许修配安装。最后把堵球块5装入。
