技术领域
本实用新型属于风力发电轴承环保高技术领域。主要提出一种大型回转支承轴承支承滚动体隔离块。特别涉及类似大型风力发电机用回转支承新型轴承,其结构是一种新型分离保持架,材料是高分子尼龙1010新材料。
背景技术
随着社会发展,发电已成为拉动内需的支柱企业,发电行业的轴承是核心研发技术。我国发电设备有水利发电、核发电、火力发电、风力发电等不同方法,现在新兴风力发电是一种环保工程,轴承也是新研发的回转支承轴承,这种发电设备与世界接轨,采用新结构的回转支承轴承。满足与其他发电方法不同的设备要求。风力发电设备质量达到国际水平,与之匹配的轴承达到国际水平。这就要求与之相配套的轴承设计、制造水平与国际水平相适应。回转支撑轴承属于特大型轴承,保持架有铜材料、铁材料,这些材料比重大,回转离心力大,同时成本高,尤其是铜保持架成本更高。大型保持架加工难度也很大,世界先进的设计材质采用高分子合成材料,性能好,强度高、比重轻,非常适合做轴承保持架。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的设计新型风电回转支撑轴承保持架。这种保持架与原来的保持架截然不一样,这种设计合理、结构简单、性能可靠。
本实用新型实现上述目的采取的技术方案是:在轴承外圈、内圈、滚子中间设计一个圆柱型隔离块,起到保持架的作用。节约成本加工方便。使用寿命可靠。
高转速、高承载负荷、高使用寿命的回转支承轴承尼龙1010隔离块,各种块状隔离体放在滚动体与轴承套圈之间,起到隔离滚动体,引导滚动体的保持架作用。这种隔离块采用尼龙1010(6-9-12)型材料,能承受30-35吨的冲击力而不碎裂。能在正负50度的温差下正常工作。
本实用新型隔离块设计合理。材料选取特殊,采用尼龙1010(6-8-12),在国内属于首创。

如附图1所示,本实施例是在外圈滚道1和内圈滚道2设置两列滚动体,由隔离块的圆弧面3与滚动体接触,起回转作用。保持架隔离块结构设计的合理性及工艺可靠性是设计的一个关键点。本实施例保持架隔离块选用尼龙1010材料制作,从而有效解决了现有保持架隔离块在高速运转情况下,材料的耐磨性能差、容易掉铜渣的缺陷。增加轴承使用寿命。
