本实用新型涉及水泥管的制造设备技术领域,特别是柔性接口、开槽施工或顶进施工的圆形混凝土管的成型设备。
背景技术
本实用新型一般承插式、柔性企口、平口、F型接口钢筋混凝土的排水管生产设备中都需采用振动器对水泥混凝土施行振实,通常振动电机是布置在振动芯棒的下方的,而振动芯棒的芯轴与电机输出轴之间多采用万向节联接传动。万向节传动的缺点是:万向节传动的瞬时传动比不恒定,会产生附加动载荷,影响振动器的使用寿命。因此这种连接方式致使生产效率受一定的影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于设计一种连接稳定的、不影响生产效率的混凝土管的芯模振动器与电机的连接结构。
本实用新型包括与电机连接的从动轮,在从动轮的上端同轴固定连接主轴承座,在主轴承座的上方布置振动棒芯,所述振动棒芯的下端固定连接花键,在主轴承座的上端同轴固接花键套,所述花键配合在花键套内。
本实用新型将以往电机与振动芯棒之间的连接方式由万向节连接改进为花键联接,这种传动方式优点有:花键传动为多齿传动,承载能力高、对中性好、导向性好、齿根较浅,应力集中较小、轴与毂的强度削弱小,使得振动器使用寿命加长,传动转矩大、效率高,提高了生产效率和能源利用率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,1为与电机的输出端通过皮带或链条连接的从动轮,在从动轮1的上端同轴固定连接主轴承座2,在主轴承座2的上方布置振动棒芯3。
振动棒芯3的下端固定连接花键4。
在主轴承座2的上端同轴固接花键套5,花键4配合在花键套5内。

1、混凝土管的芯模振动器与电机的连接结构,包括与电机连接的从动轮,在从动轮的上端同轴固定连接主轴承座,在主轴承座的上方布置振动棒芯,其特征在于所述振动棒芯的下端固定连接花键,在主轴承座的上端同轴固接花键套,所述花键配合在花键套内。
