Abstract

本实用新型提供一种用于保温透光的深加工平板玻璃制品。它由二片间隔为4-20毫米的平板板玻璃周边构成中空玻璃体,将平板玻璃和玻璃周边结合部位加温熔接,抽出空间内部所含空气,充进氩、氪等气体,保持内外气压相等,便制出隔热保温采光玻璃制品。其特征是:双层平板玻璃体内充填了专门气体,热传导系数优于真空体,透光保温效果好,在低温潮湿环境下可不生霜,其透光率保持100%,可制成较大面积的块体。适用于建筑、工业等大面积保温隔热材料需要。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种深加工玻璃制品,用于隔热、保温、透光设施。
背景技术  现在应用的双层中空玻璃,是在两层玻璃之间保留一定空隙,玻璃空隙周围用铝框和密封剂密封,从而使之与同种厚度的单层玻璃相比,传热系数降低50%,一片18毫米厚的双层中空玻璃,其隔热效果可与重量为其16倍的100毫米厚的混凝土墙相当,而其所用框料则比用双层玻璃窗节省近40%。中空玻璃虽具有明显的节能和省料效果,但透光率受气候环境的影响较大,同时亦受所使用的密封剂,干燥剂的质量影响,使其降低使用性能和使用寿命。
发明内容  本实用新型提供一种既节省框料,又能在所用原料玻璃本身所能承受的气温环境下,始终保持100%透光率和更小的热传导系数的高效、节能、省料、长效的平板玻璃制品。
本实用新型是这样实现的:在二片玻璃平行放置之间,根据设计需要留出4-20毫米的空隙,空隙的周围仍由玻璃经加工使之与两片平板玻璃融接为一个中空密封体,抽出密封体内部空间的空气,同时充填进氩氪等专门特性气体,使密封体内外气压基本平衡。由于二层玻璃间充填了氩氪类的气体,使空隙的传导系数降低,保温效果显著提高,另因气体的特性,受外界气温环境影响极小,透光率始终保持100%,其使用性能和使用寿命与原料玻璃同等。另因充气后,内外气压平衡,对玻璃没有什么压力,可以使玻璃的面积做得大,以适应更广泛的用途。

具体实施说明
附图是本实用新型结构的纵向剖面图。其结构为:由确定尺寸和厚度的两片平板玻璃(2)与玻璃周边(1)形成一个空心平板玻璃体,两平板玻璃(2)之间的空隙(3)根据需要在4-20毫米内选择。将平板玻璃(2)和玻璃周边(1)预热加温对接,留有气孔,然后抽出内部空气,同时补充氩氪等气体,再封闭充气孔。便制成内部具有充气空间(3)的确定尺寸的平板充气玻璃制品。

Claims (3)

1、一种隔热保温采光充气玻璃,是将两片中间具有一定间隔的平板玻璃,用玻璃周边相连接,其特征是由两片平板玻璃与周边融接成一个密封的中空平板玻璃体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的隔热保温采光充气玻璃,其特征是密封体的内部空间充填氩、氪等气体。
3、根据权利要求1所述的隔热保温采光充气玻璃,其特征是两片平板玻璃之间间隔为4-20毫米。
