背景技术
现有照明用的光源大都为白炽灯或钠灯等,其耗电量大,为热炽灯泡,散热量大,使用寿命短,不符合绿色环保要求。近年来出现的半导体发光二极管LED是一种可以直接将电能转化为可见光的冷光源器件,具有工作电压低、耗电量小、发光效率高、响应时间极短、抗冲击、耐振动、性能稳定可靠、光色纯、无毒、无害、体积小等优点。但单个亮度有限,最大仅数瓦,照明效果很差。

本实用新型蜂窝式LED灯具,由LED和灯体构成。灯具主体为曲面或平面的LED灯座板,其上遍布外大内小的圆锥形或多面体形凹坑或通孔,状似蜂窝,凹坑或通孔内壁为具有反光、聚光功能的反光面或光亮镀层,凹坑底部插装LED。灯座板上的LED串联、或并联、或串并联组合。灯座板上的LED分为三组,与智能控制器、或定时开关、或光控开关连接,可分组开启,以调节亮度和开启时间,节省能源。灯座板置于具有散热功能的灯壳上。灯壳上的散热件为散热栅条、栅格或翅片。
本实用新型蜂窝式LED灯具可采用铝合金或铸铝、或工程塑料制做,形状多种多样,大小根据需要和场合而定。由于其上的LED不仅能反光、聚光还可分组、分区控制,灯具的亮度因而可控、可调使用方便、随意。由于具有良好的散热功能,不仅可长时间使用,而且适应各种环境、条件,是一种十分理想的室内照明或街道路灯的更新换代产品。

本实用新型蜂窝式LED灯具由LED和灯体构成,灯具主体为曲面或平面的LED灯座板1,其上遍布外大内小的圆锥形或多面体形凹坑或通孔2,状似蜂窝。凹坑或通孔2内壁为反光面或有光亮镀层,凹坑2底部可插装LED3,状似蜂窝,灯座板1上的LED3串联、或并联、或串并联组合。灯座板1上的LED3分三组,与智能控制器或定时开关、或光控开关4连接。灯座板1置于具有散热功能的灯壳6上。灯壳6上有散热栅条、或栅格、或翅片5。为方便用户识别,选用,可在灯具上标注LED有关文字用样。

1、蜂窝式LED灯具,由灯体和LED构成,其特征在于所说的灯具主体为曲面或平面的LED灯座板(1),其上遍布外大内小、不同照射方向的圆锥形或多面体形凹坑或通孔(2),状似蜂窝,凹坑或通孔(2)内壁为反光面或光亮镀层,凹坑(2)底部插装LED(3),灯座板(1)上的LED(3)串联、或并联或串并联组合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝式LED灯具,其特征在于灯座板(1)上的LED(3)分三组,与智能控制器、或定时开关或光控开关(4)连接。
