本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的一些困难而提供一种功能多、投资少、占有空间小的拖挂类房车。
本实用新型的技术方案是：此拖挂类房车包括车厢、通过牵引架与车厢连接的动力设备，在车厢的四角分别设置有支柱，同时，车厢两侧设置有车门，在车门外部的正下方设置有伸缩式台阶。
所述的支柱为伸缩式的结构，车门为推拉式车门，伸缩式台阶为钢结构，车厢材料为复合彩板、铝合金、塑钢和合成材料中的一种。
本实用新型优点：具有功能多，投资少，占有空间小的特点，同时由于使用的材料是复合彩板、铝合金、塑钢和合成材料中的一种，所以具有重量轻的特点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括车厢1、通过牵引架6与车厢1连接的动力设备，在车厢1的四角分别设置有支柱2，同时，车厢1两侧设置有车门7，在车门7外部的正下方设置有钢结构的伸缩式台阶5，同时又可以拆卸，能够节省很大的空间。
所述的支柱2为伸缩式的结构，车门7为推拉式车门。
车厢1的材料为复合彩板、铝合金、塑钢和合成材料中的一种，这几种材料能够很好的减轻整个车身的重量。
