背景技术
现有的双吸泵密封环的结构是在叶轮与密封环配合前有一挡肩,用以改善密封环进水流道的光滑过渡,使用出现磨损以后,配合处的间隙增大,但只打开泵盖后,观测间隙大小很困难,要观测准确的间隙只能吊出整个转子部件,相当麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中双吸泵密封环在运行中发生磨损后观测间隙非常困难所存在的问题,提供一种无需吊出转子,仅打开泵盖就能观测到密封环与叶轮配合处的间隙大小的密封环,本实用新型设计一种便于观测径向间隙的密封环,包括密封环,其特征在于:在密封环上有一圈与叶轮配合的凸起的挡肩,在挡肩上开有轴向的槽。挡肩上的槽有两个以上。挡肩上的轴向槽贯通于挡肩。挡肩的槽为机械切削成型。挡肩的槽为在铸造密封环时由浇铸成型。本实用新型的优点在于仅打开泵盖,从侧面即可观测配合处的间隙大小,以便做出应对,减少司泵工工作量。

具体实施方式
图中包括密封环1,其特征在于:在密封环1上有一圈与叶轮2配合的凸起的挡肩3,在挡肩3上开有轴向的槽4。挡肩3上的槽4有两个以上。挡肩3上的轴向槽4贯通于挡肩3。挡肩3的槽4为机械切削成型(或铸造密封环1时由浇铸成型)。当挡肩3装配后,在挡肩3上的贯通槽4直达密封环1与叶轮2的配合处,因此通过槽4就能观测到叶轮2与密封环1配合处的情况,从而就可以不用吊出转子完成观测磨损状态,以便决定是否需要更换密封环,减少司泵工工作量。
