背景技术:现有多桥汽车后桥限位拉杆是由拉杆两端上设吊耳构成,在载重行车转弯过程中,多桥扭力大,会使限位拉杆定形性弯曲变形,吊耳内尼龙套破碎,当正常直行时易使桥与桥之间失去平行,各桥轮胎不行一线,增加了行车阻力,加重对轮胎的磨损。
发明内容:本实用新型的技术方案是提供一种不易产生定形性弯曲,在正常行驶时保证桥与桥之间的平行和各桥轮胎行一线的多桥汽车后桥限位拉杆。
技术方案:一种多桥汽车后桥限位拉杆,在两个吊耳内设尼龙套,其特征是在两个吊耳之间设连接机构;连接机构是由弹簧套和穿钉拉杆组成,弹簧套一端与上侧吊耳相连,另一端设中孔;穿钉拉杆由中孔穿出与下侧吊耳相连;在穿钉拉杆钉帽与上侧吊耳之间的弹簧套内设压簧。
其中,在弹簧套与穿钉拉杆相接端处套装密封胶套。
由于采用上述方案,在汽车转弯时,内圈的限位拉杆受力缩短,使桥与桥之间形成外圈宽、内圈窄,使轮胎随从转弯的状态,减少了轮胎与路面横向磨擦和行车阻力,直行后,穿钉拉杆在压簧的作用下复位,保持桥与桥之间的标准位置;具有不易产生定形性弯曲,在正常行驶时保证桥与桥之间的平行和各桥轮胎行一线,能提高轮胎使用寿命的优点。

1、一种多桥汽车后桥限位拉杆,在两个吊耳(1)内设尼龙套(2),其特征是在两个吊耳(1)之间设连接机构;连接机构是由弹簧套(3)和穿钉拉杆(4)组成,弹簧套(3)一端与上侧吊耳相连,另一端设中孔;穿钉拉杆(4)由中孔穿出与下侧吊耳相连;在穿钉拉杆(4)钉帽与上侧吊耳之间的弹簧套(3)内设压簧(5)。
