本实用新型公开了一种门窗中梃连接件,其关键是在一种以导热系数较低、韧性较好材料制成的凹形构件(1)的侧壁(3)的顶端还有一对小倒钩(2)。这样构成的门窗中梃连接件,使用时先将连接件固定在木型材上,再把木型材直接压进铝型材卡槽内即可,施工方便、简洁实用。由于材质的导热系数大大低于铝合金材料,中梃连接件将铝材与木材完全断开,降低了门窗的导热系数,增强保温性能。

本实用新型涉及一种连接件,特别是一种门窗中梃连接件。
背景技术
目前在一些高档建筑中的门窗经常采用铝木复合型材构成,该种铝木复合门窗型材的骨架为铝合金,而其室内可见部分则采用高档实木复合装饰。铝木复合型材在实际制作中,铝型材与木型材是根据设计要求分别制成后再进行复合组装的。在复合组装铝木门窗中梃型材时,一般采用铝合金型材上的卡位直接与中梃木线连接。该种连接方式紧密、简单。但复合组装时铝合金型材需经过尺寸计算、下料等多道工序,过程较为烦琐,而且材料成本增加。另外中梃木线与铝合金型材卡位件直接连接,从节能角度考虑,没有断桥,不是最佳选择。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服现有铝木门窗中梃型材复合方式的不足,而提出一种新型门窗中梃连接件。使用该种连接件组装复合铝木门窗中梃型材时,施工方便、简洁实用。而且可以降低门窗的导热系数,增强保温性能。
本实用新型是这样实现的:在一种以导热系数较低、韧性较好材料制成的凹形构件的侧壁的顶端还有一对小倒钩。这样构成的门窗中梃连接件在使用时,先将连接件固定在木型材上,再把木型材直接压进铝型材卡槽内即可,施工方便、简洁实用。由于连接件材质的导热系数大大低于铝合金材料,中梃接件将铝材与木材完全断开,降低了门窗的导热系数,增强保温性能。

具体实施方式
结合图1、图2、图3、图4,在一种尼龙制成的凹形构件1的侧壁3的顶端还有一对小倒钩2。该种门窗中梃连接件的纵向长度在10mm~200mm之间。使用时先将尼龙凹形构件1固定在木型材4上,再把木型材4直接压向铝型材5的卡槽,这时弹性及韧性较好的尼龙凹形构件1的侧壁3先向中间弯曲变形,当尼龙凹形构件1压到位后,其侧壁3即弹回恢复原状,同时促使顶端的小倒钩2紧密地卡在铝型材5的卡口上,使木型材4牢固地于铝型材5连接在一起。

1、一种门窗中梃连接件,其特征在于:在一种以导热系数较低、韧性较好材料制成的凹形构件(1)的侧壁(3)的顶端还有一对小倒钩(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所说的一种门窗中梃连接件,其特征在于所说的凹形构件(1)的纵向长度在10mm~200mm之间。
3、根据权利要求1所说的一种门窗中梃连接件,其特征在于所的凹形构件(1)是以尼龙制成的。
