本实用新型公开了一种新型压线连接件,是一种适用于门窗组装时铝型材、玻璃与木型材之间的压线连接件,其关键是连接件的体主视截面呈“ㄣ”形,但在截面中间横梁1的下方还有一凸起3,在横梁1的一端是垂直于横梁1的固定块4,在横梁1的另一端是一具有弹性的弧形压脚2,而其总体侧视平面呈矩形。本实用新型安装简便、速度快,可节省人力、物力。另外,由于尼龙材质的导热系数大大低于铝合金材料,压线连接件将铝材与木材完全断开,降低了门窗的导热系数,增强保温性能。

本实用新型涉及一种连接件,特别是一种适用于门窗组装时铝型材、玻璃与木型材之间的新型压线连接件。
背景技术
现有的铝木复合门窗系列产品中,室内木压线或其他装饰性压线安装时,一般都通过与铝型材上的压线扣相配合的方式连接。实际安装时,压线条及铝合金型材需经过尺寸计算、下料等多道工序,过程较为烦琐。而且安装时质量不易控制,容易造成剥离或高低不平,直接增加了铝合金型材及压线条的损耗。特别是在安装内框压线采用较为美观的45°对角时,其最后一条无法扣压到位。另外,利用铝型材上的压线扣直接安装木压线或其他装饰性压线时,压线条与铝型材直接接触,热传导没有断桥,增加能量损耗,不节能。
发明内容
本实用新型是为了克服现有压线连接件及其安装方式的不足,而提出一种新型压线连接件。该种连接件安装简便,并可降低门窗的导热系数,增强保温性能。
本实用新型是这样实现的:由塑料或尼龙材质构成,其总体主视截面呈“ㄣ”形,但在截面中间横梁的下方还有一凸起,在横梁的一端是一垂直于横梁的固定块,在横梁的另一端是弧形压脚,而其总体侧视面呈矩形。这样构成的压线连接件,安装时可直接取用,先将连接件的固定块镶嵌在铝型材的压线扣内,再将木压线或其他装饰性压线用力扣压在连接件上,即可使压线牢固地与铝型材连接在一起。而且根据力学原理利用塑料或尼龙材料本身的弹性,使弧形压脚凸面上向外形成一个压力,拉近压线与门窗整体配合的距离,缩小配合间隙,使门窗外型更加美观。本实用新型安装简便、速度快,可节省人力、物力。另外,用尼龙卡扣代替传统的铝合金压线,保证玻璃不与较硬的铝合金直接接触,可以防止玻璃破损,同时又降低了热量通过铝合金传递到室内的可能途径。由于尼龙材质的导热系数大大低于铝合金材料,压线连接件将铝材与木材完全断开,降低了门窗的导热系数,增强保温性能。
本实用新型同时还适用于普通铝合金门窗,断桥铝合金门窗、铝木、纯木、铝包木门窗装饰性压线的安装。
