背景技术
目前学校的老师在黑板上画圆时，一般采用圆规进行，该圆规的一脚是铁针以定圆心，另一脚为粉笔以画圆，以前的黑板为木制时，圆规的铁针尚能插入到黑板中，但是现在许多的黑板改为玻璃黑板，仍然用铁针的圆规，则老师非常难以将铁针插入到黑板中，因此在画圆时，铁针容易打滑而扎手。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中普通的教学圆规的铁针难以在玻璃黑板上定圆心所存在的上述问题，提供一种新型教学圆规。本实用新型设计一种新型教学圆规，其特征在于：有一横杆，在横杆的顶端上有粉笔套，横杆位于另一横套的滑槽内，横套的顶端上有一垂直的转轴，转轴的底部有强磁铁片。横杆上有紧固螺钉连接横套。在横套上刻有刻度线。本实用新型的优点是能够方便地在玻璃黑板上用粉笔画出各种不同半径的圆。

具体实施方式
图中有一横杆1，在横杆1的顶端上有粉笔套2，横杆1位于另一横套3的滑槽4内，横套3的顶端上有一垂直的转轴5，转轴5的底部有强磁铁片6。横杆1上有紧固螺钉7连接横套3。在横套3上刻有刻度线8。使用中，因为玻璃黑板的背面上有铁板架，因此在使用本实用新型时可以将转轴5的底部的强磁铁片6吸在黑板上，用作圆心，然后拉动横杆1根据横套3上的刻度线8以调节半径的尺寸，固定紧固螺钉7以确定半径，用手转动横杆1的粉笔套2端，粉笔套2内的粉笔9就会在玻璃黑板上画出确定半径的圆，完毕后用力扳下转轴5底部的强磁铁片6即可。
