Abstract

本实用新型涉及到一种轻型商务车的制动系统,具体地说是制动器的制动鼓,六螺栓毂式制动鼓。把轮毂和制动鼓合二为一,一次铸造成型,经加工后,它有轴承和螺栓,螺栓有6个,并均匀地分布在螺栓台面上。同轴度和装配精确度比原来大有提高,减少了轮毂部件,简化了生产工艺,相应地降低了生产成本,以及减轻了重量,螺栓均匀分布,确保了产品受力均匀分布和传递,提高了产品质量。

本实用新型涉及一种轻型商务车的制动系统,具体地说是制动器的制动鼓。
背景技术
一般轻型商务车的制动器由制动鼓、轮毂、制动蹄片等几个单独部分部件装配而成。各部件分开铸造、加工后再组装。其存在的问题是,一是各部件单独铸造,组装后的同轴度差和存在装配间隙,不能保证制动器的动平衡性能以及车辆高速行驶的平稳性;二是各部件分开铸造、加工,不能有效提高铸件的正品率,不能保证产品的加工质量;三是轮毂一般占制动器重量的大部份,铸造成本高,产品的价格缺乏市场竞争力;四是组合部件增加了整车重量和降低了燃油利用率,不利于整车质量的提升。
发明内容
本实用新型提出了一种新的制动鼓,解决了目前轻型商务车制动鼓的缺点。
本实用新型是这样实现的:就是把制动鼓和轮毂组合后一次铸造成型。并根据轻型商务车的特点,为增强制动鼓的强度和装配质量,同时由于轻型商务车介于重和微车之间,为降低铸造成本,提高装配效率和质量,六个螺栓成均匀对称分布在螺栓台面上,保持了装配及车辆行驶受力的均衡性。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型生产工艺简单,制动鼓和轮毂合二为一,一次铸造成型,同轴度和装配精确度比原来提高了,也减少了原轮毂部件,相应成本也降低了;螺栓平均分布确保产品受力均匀分布和传递,保证了车辆的安全性能,提高了产品的质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步地说明:
在图1、图2和图3中,把轮毂(1)和制动鼓(2)合二为一并一次铸造成型,并经加工后,安上轴承(4)和轴承(5),并在制动鼓(2)安有螺栓(3)。螺栓(3)有六个,并均匀地分布在螺栓台面上。

1、六螺栓毂式制动鼓,其特征是轮毂(1)和制动鼓(2)合二为一,一次铸造成型。
2、根据权利要求1所述的六螺栓毂式制动鼓,其特征是在制动鼓(2)安有螺栓(3)。
3、根据权利要求1和权利要求2所述六螺栓毂式制动鼓,其特征是螺栓(3)有6个并均分布。
