本实用新型是一种车轮用的散热加强型车轮轮辐,涉及轮辐结构。它是在车轮轮辐斜形侧壁的内侧面上,间隔均匀分布有若干条弯形凸筋,相应起到了加厚作用,力学性能好,强度高,它能有效地避免了轮辐在高负载旋转状态下出现扭曲变形和散热孔周边开裂的问题;同时,弯形凸筋在轮辐旋转时还能产生一定的风力,对轮辐起散热降温作用。

本实用新型涉及一种车轮用轮辐结构。
背景技术
轮辐是机动车车轮总成中的主要保安件之一。在车轮高负载和高速行驶过程中,传统的车轮轮辐因轮辐斜形侧壁强度不够而易出现扭曲变形,尤其在散热孔周边处更易开裂。为克服上述缺陷,通常的改进办法是一味地增加轮辐的厚度,即:从最早的12mm一直加厚到16mm。这种加厚的轮辐,既加重了轮辐、车轮的重量,还相应地增加了汽车自重,从而增加了油耗;既大幅度增加轮辐用材,提高产品的材料成本,又增加轮辐成型、整形及散热孔冲裁的工艺难度;因加厚轮辐的加工需用特大吨位的冲压设备,因此,不仅加大了设备投资、工装模具投资,而且增加了能耗,提高了生产成本;同时,还加大了工人的劳动强度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是为了解决上述缺陷和弊端,提供一种散热加强型车轮轮辐。
本实用新型的方案是:在不改变原车轮轮辐与车轮轮辋的配合尺寸,以及原车轮轮辐与刹车锅的联接方式、配合尺寸的前提条件下,在轮辐斜侧壁的内侧面上,间隔均匀分布有若干条弯形凸筋。
本实用新型的优点是:(1)在车轮轮辐斜形侧壁的内侧面上增加弯形凸筋后,相应起到加厚作用,力学性能好,强度高,不易扭曲变形,斜侧壁上的散热孔也就不易开裂,从而延长了轮辐的使用寿命。(2)当车轮行驶、轮辐旋转时,弯形凸筋能产生一定的风力,对轮辐有效起到散热降温作用。(3)与加厚轮辐相比,可大幅度节约原材料,压缩材料成本;同比降低了车轮的重量,节约汽车油耗;降低轮辐加工的工艺难度,从而减少投资和能耗,降低了生产成本。

本实用新型是这样实施的,它是由轮辐辐底(1)、轮辐斜形侧壁(2)两个部分组成的:
实施例1:在轮辐压制成型时,一并在轮辐斜形侧壁(2)的内侧面上,压制出间隔均匀的变形凸筋(4)。
实施例2:在轮辐的斜形侧壁(2)的内侧面上,间隔均匀地焊接弯形凸筋(4)。
实施例3:在铸造轮辐之时,一并在轮辐斜形侧壁(2)的内侧面上,铸造制出间隔均匀的变形凸筋(4)。
实施例4:在旋压机上旋压成型轮辐之时,一并在轮辐斜形侧壁(2)的内侧面上,旋压成型出变形凸筋(4)。
实施例5:在锻造轮辐之时,一并在轮辐斜形侧壁(2)的内侧面上,锻造制出间隔均匀的变形凸筋(4)。
弯形凸筋的截面形状可设定为方形、矩形、梯形、圆弧形、三角形、拱形、棱形及各种几何图形。

1、散热加强型车轮轮辐,其特征在于:在轮辐斜形侧壁的内侧面上,间隔均匀分布有弯形凸筋。
2、根据权利要求1所述的散热加强型轮辐,其特征是:弯型凸筋的截面形状可设定为方形、矩形、梯形、圆弧形、三角形、拱形、棱形及各种几何图形。
