                              背景技术
水处理、化工、制药、食品、轻工等行业用于分离液固相脱水的卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机,其采用的离心机转鼓一般是直转鼓与锥转鼓通过法兰连接。直转鼓与锥转鼓采用的这种法兰连接结构,使得直转鼓与锥转鼓的同心度精度要求难以保证,而同心度的精度高低直接影响整机运行的稳定性;同时,转鼓的密封性能要求难以保证,高速旋转的转鼓稳定性也直接受其影响;另外,这种结构的转鼓加重了机身重量,原材料消耗多,运行能耗高。

图1所示为卧螺离心机转鼓结构示意图,图中:1-刮刀体、2-挡料环、3-筋条、4-锥转鼓筒体、5-直转鼓筒体。直转鼓筒体3的一端采用焊接固定设置锥转鼓筒体2,直转鼓筒体3、锥转鼓筒体2的内壁轴向配合设置筋条1。制造时可以将直转鼓及锥转鼓在毛胚加工工序直接焊接制成一体结构。

3.如权利要求1所述的卧螺离心机转鼓,其特征在于直转鼓筒体(3)、锥转鼓筒体(2)之间采用焊接固定连接结构。
