Abstract

一种带防转螺杆的步进直线电机,包括定子、转子、前端盖、后端盖和螺杆,其中的螺杆为防转螺杆,该防转螺杆包括螺杆本体,在螺杆本体的一端包覆有一层注塑成型的塑料防转结构;在前端盖上设有一段与防转结构的形状适配的内腔,螺杆的防转结构与前端盖的所述内腔嵌套相连。本发明步进直线电机具有螺杆的加工长度不受限制、螺杆的强度较好、同心度等精度保持较好,使用时误差较小,螺杆的加工工序少,节约工时;金属型材消耗较少,节约能源以及注塑结构带有自润滑作用,与电机配合直线运动时效率和寿命都较高等优点。

Description

带防转螺杆的步进直线电机
技术领域
本发明涉及电机,尤其涉及一种带防转螺杆的步进直线电机。
背景技术
步步进直线电机是将旋转运动通过螺杆转换为直线运动的电机。一般的步进直线电机是通过将旋转运动的转子内部做出带有内螺纹的结构,然后再套入螺杆,以实现当电机旋转时带动螺杆前后运动。但是如果没有一个防止螺杆做旋转运动的机构,螺杆必将跟随转子一起旋转,达不到直线运动的效果。防止螺杆做旋转运动,通常有两种做法:其一是在电机外部使用螺母等部件将螺杆固定,还有一种做法是直接在电机本体上设置螺杆防转机构。第二种做法由于直接在电机本体而无需外接固定机构便实现了螺杆的直线运动,具有稳定性好,适用度高,可控性和可操作性较高的优点。
为了在电机本体上实现螺杆的防转,现有技术的做法是另作一段具有径向止转形状的轴,称为防转轴,例如带有凸台、扁丝、或者多边形的轴。图1是带有凸台11的防转轴1。或者在轴头再加销子等部件进行防转,再将加工好的螺杆2与防转轴1焊接或者胶接起来(如图2所示,图2中,21所指为焊接处)。另外在电机本体(例如前端盖3)上做出与防转轴1配合的部分31(参见图3),使防转轴卡在端盖上与防转轴配合的部分,从而达到螺杆只能进行直线运动而不能径向旋转的效果。现有技术步进直线电机的基本结构如图4所示,图中所示,1为防转轴,2为螺杆,3为前端盖,4为轴承,5为转子,6为定子,7为后端盖。
上述现有技术存在和问题是;
1.由于螺杆和防转轴分开加工,批量生产时只能加工一小段螺杆,生产效率低。
2.由于螺杆和防转轴通过焊接或者胶接进行连接,故强度较差。
3.由于螺杆和防转轴是分开加工的,所以接合后轴的同心度和其他精度较差,使用时会产生较大误差。
4.加工完螺杆后还需多加工一段防转轴,且防转轴必须要进行防转形状的切削加工,消耗了过多的金属材料和能耗,而且多出了一道焊(胶)接的工序。
5.金属防转轴与电机相对运动时摩擦较严重,效率和工作寿命都不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种带防转螺杆的步进直线电机。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种带防转螺杆的步进直线电机,包括定子、转子、前端盖、后端盖和螺杆,所述螺杆为防转螺杆,该防转螺杆包括螺杆本体,在螺杆本体的一端包覆有一层注塑成型的塑料防转结构;螺杆通过该防转结构与所述前端盖嵌套滑动相连。
所述塑料防转结构的形状为多边形、凸台形或扁丝形。
所述塑料防转结构的形状为六边形。
本发明步进直线电机由于采用了以上技术方案,具有以下的优点和特点:
1.螺杆的加工长度不受限制,可采用平滚的方式进行批量生产,大大提高了生产效率。
2.螺杆和防转结构采用一体化结构,强度较好。
3.注塑结构一次成型,与螺杆浑然一体,同心度等精度保持较好,使用时误差较小。
4.加工工序少,节约工时;金属型材消耗较少,节约能源。
5.注塑结构带有自润滑作用,与电机配合直线运动时效率和寿命都较高。

具体实施方式
参见图5、图6,本发明带防转螺杆的步进直线电机,包括定子6、转子5、前端盖3、后端盖7、螺杆2和轴承4。其中的螺杆2为防转螺杆,该防转螺杆包括螺杆本体,在螺杆本体的一端包覆有一层注塑成型的塑料防转结构8;螺杆通过该防转结构与前端盖嵌套滑动相连,螺杆可沿前端盖作轴向移动而不能作径向转动。
本发明中的塑料防转结构的形状可以为多边形、凸台形或扁丝形。
本发明中的塑料防转结构的形状的一个优选实施例是六边形。

Claims (3)

1.一种带防转螺杆的步进直线电机,包括定子、转子、前端盖、后端盖和螺杆,其特征在于:所述螺杆为防转螺杆,该防转螺杆包括螺杆本体,在螺杆本体的一端包覆有一层注塑成型的塑料防转结构;螺杆通过该防转结构与所述前端盖嵌套滑动相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的步进直线电机,其特征在于:所述塑料防转结构的形状为多边形、凸台形或扁丝形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的步进直线电机,其特征在于:所述塑料防转结构的形状为六边形。
