技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种应用于内燃机化油器主风门的控制机构,尤其是指一种利用感温元件来自动匹配和控制油气比例的内燃机化油器主风门自动温控机构。
背景技术
内燃机在正常工作时需要正确的空气、燃料混合比,但是由于外界环境的温度、湿度、海拔高度甚至大气的压力会改变进入内燃机的空气(特别是氧气)的量,因此,混合比的设定必须应环境的改变而调整,而内燃机化油器的作用就是调整并输出正确的燃料流量以配合空气流量,该调整通常是通过一个控制机构控制化油器主风门的启闭来实现的,然而现有的内燃机化油器主风门在启动时须通过手动操作控制,热机时在无手动开关控制的情况下内燃机却经常难以启动。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种能控制内燃机化油器主风门实现自动启闭的内燃机化油器主风门自动温控机构,该机构使内燃机无论在冷机或热机时都容易启动。
本实用新型的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种内燃机化油器主风门自动温控机构,包含互相铰接形成联动结构的风动叶片、连杆和主风门,其特征在于所述的联动结构旁设有一端固定在发动机箱体上,另一端在温变时做弯曲变形动作来控制化油器主风门启闭的感温元件。
所述的感温元件为双金属片。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型在联动结构旁增设一感温元件,该感温元件可根据热传递原理发生形变,从而控制内燃机化油器主风门实现自动启闭,改进后的结构能自动匹配和控制内燃机内的进气比例,使内燃机无论处于冷机或热机时都非常容易启动。

具体实施方式
下面将按上述附图对本实用新型实施例再作详细说明。
如图1~图2所示,内燃机化油器主风门自动温控机构,是控制化油器5主风门4启闭以进行内燃机正确油气匹配的一种控制机构,其包括一个呈弧形的风动叶片1,该叶片的中部铰接在内燃机箱体上,端部活动连接连杆3的上端,连杆的下端活动连接主风门4,三者形成联动结构,联动结构旁设有在温变时能做弯曲变形动作来控制化油器主风门启闭的感温元件2,本实施例以位于风动叶片1上方的感温元件为例来进行具体说明,该感温元件2是由一个双金属片制成,其一端固定在发动机箱体上,另一端与风动叶片接触。
本实用新型根据热传递原理进行工作,如图1所示,正常状态下,该感温元件2只是接触在风动叶片1上,此时的主风门4处于关闭状态;如图2所示,当内燃机工作发热时,感温元件2就相应产生弯曲变形,与风动叶片1接触的一端向下顶推风动叶片,使风动叶片带动活动连接在其端部的连杆3,并通过连杆将动作传递到主风门4上,这样就实现了主风门的开启。

1、一种内燃机化油器主风门自动温控机构,包含互相铰接形成联动结构的风动叶片(1)、连杆(3)和主风门(4),其特征在于所述的联动结构旁设有一端固定在发动机箱体上,另一端在温变时做弯曲变形动作来控制化油器(5)主风门(4)启闭的感温元件(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的内燃机化油器主风门自动温控机构,其特征在于所述的感温元件(2)为双金属片。
