Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种圆盘锯切割机,包括基座、工作台、设于基座上的支架。支架两侧壁之间横向设有中部带有一蜗杆的转动轴,该转动轴一端导出所述支架的侧壁,其导出端连接一驱动机构;还包括经一导向组件与所述支架侧壁内侧面连接的切割组件,该切割组件上部固装一螺母,一竖直安装的丝杠的一端与所述螺母配合、其另一端通过一轴承座导出所述支架的横梁,所述丝杠上还设有一与所述蜗杆啮合的蜗轮。本实用新型采用高精度丝杠来驱动切割组件的升降,并通过精密的导轨导向,使得该设备运动和切割的稳定性提高,锯片的振动偏摆小。从而提高切割的精度,减少了锯片损耗,生产成本降低。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及切割机械,尤其涉及一种用于切割有色金属的圆盘锯切割机。
背景技术
现今随着切割机在各种行业的应用,各类材料的切割成为生产加工中不可缺少的环节。现有金属切割机械主要有齿的机械锯,如圆盘锯、带锯等。一般采用圆盘锯的机械切割工具,工作时锯盘动平衡性能差,锯片震动厉害。锯片在高速转动时轻微失衡、震动都容易使锯片与切割物削切面增大,导致切缝过大,材料浪费,而锯片也更容易磨损,严重时锯齿崩裂,导致锯片加速损耗。这即增加了生产成本,也降低了操作人员的安全系数。
实用新型内容本实用新型是为了解决现有圆盘锯的切割机工作时,锯片易震动失衡、的技术问题。提供一种在工作时锯盘平衡性好、震动小的圆盘锯切割机。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的技术方案是构造一种圆盘锯切割机,其包括基座、装置于该基座上可相对基座平行位移的工作台、设于基座上的ㄇ型支架。所述支架两侧壁之间横向设有中部带有一蜗杆的转动轴,该转动轴一端导出所述支架的侧壁,其导出端连接一驱动装置;还包括经一导向组件与所述支架侧壁内侧面连接的切割组件,该切割组件上部固装一螺母,一竖直安装的丝杠的一端与所述螺母配合、其另一端通过一轴承座导出所述支架的横梁,所述丝杠上还设有一与所述蜗杆啮合的蜗轮。
其中,所述驱动装置包括:设于所述支架侧壁上的驱动电机,该电机通过一带传动装置与所述转动轴的导出端连接。
所述驱动电机与带传动装置之间还可以配置一齿轮减速器。
所述导向组件包括:装置于所述切割组件两侧的导向滑块、与该导向滑块配合的装置于支架侧壁内壁面的导轨。
所述切割组件包括:上部横梁固装有所述螺母的框架、设于该框架上的切割电机、装于该切割电机轴上的圆盘锯。
所述丝杠与螺母的配合为滚珠丝杠与螺母的配合。
所述支架设有限制所述切割组件上下位移的限位开关。
本实用新型采用高精度滚珠丝杠与固定螺母的配合来驱动切割组件的升降,并通过切割组件两侧导向组件的导向及配合丝杠实现切割组件的三点定位,从而提高了该设备运动和切割的稳定性,减小了锯片的振动偏摆。工作时锯片运动稳定,即可提高切割速度,又可使得切缝小,如此可节约材料,在贵重金属切割方面优势明显。可满足高精度的切割,使加工产品一次成型,无须给材料留余料加工,节省了工序,提高生产效率。另外,锯片损耗小,使用寿命明显提高,为生产节约了成本。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本实用新型较佳实施例的基本结构,所述的圆盘锯切割机,包括基座1、工作台10和设于基座上的ㄇ型支架11。为使切割机工作稳定性更好,将基座1与支架11整体铸造而成,支架11竖直设置于基座1的上方。基座1上端面平行设置有一工作台10,其工作台10可相对基座1进行平行位移。工作台10表面可活动固定各种机械夹具(图中未示出),所装设的机械夹具可根据所切割材料形状、大小的不同来选择。如图1所示,支架11上部两侧壁之间横向装置一转动轴2,而转动轴2中部固装有一蜗杆20,转动轴2的右端导出支架11的右侧壁,转动轴2导出端连接一组驱动装置。本实施例中,驱动装置包括:装设于转动轴2导出端的皮带轮3、固装于支架11侧壁托板13上的驱动电机32、固装于传动电机32机轴上的另一皮带轮3、以及连接两皮带轮3的皮带31。本实施例中驱动电机32与带传动装置之间配置有一齿轮减速器33,两个皮带轮3其圆周大小比例为1∶1。驱动电机32可以通过控制器控制运转。
如图2所示,支架11横梁上固定有一轴承座23,一切割组件经一导向组件与所述支架11侧壁内侧面连接,该切割组件上部固装一螺母25。本实施例中,切割组件包括:上部横梁固装有所述螺母25的框架24、设于该框架上的切割电机241、装于该切割电机轴上的圆盘锯片242。所述导向组件包括:装置于框架24两侧的导向滑块4、与该导向滑块4配合的装置于支架11两侧壁内表面的导轨41。一根竖直安装的滚珠丝杠21,其下端与所述框架24中的螺母25配合、其上端通过轴承座23导出所述支架11的横梁,而丝杠21上还设有一蜗轮(图中未示意),该蜗轮与所述蜗杆20啮合。所述支架11上还设有限制所述切割组件上下位移的限位开关(图中未示意)。
本实施例切割有色金属材料,如铝型材,将夹持铝型材的机械夹具固定于工作台10上,装上圆盘锯片242,圆盘锯片的半径必须大于铝材厚度加切割电机241半径的长度。将铝材从支架11的送料口12穿入,固定在机械加具上,即可进行切割操作。先启动切割电机241,再将驱动电机32启动。驱动电机32经齿轮减速器33减速后,带动装置于驱动电机32机轴上的皮带轮3,皮带轮3经皮带31传动,连动设有皮带轮3的转动轴2,经固装于转动轴2上的蜗杆20传动及与该蜗杆配合的蜗轮来带动滚珠丝杠21转动,该滚珠丝杠与切割组件中框架24中固定螺母25配合传动,以致带动切割组件沿所述的导轨41作上下位移运动。在切割组件向下运动时,通过圆盘锯片242完成对材料的切割。当对材料完成切割后,驱动电机32通过下限位开关的控制,改变运转方向,带动切割组件沿轴线向上复位,到达一定位置后驱动电机32通过上限位开关的控制自动停止运行。本实用新型切割组件升降时采用两侧导轨导向、固定,配合滚珠丝杠21来实现切割组件的三点定位,减小了圆盘锯片242的振动。工作时圆盘锯片242稳定,加快了切割速度,切缝小,可节约了材料,在贵重金属切割方面优势明显。还可满足高精度的切割,使加工产品一次成型,无须给材料留余料加工,节省了工序,提高生产效率。由于切割的稳定性提高,圆盘锯片损耗小,使用寿命明显提高,为生产节约了成本。
根据本实用新型的上述构思,本领域的熟练人员还可对此做出各种修改和变换。例如,电机功率的选择、导向组件种类的替换等等。然而,类似的这种变换和修改均属于本实用新型的实质。
Claims (7)
1.一种圆盘锯切割机,包括基座(1)、工作台(10)、设于基座(1)上的槽钢支架(11),其特征在于:所述支架(11)两侧壁之间横向设有中部带有一蜗杆(20)的转动轴(2),该转动轴一端导出所述支架(11)的侧壁,其导出端连接一驱动装置;还包括经一导向组件与所述支架(11)侧壁内侧面连接的切割组件,该切割组件上部固装一螺母(25),一竖直安装的丝杠(21)的一端与所述螺母(25)配合、其另一端通过一轴承座(23)导出所述支架(11)的横梁,所述丝杠(21)上还设有一与所述蜗杆(20)啮合的蜗轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆盘锯切割机,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括设于所述支架(11)侧壁上的驱动电机(32),该电机通过一带传动装置与所述转动轴(2)的导出端连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的圆盘锯切割机,其特征在于:所述驱动电机(32)与带传动装置之间配置一齿轮减速器(33)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的圆盘锯切割机,其特征在于:所述导向组件包括装置于所述切割组件两侧的导向滑块(4)、与该导向滑块(4)配合的装置于支架(11)侧壁内壁面的导轨(41)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的圆盘锯切割机,其特征在于:所述切割组件包括上部横梁固装有所述螺母(25)的框架(24)、设于该框架上的切割电机(241)、装于该切割电机轴上的圆盘锯(242)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的圆盘锯切割机,其特征在于:所述的丝杠(21)为滚珠丝杠。
7.根据权利要求6所述的圆盘锯切割机,其特征在于:所述支架(11)设有限制所述切割组件上下位移的限位开关。
