本实用新型涉及一种弹片,特别涉及一种连接于电路基板中作为弹性接触使用的弹片。
背景技术
随着微电子技术的发展,各种电子元件变得越来越小巧,其和电路基板间也越来越多地采用弹片来连接。
弹片一般包括一底部、一弹性臂、及一抵触部。该底部通过焊锡连接于电路基板上。该抵触部连接于弹性臂一端并包括一远离底部的抵触平面,该抵触平面和电子元件接触。然而,由于弹性变形,该抵触平面并不能整个和电子元件接触,而只在抵触部与弹性臂的交界线处与电子元件接触,导致接触不良,当遇到震动等情况,就可能导致连接中断。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种和电子元件接触良好的弹片。
该弹片包括一底部,一反折部,一弹性臂,一抵触部。该底部包括一焊接于一电路基板上的第一面和相反的第二面;该反折部由该底部长度延伸的一端延伸反向弯折;该弹性臂连接于该反折部一端;该抵触部连接于该弹性臂一端且包括一远离底部的抵触面,该抵触面上有一凸点,该凸点用于抵触一电子元件。
该弹片使用时通过凸点和电子元件接触,保证抵触弹性变形时也会充分接触,从而保证接触良好。

具体实施方式
请参考图1、图2、图3,其揭示了本实用新型一实施方式的弹片10。该弹片10包括一底部20,一反折部30,一弹性臂40和一抵触部50。该底部20包括一第一面200和与之相反的一第二面201,其中,该第一面200在使用时通过焊锡粘着于一电路基板上。该反折部30由该底部20长度延伸的一端延伸并反向弯折,其包括一弯折区300和一连接区301,在未弹性变形前,该连接区301大致与该底部20平行。该连接区301的一端连接有弹性臂40,该弹性臂40斜向上延伸并和该连接区301成锐角。该抵触部50连接于该弹性臂40一端,其包括一远离该底部20的抵触面500和位于抵触面500上的凸点501,凸点501位于抵触面500上靠近弹性臂40位置处,在本实施例中,其外轮廓为部分的球面,当然,其外轮廓也可为其它形状如椭球面、抛物面等。在未弹性变形前,该抵触部50大概和底部20平行。
当使用时,该弹片10通过底部20粘着于一电路基板上,其抵触部50的凸点501抵触于一电子元件上。由于受到弹性力,抵触部50的自由端相对于其和弹性臂40的连接端向着底部20方向变形。不管弹性变形如何,该凸点501都会和电子元件接触,从而保证接触良好。

Claims (5)

1.一种弹片,其包括一底部,一反折部,一弹性臂,一抵触部;该底部包括一焊接于一电路基板上的第一面和相反的第二面;该反折部由该底部长度延伸的一端延伸反向弯折;该弹性臂连接于该反折部一端;该抵触部连接于该弹性臂一端且包括一远离底部的抵触面;其特征在于,该抵触面上有一凸点,该凸点用于抵触一电子元件。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,该凸点位于抵触面上接近弹性臂处。
3.如权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,该凸点的外轮廓为球面。
4.如权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,该反折部包括一弯折区和一连接区,该连接区未弹性变形时和该底部平行。
5.如权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,该弹性臂相对该底部斜向上延伸。
