本实用新型涉及一种变压器箱体,具体为一种节油配电变压器箱体。
(二)背景技术
现阶段,油浸式配电变压器箱体为方桶形结构,内部容积相对较大,需要消耗过多的变压器油才能够注满箱体,造成了浪费。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种减小油箱内部容积的节油配电变压器箱体。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种节油配电变压器箱体,包括壳体、散热片、固定底座、吊攀、放油螺钉及与壳体配套的箱体盖板,其特殊之处在于:所述变压器壳体的截面为壳体下端的两个侧面向内收缩而形成的倒“凸”字形结构。
本实用新型的节油配电变压器箱体,所述散热片采用由钢板拼焊制造的波纹形散热片,外部喷涂有防腐涂料。
本实用新型的变压器箱体改变传统方桶形结构,而采用倒“凸”字形结构,箱体下端的两个侧面通过向内收缩,达到减小油箱内部容积,节省变压器油目的。

图1、图2为本实用新型的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括壳体1、散热片2、固定底座3、吊攀5、放油螺钉4及与壳体配套的箱体盖板6,壳体1内为器身装配7,变压器壳体1的截面为壳体下端的两个侧面向内收缩而形成的倒“凸”字形结构;散热片2采用由钢板拼焊制造的波纹形散热片,外部喷涂有防腐涂料。图3所示,传统配电变压器箱体为方桶形结构,内部容积相对较大。本产品相对传统配电变压器箱体的特点:壳体1采用倒“凸”字形结构布置,壳体1下端的两个侧面设计时向内侧收缩,油箱内部容积减小,在保证变压器油能够浸没器身装配的情况下,就相对减少了变压器油的注入量,从而达到节油目的。

1、一种节油配电变压器箱体,包括壳体(1)、散热片(2)、固定底座(3)、吊攀(5)、放油螺钉(4)及与壳体配套的箱体盖板(6),其特征是:所述变压器壳体(1)的截面为壳体下端的两个侧面向内收缩而形成的倒“凸”字形结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述一种节油配电变压器箱体,其特征是:所述散热片(2)采用由钢板拼焊制造的波纹形散热片,外部喷涂有防腐涂料。
