                         背景技术
在锚杆支护中,单体锚杆作用于巷道表面的力集中在一点,通过钢带可以实现顶部和侧壁负载的均匀分布,扩大锚杆的支护范围。目前采用的钢带大致包括三种:平板钢带、W型钢带和H型钢带。平板钢带,具有支护面积大、重量轻、加工简单等优点,但是支护强度小、支护效果差;W型钢带具有支护面积大、钢度和抗弯性能较好,但其抗撕裂性差;H型钢带抗拉、抗剪性能差。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种抗弯性能好、钢度大、抗拉、抗剪力强、抗撕裂性能好的矿井用抗撕裂支护钢带。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所提供的技术方案为:矿井用抗撕裂支护钢带,包括带本体,所述的带本体的径向中间位置设置有沿轴向且下凹的直角凹槽,在直角凹槽内沿轴向间隔一定距离设置有若干个固定孔,带本体的两翼向带有直角凹槽的一侧的弯曲。
其附加技术特征为:所述的带本体的两翼呈直角弯曲。

使用时,将带有直角凹槽2的一侧向外,另一侧向内,在固定孔3内穿过锚杆的杆体,将该钢带固定在巷道壁上。这样,就大大提高了抗弯性能、以及抗拉、抗剪力抗撕裂性能,并且其钢度增大。
