本实用新型涉及一种光电模块单臂拉环式解锁装置,由底座、制动片、挡臂、螺钉、弹簧、拉环和外罩构成,其中底座上方设置有一个水平滑槽,在侧面设置有一个开口槽,外罩从底座的下方套入底座,其特点是:制动片置于底座的水平滑槽中,拉环放入底座的开口槽中,挡臂与制动片通过螺钉固定在一起。由于挡臂的遮挡,拉环被限制为只能绕底座的开口槽转动。采用本实用新型有以下优点:1.模块的安装、解锁操作完全符合人们日常习惯,无需刻意识记;2.模块的装配非常简单,装配速度可以得到保证;3.单臂拉环可以自动回位,无需人工恢复。

                        技术领域
本实用新型属于光通信领域,是一种典型的光电模块单臂拉环式解锁装置。
                        背景技术
目前,热插拔尾纤型光电模块的解锁装置主要是推拉式,即在管壳上方插入一推块,推动推块,笼子的锁扣弹片被向上顶起而解锁。推拉式的解锁装置人机工程学较差,需要使用较大的力才能解锁。传统的拉环结构无法在尾纤型模块上使用,因为解锁时需要将拉环拉起,而未达到解锁位置,拉环手柄部位被尾管挡住,根本不能达到解锁的目的。此外,传统拉环结构的热插拔模块解锁前必须先拔掉光纤连接器,对光纤连接器的寿命有一定的影响。
                        发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供了一种适应通信设备发展需求的适用于各种类型热插拔光电模块单臂拉环解锁装置,达到操作简单实用,以克服上述不足。
本实用新型由底座、制动片、挡臂、螺钉、弹簧、拉环和外罩构成,其中底座上方设置有一个水平滑槽,在侧面设置有一个开口槽,外罩从底座的下方套入底座,其特点是:制动片置于底座的水平滑槽中,拉环放入底座的开口槽中,挡臂与制动片通过螺钉固定在一起。由于挡臂的遮挡,拉环被限制为只能绕底座的开口槽转动。
上述底座的水平滑槽中设置有一个槽口,弹簧放置在该槽口中,弹簧一方顶住制动片下端的一个凸面,使制动片始终受到向外的推力。
上述拉环的上方是一个圆柱杆,圆柱杆的中部有一向上凸起的圆柱面,圆柱杆的两端放置在底座侧面两端开口中,向上突起的圆柱面与制动片的外端接触。由于受到弹簧推力的作用,使制动片的尾部端面始终顶住拉环中间凸起的圆柱面,使拉环在起始位置时,一侧面与底座一侧面接触。
采用本实用新型有以下优点:1、模块的安装、解锁操作完全符合人们日常习惯,无需刻意识记;2、模块的装配非常简单,装配速度可以得到保证;3、单臂拉环可以自动回位,无需人工恢复。

                  具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作详细说明。
本实用新型单臂拉环式解锁装置由底座a、制动片b、挡臂c、螺钉d、弹簧e、拉环f和外罩g七个零件组成。其主要配合关系为:
1.模块底座a与制动片b的配合。底座a的a1面与制动片b的b1面滑动配合,或者a2面与b2面滑动配合,二者中选择配合面较大的配合;两a3面与两b6面滑动配合;槽a4中的弹簧e推动b3面使制动片b始终受到向外的推力;
2.制动片b、挡臂c、螺钉d的配合。挡臂c的c1面与制动片b的b7面配合,孔c2与螺纹孔b8对心,c3面与b9面平行,螺钉穿过挡臂的孔c2旋入螺纹孔b8中;
3.拉环f与底座a的配合。拉环f的两f1圆柱面与底座a的槽a5转动配合;
4.底座a和外罩g的配合。外罩g的卡槽g1与底座a的卡钩a6配合。
本实用新型具体工作步骤描述如下:
图6所示的单臂拉环式光模块的拉环所处位置为解锁的起始位置。此时,拉环f的f2面紧贴底座a的a7面,由于相接触的零件之间存在摩擦,拉环不会随意摆动。制动片受到弹簧e推力的作用,b4面与拉环f的f3圆柱面相切。
安装模块时,将模块推入金属屏蔽笼,使底座a的凸点a8与金属屏蔽笼的卡孔互锁即可。光模块在工作时,可以随时插拔光纤连接器,单臂拉环结构对此不产生任何影响。
模块解锁时,首先拔出插在光模块中的光纤连接器,然后使拉环f由起始位置旋转至图7所示的最终位置,制动片b的b10部分顶起金属屏蔽笼的卡孔,达到解锁的目的。模块解锁的具体过程:拉起拉环f的手柄部分,使拉环f的f1圆柱面在底座a的槽a5中转动,拉环f的f3部分顶住制动片b的b4面,将制动片向前推,由于有弹簧推力的作用,解锁过程中f3面与b4面始终接触,当拉环f旋转至f3圆柱面与制动片b的b5面接触时,达到解锁的最终位置,此时,挡臂c的两臂仍能挡住拉环f的f1圆柱面,使拉环在解锁过程中始终卡在底座a的槽a5中。解锁的最终位置弹簧e的压缩量最大,很容易实现让拉环回位的目的。拉环自动退回起始位置的过程:松开拉环f的手柄部分,弹簧e释放压力,将制动片b向后推,拉环f的f3圆柱面受到来自制动片b的b4面的推力,使拉环f回转,直至拉环的f2面与底座a的a7面接触,即回到起始位置。

Claims (3)

1、一种光电模块单臂拉环式解锁装置,由底座(a)、制动片(b)、挡臂(c)、螺钉(d)、弹簧(e)、拉环(f)和外罩(g)构成,其中底座(a)上方设置有一个水平滑槽,在侧面设置有一个开口槽,外罩(g)从底座(a)的下方套入底座(a),其特征在于:制动片(b)置于底座(a)的水平滑槽中,拉环(f)放入底座(a)的开口槽中,挡臂(c)与制动片(b)通过螺钉(d)固定在一起。
2、如权利要求1所述的光电模块单臂拉环式解锁装置,其特征在于:底座(a)的水平滑槽中设置有一个槽口(a4),弹簧(e)放置在该槽口(a4)中,弹簧(e)一方顶住制动片(b)下端的一个凸面(b3)。
3、如权利要求1所述的光电模块单臂拉环式解锁装置,其特征在于:拉环(f)的上方是一个圆柱杆(f1),圆柱杆(f1)的中部有一向上凸起的圆柱面(f3),圆柱杆(f1)的两端放置在底座(a)侧面两端开口(a5)中,向上突起的圆柱面(f3)与制动片(b)的外端接触。
