Abstract

卧式圆顶换热器涉及一种换热装置,特别是装在能产生尾气的各种加热炉的烟道出口和烟囱之间的换热装置。主要是为解决现有的换热器不适于卧式安装及换热效率低的问题而设计的。它包括外套、内套、烟道、底板、端板、热管、进水管、出水管,热管在贮水腔中的部分有肋片,进水管的下管壁上有若干个进水孔,出水管的上管壁上有若干个出水孔。优点是适于卧式安装,由于外套是由一块钢板弯制而成,使换热工作更可靠;因为热管上有肋片,热管散热面积大,因进水管的下面有进水孔,出水管的上面有出水孔,使贮水腔内冷、热水层次不乱,因此换热效率高。

[技术领域]
本实用新型涉及一种换热装置,特别是装在能产生尾气的各种加热炉的烟道出口和烟囱之间的换热装置。
[背景技术]
现有的换热器多为立式,缺点是不适于卧式安装,而且由于热管散热效果差等原因,换热效率低。
[发明内容]
本实用新型的目的是提供一种适于卧式安装的卧式圆顶换热器,它的热管散热效果好,换热效率高。
上述目的是这样实现的:它包括外套,外套为倒U字形,外套的下面是内套,内套的下面是烟道,内套与外套的下端用底板焊接封闭,内、外套之间的前后两端用端板焊接封闭,内、外套之间形成的腔是贮水腔,热管穿插在内套上,一部分在内套下面的烟道中,另一部分在内、外套之间的贮水腔中,热管在贮水腔中的部分有肋片,热管内装导热介质,进水管位于贮水腔下部,其外端焊接在外套下部的进水口上,出水管位于贮水腔的上部,其外端焊接在外套上部的出水口上。
为不搅乱贮水腔内冷、热水的层次,我们在进水管的下管壁上钻有若干个进水孔,在出水管的上管壁上钻有若干个出水孔。
本实用新型的优点是适于卧式安装,由于外套是由一块钢板弯制而成,使换热工作更可靠;因为热管上有肋片,热管散热面积大,因进水管的下面有进水孔,出水管的上面有出水孔,使贮水腔内冷、热水层次不乱,因此换热效率高。

[具体实施方式]
参照图1、2,它包括外套2,外套为倒U字形,可用一块钢板弯制而成,外套的下面是内套1,内套的下面是烟道9,内套与外套的下端用底板8焊接封闭,内、外套之间的前后两端用端板3焊接封闭,内、外套之间形成的腔是贮水腔,热管4穿插在内套上,一部分在内套下面的烟道中,另一部分在内、外套之间的贮水腔中,热管在贮水腔中的部分有肋片5,热管内装导热介质,进水管6位于贮水腔下部,其外端焊接在外套下部的进水口上,出水管7位于贮水腔的上部,其外端焊接在外套上部的出水口上;进水管的下管壁上钻有若干个进水孔,出水管的上管壁上钻有若干个出水孔。

1、卧式圆顶换热器,包括外套(2)、内套(1)、烟道(9)、底板(8)、端板(3)、热管(4)、进水管(6)、出水管(7),其特征是热管在贮水腔中的部分有肋片(5)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的卧式圆顶换热器,其特征是进水管的下管壁上有若干个进水孔,出水管的上管壁上有若干个出水孔。
