Abstract

本实用新型公开具有导轨的闸阀闸板，它包括闸阀闸板体，所述闸阀闸板体的导向槽内设有“U”导轨。先将导轨镶嵌在闸板两侧的导向槽内，然后将闸板放入阀体内；导轨的U型槽随闸板在阀体的轨道上面一起移动。由于闸阀闸板体或其包胶外层不直接与阀体轨道接触，避免闸阀闸板体或其包胶外层的磨损，起到保护闸阀闸板体或其包胶外层的作用，大大延长了闸阀闸板体的使用寿命；另外，导轨的成本低，更换方便。

本实用新型属于闸阀部件，具体涉及一种闸阀的闸板。
背景技术
目前国内所制造生产的闸阀没有使用镶嵌在闸板上的导轨，即闸板的导向槽直接与阀体轨道接触，当闸板上下滑动启闭阀门时，容易使闸板磨损。特别是包胶闸板槽内的包胶面直接与阀体轨道接触，在水流的冲击下，包胶面易破损，从而导致闸板锈蚀，使闸板的使用寿命大为降低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种包胶闸板槽内的包胶面不直接与阀体轨道接触的具有导轨的闸阀闸板，以解决上述问题。
实现本实用新型的技术方案为：具有导轨的闸阀闸板，它包括闸阀闸板体，所述闸阀闸板体的导向槽内设有“U”型导轨。
先将导轨镶嵌在闸板两侧的导向槽内，然后将闸板放入阀体内；导轨的U型槽随闸板在阀体的轨道上面一起移动。由于闸阀闸板体或其包胶外层不直接与阀体轨道接触，避免闸阀闸板体或其包胶外层的磨损，起到保护闸阀闸板体或其包胶外层的作用，大大延长了闸阀闸板体的使用寿命；另外，导轨的成本低，更换方便。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，闸阀闸板体1的外层包覆有橡胶保护层2，“U”型导轨3镶嵌在包胶的导向槽4内。
如图3、4所述，“U”型导轨3的底部设有加强筋5。“U”型导轨3的两外侧面设有固定齿6。固定齿6可镶嵌在导向槽4的橡胶保护层内。

1、一种具有导轨的闸阀闸板，它包括闸阀闸板体，其特征在于所述闸阀闸板体的导向槽内设有“U”型导轨。
2、如权利要求1所述具有导轨的闸阀闸板，其特征在于所述闸阀闸板外包有橡胶保护层，“U”型导轨镶嵌在包胶的导向槽内。
3、如权利要求1所述具有导轨的闸阀闸板，其特征在于“U”型导轨的底部设有加强筋。
4、如权利要求1所述具有导轨的闸阀闸板，其特征在于“U”型导轨的两外侧面设有固定齿。
