Abstract

本实用新型公开一种自衬式溜槽,所述溜槽为内、外双层溜板结构,内、外双层溜板之间留有间隙,所述间隙内间隔设置连接固定内、外层溜板的加强筋,内层溜板上设有与所述间隙相通的漏料孔;漏料孔用于阻留少许物料,阻留的物料连片形成了物料内衬,减少了下滑物料对溜槽的磨损,提高了溜槽的使用寿命和减少了物料磨损铁带入量,特别适用于超白玻璃等对铁含量要求严格的生产过程,同时本实用新型具有结构简单、制作成本低的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及固体物料从高处下滑导向定位装置,确切地说是一种自衬式溜槽。
背景技术
在固体物料从高处下滑过程中,通常使用溜槽将固体物料导向预定位置,这种溜槽多采用钢制材料制作,现有普通溜槽有两个缺点,一是易磨损,尤其是对硬度较大的物料,如石英砂;二是磨损铁被带入到物料中,造成物料的铁污染,在对铁含量要求严格的生产过程中,如超白玻璃生产,就须采取其它措施,因而会增加设备成本。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可提高使用寿命且减少磨损铁带入量的溜槽。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取如下技术方案:一种自衬式溜槽,所述溜槽为内、外双层溜板结构,内、外双层溜板之间留有间隙,所述间隙内设有连接固定内、外层溜板的加强筋,内层溜板上设有与所述间隙相通的漏料孔。
本实用新型进一步的技术方案是,所述间隙内连接固定内、外层溜板的加强筋间隔设置。
本实用新型中,溜槽与固体物料接触部分,采用双层材料溜板结构,在内层溜板上开设漏料孔,用于阻留少许物料,阻留的物料隔离了下滑物料与溜槽,漏料孔上的阻留物料连片形成了内衬,这样就减少了下滑物料对溜槽的磨损,减少了磨损铁带入量,增加了溜槽的使用寿命,外层溜板用于保证溜槽的密封。
本实用新型所提供的自衬式溜槽具有结构简单、制作方便且成本低、使用寿命长及磨损铁带入量少的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种自衬式溜槽,所述溜槽为内、外双层溜板结构,内溜板1与外溜板2之间留有间隙3,所述间隙3内设有连接固定内、外层溜板的加强筋4,加强筋4间隔设置,内层溜板1上设有与所述间隙3相通的漏料孔5。在溜槽内,当固体物料由高处下滑过程中,少许物料被密布的漏料孔5阻留,连片的阻留物料形成了内衬,隔离了下滑物料和溜槽的接触。

2.根据权利要求1所述的自衬式溜槽,其特征在于:所述间隙内连接固定内、外层溜板的加强筋间隔设置。
