技术领域
本发明涉及用于医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接的加热夹具(以下称其为加热夹具)、具有该加热夹具而构成的医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接装置(以下称其为热熔接装置)、以及使用了该热熔接装置的医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接方法,尤其涉及在热塑性树脂制的医疗用套管的内面插入比该套管还硬的医疗用热塑性树脂制部件并以互相嵌合的接合状态组装的加热夹具、具备该加热夹具的医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接装置、以及使用了该热熔接装置的医疗用热塑性树脂部件的热熔接方法。
本发明作为例如AVF针、带有翼的静脉注射针等的制造装置以及AVF针、静脉注射针等的制造方法而尤为适用。
背景技术
以往,在接合较软的合成树脂、如AVF针的软质聚氯乙稀制套管和如聚碳酸酯的硬质医疗用管状的连接器或针尾(衬套)时,采用利用溶剂、粘接剂粘接的方法或者在上述软质聚氯乙稀制套管内插入上述连接器或针尾(衬套)并将该组装体整体放置在加热环境下而使两者接合的成组之类的方法等。作为在采用由上述溶剂、粘接剂来粘接的方法时的问题,可例举由溶剂引起的材料恶化、脆化、溶剂裂纹等。另外,在成组方法中,由于加热组装体整体而引起整体的热收缩,存在成组后的产品尺寸不稳定的问题,再有由于将组装体长时间放置在加热环境下,而放出包含于构成各零件的树脂中的稳定剂等,有可能导致材料的恶化、变色。
另外,作为使管状的热塑性部件彼此之间接合的方法,在专利文献1(特开平9-290461)、专利文献2(特开昭53-128166号公报)以及专利文献3(特开昭53-128167号公报)中提出热塑性套管部件的连接方法,如下:在大径套管部件的内侧插入并接合有小径套管部件前端的热塑性大径套管部件的内侧和热塑性小径套管部件的外侧之间介入电终端负载的环状导体,利用高频感应加热法从大径套管部件的外侧沿上述电介质的圆周方向均匀地发生焦耳热,使上述热熔接部的套管部件的构成材料熔融进而熔敷。
医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的接合,例如在制作AVF针时,在通过热熔接来接合构成AVF针的热塑性套管部件和比该套管还硬的其他零件例如翼状针的针尾(衬套)或者用于连接血液回路、延长套管或输液组件等的连接器时,需要在前者内嵌合后者的状态下将所热熔接的上述热塑性树脂部件的接合部分夹持在熔融模具中,迅速且均匀地进行加热熔接。然而,利用如上述已知的合成树脂部件的热熔接装置进行满足上述必要条件的热熔接比较困难。尤其是很难迅速且自动地以连续工序进行:医疗用合成树脂部件彼此向热熔接装置的组装工序;上述合成树脂部件的热熔接工序;以及该热熔接后的接合部的冷却工序等。
发明内容
本发明通过提供一种加热夹具、具备该加热夹具而构成的热熔接装置、使用该热熔接装置的医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接方法、以及利用该熔接方法制造的医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接物,特征在于,能以接合状态组装所热熔接的医疗用合成树脂部件彼此,由热熔接该组装后的合成树脂部件彼此的接合部的热供给体和配置在该热供给体的上下方向上的导热板构成,且上述导热板被加热,可向上述热供给体传递热熔接上述医疗用合成树脂部件彼此所需的热,从而解决了上述问题。
本发明的加热夹具其热供给体热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件所需的实际热量并不是基于热供给体自身的发热,而是加热构成该加热夹具的加热夹具的导热板,通过来自该加热后的导热板的传热加热而使热供给体的各部分被均匀加热,所以该热供给体可以均匀热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件彼此。与此相对,在使热供给体例如熔融模具自身发热而加热的情况,例如通过高频感应加热使该熔融模具自身发生焦耳热而加热该熔融模具的情况,所发生的热量根据熔融模具的形状、模具的各部分而不同,从而发生的焦耳热也根据熔融模具的各部分而变强或变弱,在使用该模具热熔接合成树脂部件时产生难以均匀接合热熔接部的问题。但是,在本发明中,若是通过传热加热向热供给体供给医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接所需的实际热量,则即便在热供给体自身中产生一些热也没关系。再有,在本说明书中,作为热供给体以合成树脂的熔融模具为例进行了说明,但本发明所采用的热供给体并不局限于合成树脂的熔融模具,只要是能以接合状态在加热夹具上组装所要热熔接的医疗用合成树脂部件彼此,且通过来自其他发热部件的传热被加热而可以热熔接上述接合状态的医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的构件,并不局限于熔融模具。
另外,在本发明中,作为加热上述加热夹具的导热板的热采用焦耳热,这是因为以下原因而优选。即、如图8所示的将结合了正极侧加热线22及负极侧加热线23的加热卡盘主体24插入到加热卡盘插入孔27内进行加热的加热卡盘式加热部件等那样,在发热体上粘有线的部件在分离发热体和被发热体时,其配线造成妨碍品而使自由度低,与此相对,焦耳热发生机构例如高频感应加热(电磁感应)机构可以利用产生磁场的装置间接加热发生焦耳热的被加热体,因此可以便于分离产生磁场的装置和利用上述磁场发生焦耳热而被加热的被加热体。从而,在本发明中,可作成可便于分离产生磁场的装置和作为产生该磁场的装置的被加热体而具备上述导热板的加热夹具的构成,所以可易于用连续生产方式构成本发明的热熔接装置。因此,在本发明的热熔接装置中,以如上所述的方式在医疗用合成树脂部件上作为热熔接的热源而利用焦耳热在这一点上尤佳。但是,本发明的热熔接装置并不局限于连续生产方式。
以下,详细说明有关本发明的加热夹具以及构成具有该加热夹具的热熔接装置的各部件。
热供给体
作为热供给体使用的合成树脂的熔融模具由传热性材料形成,且利用从导热板传递的热而被加热。从而,为了利用从导热板传递的热均匀且迅速并无热损失地加热合成树脂的熔融模具的各部分,作为构成熔融模具的导热性材料优选使用作为传热性高的金属的铜或铜合金、铝等。
为了易于在该模具中插入、夹持医疗用合成树脂部件彼此,上述熔融模具优选使用分开式模具,例如图3及图7所示利用该熔融模具以在热塑性套管9内嵌合比该套管9还硬质的管状部件19的状态夹持时,相对所要夹持的套管轴向在两侧方形成分开面16的半分开形状的模具。上述分开面16在该模具中插入、夹持热熔接的管状部件彼此时构成放出套管的地方,由于该分开面16在热熔接物的表面上产生筋状线。为了解决该问题将分开面做成坚固的熔接面,上述熔融模具使用如图4所示在熔接部形成有凹凸部形状的熔融模具17,或者在由上述模具17的夹持状态下打开并使上述热熔接的合成树脂部件旋转,然后用上述熔融模具17再次熔接热熔接的合成树脂部件彼此,从而可以消除由上述分开面引起的问题。
上述熔融模具在导热板的X轴方向上配置与合成树脂部件的熔融处相当的数量,例如在熔融处为两处时配置两个。再有,将配置在上述X轴方向上的多个模具排列在Y轴方向上也配置多组,从而可以同时进行在更多的熔融模具中的合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接而为优选。
例如图2所示,上述合成树脂的熔融模具的配置可以设有左右相对的导热板12、12′,在该板12、12′上左右相对地配设模具座14及14′,以及在这些模具座14及14′上左右相对配设合成树脂的熔融模具13、13′。
如图2及图3所示,在上述熔融模具13上夹持在构成AVF针的热塑性套管9的一端内插入形成有翼状针后端部的比上述热塑性套管还硬质的热塑性的针基(衬套)7并以嵌合状态接合的构件,且在配设于上述模具座14′上的合成树脂的熔融模具13′上夹持在构成上述AVF针的热塑性套管9的另一端内插入血液回路连接用连接器11并以嵌合状态接合的构件。这时最好以只有所要热熔接的合成树脂部件的热熔接部分接触合成树脂的熔融模具的方式来夹持,因为这样可以防止合成树脂部件的热损伤而为优选。例如,在软质套管使用弹性树脂、而且硬质零件使用聚烯烃树脂时,若在熔接部以外给予热,则该部分会恶化,容易产生套管的折弯/厚度变薄等的问题。
模具座
上述熔融模具也可以直接与上述导热板12、12′接合,但最好首先使模具座与上述导热板12、12′接合,然后在该模具座上接合熔融模具13、13′。这样通过使模具座介于熔融模具13、13′和导热板12、12′之间具有如下优点,即在将热熔接的合成树脂部件组装在熔融模具13、13′上时,组装后的合成树脂部件不会与加热后的导热板12、12′接触而损伤,且通过在模具座上设置冷却机构(气冷、水冷、油冷)可易于进行合成树脂部件的热熔接温度的控制或冷却。该模具座14、14′也与模具同样由传热性材料最好是导热系数高的铜或铜合金形成。
导热板
通过传热向上述热供给体供给热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件的热的导热板由导体最好是磁性体如铜制品构成。一个上述导热板的面积最好能足以同时加热多个上述熔融模具,由于可以用一次加热操作同时且均匀地对医疗用合成树脂部件实施热熔接。例如在图2中,存在一个将把在X轴方向左右相对配置成两个的合成树脂的熔融模具13、13′作为一组的模具在Y轴方向配置为六组的模具,在上述模具13组的上下两方向上配置有具有足以同时加热上述模具13组的面积的导热板12,而且在上述模具13组的上下两方向上配置有具有足以同时加热上述模具13′组的面积的导热板12′,共计配置有四张导热板(配置在熔融模具13及13′的上方向上的导热板12及12′未图示在图2中)。但是,导热板的使用数量并不局限于如上所述的共计四张的方式,也可以例如在合成树脂的熔融模具的上下两侧配置各一张共计两张的导热板,加热上述合成树脂的熔融模具全部。另外,如图5所示,导热板12、12′最好形成开缝18及18′,因为通过形成这种开缝,可以均匀加热,且可以迅速进行该导热板的冷却。
另外,在本发明的加热夹具中,将组合如前所述的导热板和热供给体(模具或者结合模具和模具座的装置)并接合而构成的装置称为加热夹具。
导热板的焦耳热发生部件
作为在上述加热夹具的导热板上发生热,使该导热板发热而加热的部件,如图3及图5所示,具有与导热板12、12′隔有间隔最好平行地隔有间隔而设置的线圈15、15′。通过在上述线圈15、15′上流过交流电流,可以在上述导热板12、12′全体上均匀发生焦耳热。另外,作为上述线圈15、15′可以使用高频感应加热通常所使用的部件。作为制作发生上述焦耳热的磁场的交流电,采用数百Hz~数MHz的高频电,作为该电源的发生部件使用电动发电机、真空管起振器、变频式晶闸管等半导体装置。另外,只要上述导热板和线圈的面积满足导热板≤线圈的关系就可以在导热板的全体范围内均匀发热,但将上述导热板和线圈的面积做成大致相同的尺寸,最低限度设定为可以使热供给体进入线圈内的尺寸,样可以无热损失地加热热供给体而为优选。
以下,详细说明一例使用本发明的加热夹具以及热熔接装置的医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接方法的。
上述被热熔接的医疗用合成树脂部件的一方是医疗用热塑性套管,另一方是插入到上述医疗用热塑性套管内部的比上述医疗用热塑性套管还硬质的且满足d′/d≥1.0[d:热塑性套管的组装前内径,d′:比上述热塑性套管还硬质的合成树脂部件的组装前外径]的必要条件的合成树脂部件,将上述两者使用例如图2及图3所示的热熔接装置进行了热接合。通过使用满足上述必要条件的医疗用合成树脂部件,可以提高导热系数、提高套管和连接器的密合性,所以可以得到增加热熔接部的接合强度这一效果。
另外,上述医疗用热塑性套管和插入到该热塑性套管内的医疗用合成树脂部件以及热供给体(合成树脂的熔融模具)最好还满足以下必要条件。
D≥D′>d′
[D:热塑性套管的组装前外径,d′:插入到外径D的热塑性套管内部的比该热塑性套管还硬质的热塑性部件的组装前外径,D′:组装时的热供给体的内径]
通过使用满足上述D≥D′>d′这一必要条件的合成树脂部件,可以得到提高套管和连接器的密合性这一效果。
插入到医疗用热塑性套管内部的医疗用合成树脂部件如前所述最好由比热塑性套管还硬质的材料形成。通过采用这种结构能够由内面抑制接合部位,可以得到增加热熔接部的接合强度的效果。另外,作为这种组合可例举硬质聚碳酸酯树脂和软质聚氯乙稀树脂的组合、硬质聚氯乙稀树脂和软质聚氯乙稀树脂的组合、硬质聚烯烃树脂和软质聚烯烃树脂的组合、硬质合成树脂部件为聚烯烃树脂且软质合成树脂部件为热塑性弹性树脂的组合等。

具体实施方式
基于附图表示用于同时热熔接构成AVF针的针尾和热塑性套管以及构成AVF针的热塑性套管和血液回路连接用连接器的热熔接装置、以及使用了该热熔接装置同时热熔接上述AVF针的构成部件的熔接方法的实施例。另外,本实施例涉及AVF针,但同样也可适用于静脉注射针等其他热熔接物。
实施例1
本实施例的热熔接合成树脂连接装置是在作为如图2所示的导热板而左右相对配置的一对钢制的下侧导热板12、12′上,将在X轴方向上左右相对配置的作为合成树脂的熔融模具的铜制的对开模具13及13′作为一对,在Y轴方向配置六对,再有在上述对开模具13及13′的上面侧配置导热板12、12′(但是,配置在上述对开模具13及13′的上面侧的导热板未图示在图2中)而构成的,且至少具有:在上述对开模具13及13′上组装了构成AVF针的针1、热塑性套管9以及连接器5的各部件的多个加热夹具;热熔接构成上述AVF针的各部件的加热夹具的加热机构;上述加热夹具的冷却机构;以及使上述加热夹具向上述加热夹具的加热机构移动和使由该加热机构加热的加热夹具向冷却构件移动的移动机构。作为上述模具座最好在其轴向内部形成可引入空气或水及其他冷却介质的流道,由于可以利用该流道并通过气冷或水冷易于进行在利用下述加热夹具的加热机构进行热熔接时及/或热熔接后所需的熔融模具的热熔接温度的控制或冷却。另外,作为上述移动部件可例举旋转工作台,在该旋转工作台上配置上述多个加热夹具。
作为上述加热夹具的加热机构可例举如图5所示的圆盘形状的线圈15、15′,并在如图2及3所示的从上下两方向隔有一定间隔且平行打开间隔的状态下可加热地配置了由移动构件移动来的组装有构成上述AVF针的各部件的加热夹具的导热板12、12′。上述导热板12、12′及圆盘形状的线圈15、15′实际上面积相同,且能够同时均匀加热多个合成树脂的熔融模具13、13′而为优选。但是上述导热板12、12′及圆盘形状的线圈15、15′实际上面积相同没必要面积完全相同,只要上述导热板12、12′能够同时均匀加热多个合成树脂的熔融模具13、13′即可。上述导热板12、12′和圆盘形状的线圈15、15′可以使用通常用于电磁烹调器的部件。上述加热夹具的冷却机构是冷却上述加热夹具的构件,上述加热夹具是利用由上述移动构件移动来的加热构件来进行加热。
实施例2
使用上述实施例1的热熔接合成树脂连接装置实施了构成AVF针的各部件的热熔接。
在旋转工作台上设置多个上述加热夹具,以被夹持在配置于合成树脂的熔融模具座14上的六个各模具13上的状态,在各个加热夹具上组装了在作为构成AVF针的部件的热塑性套管(软质聚氯乙稀树脂套管)9内插入、嵌合针1的由聚碳酸酯树脂构成的针尾(衬套)7从而构成接合状态的构件。同样以被夹持在配置于合成树脂的熔融模具座14′上的六个各模具13上的状态,组装了在作为构成AVF针的部件的软质聚氯乙稀树脂套管9内插入、嵌合血液回路连接用管状聚碳酸酯树脂制连接器5从而处于接合状态的构件。
接着,首先通过旋转上述旋转部件使以接合状态夹持了上述AVF针的构成部件的上述多个加热夹具中的一个移动至上述加热夹具加热部。该加热夹具加热部具有线圈15、15′,通过在上述线圈上流过高频电流,在上述导热板12、12′上发生焦耳热,使该热传递到上述合成树脂的熔融模具13、13′上,从而加热合成树脂的熔融模具13、13′,进而热熔接以接合状态被夹持在该模具13、13′上的上述AVF针的构成部件。由于作为熔融模具13、13′使用对开模具,所以为了防止在该合成树脂的熔融模具的分开面部分不会被加热,而在热熔接部分的圆周方向形成熔融不充分的部分,最好在进行上述热熔接后,打开合成树脂的熔融模具而只旋转合成树脂部件,然后再次关闭合成树脂的熔融模具,之后再进行热熔接。
通过旋转上述旋转部件利用控制装置进行控制,使得用上述加热夹具加热部热熔接上述AVF针的构成部件的加热夹具移动到上述冷却机构件而被冷却,同时将下一个以接合状态夹持上述AVF针的构成部件的加热夹具移动到上述加热夹具加热部上同时开始加热。
产业上的可利用性
根据本发明提供一种合成树脂部件的制造方法及制造装置,在热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件时,例如在热熔接构成AVF针的较软的热塑性套管和比该套管还硬质的其他零件例如翼状针的针尾(衬套)或者血液回路、延长套管、输液组件等的比上述套管还硬质的连接器的嵌合品等时,可以迅速且均匀地热熔接可塑性套管部件和比该热塑性套管部件还硬质的部件的接合部,再有还能够以高生产率的状态自动连续地实施其制造工序。

Claims (16)

1.一种用于热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接装置,其特征在于,
其具备加热夹具和机构而构成,所述加热夹具由能将所要热熔接的医疗用合成树脂部件彼此以接合状态组装于其间并热熔接该组装后的合成树脂部件彼此的接合部的热供给体和配置在该热供给体的上下方向上且被加热时可对该热供给体传递热熔接上述医疗用合成树脂部件彼此所需的热的导热板构成,所述机构使所述导热板发生焦耳热,并且,所述导热板形成有开缝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接装置,其特征在于,所述使导热板发生焦耳热的机构是在所述加热夹具的导热板的上下方向上相分开设置的、通过流过电流而产生磁场使导热板产生焦耳热的线圈。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接装置,其特征在于,
一个加热夹具是在导热板的X轴方向上配置多个热供给体,且在导热板的Y轴方向上也配置多组上述X轴方向的热供给体配置而构成的。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接装置,其特征在于,
一个导热板具有足以同时加热多个热供给体的面积。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接装置,其特征在于,
与所要热熔接的医疗用合成树脂部件接触的热供给体面的形状是凹凸形状。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接装置,其特征在于,
热供给体是合成树脂的熔融模具或者熔融模具和模具座的组合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接装置,其特征在于,
构成熔融模具的材料是导热性材料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接装置,其特征在于,
导热板的面积≤线圈的面积。
9.根据权利要求2所述的用于热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接装置,其特征在于,
具有进行了医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接的加热夹具的冷却部件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用于热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接装置,其特征在于,
具有使组装了所要热熔接的医疗用合成树脂部件的加热夹具向导热板的加热机构的位置移动的移动部件,以及使已进行医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接的加热夹具向所述冷却部件的位置移动的移动部件。
11.根据权利要求10所述的用于热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接装置,其特征在于,
移动部件是旋转工作台。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的用于热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件彼此的热熔接装置,其特征在于,
通过控制装置连续自动控制进行医疗用合成树脂部件向加热夹具的组装、组装在加热夹具上的医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接、以及热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件的加热夹具的冷却。
13.一种医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接方法,其特征在于,
使用如权利要求1~12中任何一项所述的热熔接装置,在满足以下条件下将医疗用合成树脂部件组装于该热熔接装置的加热夹具中:插入到热塑性套管内部的医疗用合成树脂部件是比热塑性套管硬质的医疗用合成树脂部件,并满足d′/d≥1.0,其中,d:热塑性套管的组装前的内径,d′:插入到热塑性套管内部的比该热塑性套管还硬质的合成树脂部件的组装前的外径。
14.一种医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接方法,其特征在于,
使用如权利要求1~12中任何一项所述的热熔接装置,在满足以下条件下将医疗用合成树脂部件组装于该热熔接装置的加热夹具中:插入到热塑性套管内部的医疗用合成树脂部件是比热塑性套管还硬质的医疗用合成树脂部件,且满足D≥D′>d′,其中,D:热塑性套管的组装前的外径,d′:插入到外径D的热塑性套管内部的比该热塑性套管还硬质的热塑性部件的组装前的外径,D′:组装时的热供给体的内径。
15.一种医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接方法,其特征在于,
使用如权利要求12所述的医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接装置,连续自动控制进行医疗用合成树脂部件向加热夹具的组装、组装在加热夹具上的医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接、以及热熔接医疗用合成树脂部件后的加热夹具的冷却。
16.根据权利要求13或14所述的医疗用合成树脂部件的热熔接方法,其特征在于,
热塑性套管是AVF针的热塑性套管,插入到热塑性套管内部的医疗用合成树脂部件是比上述热塑性套管还硬质的与上述热塑性套管连接的医疗用回路的连接用连接器及/或翼状针的衬套部分。
