背景技术
已知的举重椅类的练习器械至今已经用于锻炼上肢和手臂及/或腿部。因为这种器械通常具有用于上肢和手臂及用于腿部的分离的杆和重物，所以它们往往有些复杂且体积大。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，该器械具有水平延伸的座位11，该座位11在一端被直立的立柱12支承而在另一端被后倾的支腿13支承。立柱和支腿具有横向延伸、搁置在底板上的大致上呈矩形的脚板14、16。
靠背17在座位后方与支承臂或支柱18铰链连接，该支承臂或支柱18在靠背和后支腿13之间延伸，用于以相对于座位的不同角度来保持靠背。支柱的上端与靠背枢转地连接，且下端搁置在支腿上侧的法兰19上。

本发明具有很多重要的特征和优点。它对于上肢和手臂锻炼以及腿部锻炼都采用相同的重物，且因此相对便宜且紧凑。重物以易于更换的方式安装，且如有需要，用作重物的哑铃可以移走并以无重物的形式使用。

Claims (10)

1.一种举重椅，包括水平延伸的座位，朝向所述座位一端的摇臂，从所述摇臂横向伸出、用于被座位上的腿部练习者的腿部夹靠住的重物杆，安装于重物杆外侧端的重物保持件，具有配重片的哑铃，该配重片可更换地安装在位于所述重物保持件中并且沿垂直于重物杆的方向延伸的杆上，以及安装在所述摇臂上、用于被座位上的上肢或手臂练习者的手抓住的手柄。
2.根据权利要求1所述的举重椅，其中所述哑铃的杆相对于所述摇臂以大约45°的角度倾斜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的举重椅，其中所述手柄为大致T形，并具有以大约90°的角度从所述摇臂伸出的柄以及具有能够被上肢或手臂练习者的手抓住的把手的横杆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的举重椅，其中所述手柄枢转地与所述摇臂连接且能够旋转至邻近所述摇臂的位置，以便存放。
