技术领域
本申请一般涉及在鞋类产品领域的应用,尤其涉及一种合成鞋垫,以及制造该鞋垫的方法。
背景技术
如所知,脚跟是脚在走路时最容易受到震动和冲击应力的部分。为此,在许多鞋和鞋垫产品中,在脚跟区域提供有震动吸收部件。
尤其是,EP-A-1166671、WO-A-0024283、WO-A-9831249、US-A-2002092203、US-A-5718063都公开了如下的鞋垫,该鞋垫具有聚合基材料和至少一个腔或开口,在腔或开口内放置有一个或多个凝胶嵌入物。通常,至少一个凝胶嵌入物放置在位于穿用者脚跟部位的鞋垫后部,以吸收来自地面的震动。
这种结构的缺陷在于,该嵌入物的尺寸小而且会引起机械性能在该后部和该鞋垫中不均匀分布,因此,影响穿用者的舒适感。尤其是,在基底材料和该凝胶材料之间的过渡区域具有不同的硬度性能。穿用者能够感觉到这些过渡区域,并且当这些过渡区域位于易于受到频繁和相对高的应力的鞋垫后部时,会特别不舒服。
US-A-2002166259和FR-A-2808427分别公开了具有凝胶层的鞋垫,该鞋垫的上表面大致延伸经过穿用者的整个脚部平面。还设置了覆盖层,用于完全覆盖凝胶层的至少上表面,以防止与其直接接触。
这种结构的不足在于该覆盖层会限制该凝胶层的震动吸收性能,由此影响走路时的舒适水平。另外,US-A-2002166259中公开的该结构设置有具有不同硬度的局部区域,这会引起脚部感觉到不便的压力不连续,以及影响整体舒适度。
EP-A-0774219公开了一种鞋垫,其具有聚合泡沫制成的基体和填充有凝胶的垫层,该垫层位于鞋垫的上表面以便和穿用者的脚相互作用。该鞋垫另外还具有位于脚跟部的腔,该腔被设计来容纳用来吸收对脚跟的冲击应力的元件。
这种结构的缺陷包括,其在凝胶垫层和基体之间的相互作用以及垫层中的凝胶和其壁之间的相互作用会影响该凝胶的震动吸收性能以及变形能力,由此降低应力吸收效果。
根据德国实用新型DE-U-299 05 961,其公开了一种合成鞋垫,包括和穿用者的脚在跖骨区域以及至少部分脚弓区域相互作用的前部,以及和脚在整个脚跟区域相互作用的后部。这种已知的鞋垫具有凝胶材料的均匀层,其覆盖整个鞋垫的延伸区域。因此,这种已知的合成鞋垫非常昂贵,并且在更易于出汗的脚部区域,比如脚弓和跖骨区域,不能进行汗水的蒸发。
发明内容
本发明的首要目的在于通过提供一种具有高舒适性能的合成鞋垫来消除上述缺陷。
本发明的一个特别目的在于提供一种鞋垫,其能够在脚部、特别是容易经受较高压力的区域比如脚跟和跖骨区均匀分布应力。
本发明进一步的目的在于提供一种鞋垫,其在脚容易承受较大应力的区域具有和脚相接触的连续表面,该鞋垫在硬度或其它机械性能方面不具有不连续性。
而且本发明另外一个特别目的在于提供一种鞋垫,其使得在更容易出汗的脚部区域产生汗水蒸发。
这些目的以及以下将会更清楚的其它目的根据本发明提供的一种合成鞋垫来实现,该合成鞋垫具有和穿用者的脚在跖骨区域以及至少部分脚弓区域相互作用的前部,以及和脚在整个脚跟区域相互作用的后部,所述后部具有至少一个凝胶材料层,所述凝胶材料层的平面尺寸基本上等于所述后部的平面尺寸并且小于整个鞋垫的平面尺寸,以均匀支承脚跟以及吸收作用在脚跟上的应力,所述凝胶层具有和脚跟相互作用的不具有不连续性的上表面,以进一步提高舒适度,其特征在于,所述凝胶层是由一个整件形成的,并且具有从外侧可见的所述上表面。
由于该特别的结构,可以得到一种特别舒适的鞋垫,其能够使应力均匀分布在脚上,尤其是脚跟上。

尤其参照上述附图描述根据本发明的合成鞋垫,该鞋垫被设计用于各种鞋类,并且一般用数字1标记。
鞋垫1具有前部2,前部2用于和脚在跖骨区域以及至少部分脚弓区域相互作用,鞋垫1还具有和脚跟相互作用的后部3。
本发明的特有特征在于该后部3具有凝胶层4,其平面尺寸大致等于后部3自身的平面尺寸。由此,该脚跟可以被均匀支承,并且其上的应力可被有效吸收。
该凝胶层4可以具有用于和脚跟相互作用的上表面5,上表面5大致是连续的,没有表面不连续性,以便进一步提高舒适性。而且,该凝胶层4可以是由单件一种凝胶材料形成,或者可以由不同凝胶材料的多个重叠层制成。例如,可以使用具有不同的硬度和/或密度的两种凝胶材料。凝胶材料可以是任何类型,并且优选是聚亚安酯类的。
在某一实施例中,该后部3可以整个由凝胶材料制成,如图1和图3所示。在这种情况下,该凝胶层4延伸穿过该后部3的整个厚度,借助连续的连接线6连接到前部2。
在其它实施例中,如图2和图4所示,该后部3可以包括支承基底7,该基底由半刚性的、天然或合成材料,比如聚合泡沫制成,该基底位于凝胶层4的下方。此处,该支承基底7可以只延伸穿过后部3,或者还可以延伸穿过前部2。
不管是在该凝胶层4延伸穿过该后部3的整个厚度的情况下,还是在该凝胶层4的下方设置有支承基底7的情况下,该凝胶层4都通过大致连续的连接部分8连接到前部2,由此提供了一个位于后部3的上表面5与前部2的上表面9之间的过渡区域,该过渡区域大致不具有不连续性和不便的台阶(inconvenient step)。
该凝胶层4可以至少在该上表面5上利用清漆进行精整处理,清漆能够降低该后部3与脚跟之间的粘着性,以便防止在脚跟和该上表面之间产生令人不愉快的局部粘连的感觉。
适宜地,该凝胶层4可以具有高起的外围边缘(在附图中未显示),以和脚跟的骨骼结构大致符合以及提高其在走路时的保持力。而且,该后部3可以具有整件式附件(one-piece appendix)(未示出),其朝向脚的脚弓延伸。这种整件式附件和该高起的边缘都是熟知的结构,用来提高鞋垫1的解剖学上的适配性和穿用者的舒适性。
前部2可以包括至少一层蒸发材料(附图中未显示),该蒸发材料可以从皮革、纤维、天然和/或合成织物的组中选择。此外,支承基底7可以不仅在该后部3延伸,而且还可以在蒸发层的下面延伸,因此在前部2延伸。
如图3和图4所示,前部2可以包括位于跖骨区域的凝胶材料嵌入物10,以便还在该区域中吸收脚和地面之间的震动。
上述鞋垫1根据如下所述的方法制造。尤其是,该方法包括这样的步骤,即形成设计成和脚在跖骨区域以及至少部分脚弓区域相互作用的前部2,以及形成后部3的步骤,该后部3和前部2是一个整体,该后部3被设计成和脚跟相互作用。更详细地说,该方法还包括形成凝胶层4的步骤,该凝胶层是通过在特殊的模具中(未示出)模制而成的,其大致延伸过该后部3的整个平面尺寸。
该凝胶层4可以以各种方式模制。根据第一实施例,凝胶层4和前部2共同模制。由此,先前预成形的前部2被放置在模具中,然后该凝胶材料被引入。因此,凝胶层4形成了整个后部3,这种模制工艺使得可以通过连续的连接线6将该前部2和该后部3连接在一起。
在第二实施例中,凝胶层4和前部以及由半刚性材料制成的支承基底7共同模制。此时,凝胶材料在后部3处被模制在支承基底7上方,并且和支承基底7以及前部2永久地结合在一起。
在第三实施例中,前部2和后部3分开制造,随后借助大致连续的连接部结合在一起。此时,该后部3可以仅仅由凝胶层4形成,或者也可以包括支承基底7。而且,前部2可以通过胶粘、缝合或其它类似方法连接到后部。
一旦根据上述实施例中的一个制成了由前部2和后部3组成的中间装置,凝胶层4就可以在一个上表面5处涂以清漆,以降低对脚跟部的粘着性。
可选择地,在根据任何上述实施例制成后部3之前,可以预先将模具涂布以非粘性的清漆,用来覆盖凝胶层4的上表面5以降低其对脚跟的粘着性。
通过上述公开可看出,通过有效吸收脚/地面接触引起的震动,本发明的鞋垫证明可以实现预期的目的,尤其提供了高舒适度。
在所附的权利要求揭示的发明构思内,本发明的鞋垫可以进行许多改变和变型。所有所述细节可以被其它技术等同部件替代,所述材料基于不同的需要可以不同,这都不脱离本发明的范围。

Claims (17)

1.一种合成鞋垫,具有和穿用者的脚在跖骨区域以及至少部分脚弓区域相互作用的前部(2),以及和脚在整个脚跟区域相互作用的后部(3),所述后部(3)具有至少一个凝胶材料层(4),所述凝胶材料层(4)的平面尺寸基本上等于所述后部(3)的平面尺寸并且小于整个鞋垫的平面尺寸,以均匀支承脚跟以及吸收作用在脚跟上的应力,所述凝胶层(4)具有和脚跟相互作用的连续的上表面(5),以进一步提高舒适度,其特征在于,所述凝胶层(4)是由一个整件形成的,并且所述上表面(5)从外侧可见。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述后部(3)是整体由凝胶材料制成的。
3.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述后部(3)包括支承基底(7),该支承基底由半刚性、天然或合成材料构成,并且位于所述凝胶层(4)的下方。
4.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述凝胶层(4)至少在所述上表面(5)上利用清漆进行精整处理,清漆能够降低所述后部(3)与所述脚跟之间的粘着性。
5.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述凝胶层(4)具有高起的外围边缘以和脚跟在解剖学上符合,并且提高其保持力。

8.如权利要求6或7所述的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述支承基底(7)在所述前部(2)的所述蒸发材料层的下方延伸。

10.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述后部(3)具有朝向脚的脚弓延伸的整件式附件。

12.一种制造如上述权利要求中的任意一个所述的鞋垫的方法,包括步骤:形成设计成和脚在跖骨区域以及至少部分脚弓区域相互作用的前部(2),以及形成后部(3),该后部(3)和该前部(2)是一个整体,并且该后部(3)被设计成和脚跟相互作用,包括形成凝胶层(4)的步骤,所述凝胶层(4)具有和脚跟相互作用的连续的上表面(5),所述凝胶层(4)在特殊的模具中模制而成,基本上延伸过所述后部(3)的整个平面尺寸并且小于整个鞋垫的平面尺寸,其特征在于,所述凝胶层(4)是由一个整件形成的并且所述凝胶层(4)被制成为使得所述上表面(5)从外侧可见。
