剃须刀头1包括一防护件2,其后称作板式防护件,一与板式防护件2安装并紧固的刀片组件3,和一用于连接手柄端部、具有闭锁装置5的板式后盖4。
板式防护件2基本上成矩形的,并包括一平坦基部件6和一从基部件6基本垂直突出的外围壁7。
外围壁7和基部件6一起限定出一内部空间8,其中刀片组件3如下文所述在安装剃须刀头1时,容纳进内部空间中。

矩形开口37设在本体36中,如下所示,其具有能与板式防护件2的外围壁7的上表面39配合的平坦边缘38。
板式后盖4形成一个与剃须刀手柄紧密配合的适配器。

横档42,43与相应圆柱形表面46,47连接,限定出弧形槽48,49,该槽适合支撑剃须刀手柄端部的轴承壳,在轴承壳上剃须刀头将可枢转地和可移动地连接通过板式后盖4。
在固定器40,41的中部,板式后盖4包括支柱形式的凸轮装置50,其基本上垂直延伸地通过开口37,支柱50包括在顶点53交接的凸轮表面51,52,在表面51,52间限定一钝角。凸轮装置50用于接收凸轮从动件,其操作推动剃须刀头1到相对于剃须刀手柄给定的静止位置。
剃须刀头1与手柄端部的连接在美国专利4,492,025中被进一步详细描述,该专利的整个内容因此合并参照。
根据本发明生产剃须刀头的方法在其后描述。
这种方法包括如下步骤:
—提供板式防护件2;
—将刀片组件3紧固到板式防护件2上;
—提供板式后盖4;
—在刀片组件3的同侧上将板式后盖4紧固到板式防护件2上。
按照刀片组件3中的刀片数量,提供几个用于实施将刀片组件3紧固到板式防护件2上的步骤的实施例。
一个刀片
在剃须刀头1中只设有一个刀片25,将刀片组件3紧固到板式防护件2上的步骤包括:
—提供刀片25,其具有紧固孔32和切口33,它们分别与紧固销16和定位销17,18对准;
—将刀片25安装到板式防护件2上,刀片25抵靠基部件6的内表面12,紧固销16穿过紧固孔32,定位销17,18与切口33,34配合,刀片端部23,24抵靠锥形面19,20以及刀片边缘31通过并沿板式防护件2中的矩形开口9延伸;

两个刀片

—在第二刀片26上方将紧固板29安装到板式防护件2上;
—在每个紧固销16的一个端部形成一卷边头54,从而将两个刀片的组件3铆接到板式防护件2上。
三个刀片(优选的)
对于具有三个刀片25,26,27的剃须刀头1(如图3所示),将刀片组件3紧固到板式防护件2上的步骤包括:

—提供一宽的或第三刀片,具有紧固孔和的切口,它们分别与紧固销和定位销对准;
—在第二隔离板上方,将第三刀片安装到板式防护件上,紧固销穿过紧固孔,定位销与切口配合,刀片的端部抵接锥形面,以及刀片刃口通过设置在板式防护件中的矩形开口延伸;
—提供一第三隔离板,具有与紧固销对准的孔;
—第三刀片,将第三隔离板安装到板式防护件上;

—提供一紧固板,具有与紧固销对准的孔;
—将紧固板安装到板式防护件上,紧固销穿过该孔;
—在每个紧固销的一端形成一卷边头,从而刀片组件铆接到板式防护件上。
因此,不论刀片的数量如何,将刀片组件3铆接到板式防护件2的步骤是在安装板式后盖4的步骤之前进行的。换句话说,刀片组件3与板式后盖4分离和独立地固定到板式防护件2上,使得万一板式后盖从板式防护件意外分离时,避免了刀片的散开。
此外,由于刀片组件3与板式后盖4独立地固定到板式防护件2上,如下所述,可牢固地将板式后盖固定到板式防护件。
此外,因为紧固销16只固定刀片组件3,刀片组件通过紧固板夹入中间,紧固销比普通的紧固销短,因而它们更坚固,并较少有刀片意外从板式防护件2分离的风险。
如图2和5所示,板式后盖4形成一盖子,其在紧固到板式防护件2上时,封闭了内部空间8,刀片组件3不能被接触地放入其中。
当然,板式防护件2的厚度,即外围壁7的高度,应该适合于刀片组件3的厚度,这取决于刀片的数量。
如图5所示,在刀片组件3被铆接后,卷边头54不从板式防护件2的内部空间8向外突出,使得当安装在板式防护件2上时,板式后盖4不被阻止抵接板式防护件2的外围壁7。
如图5进一步所示,板式后盖4被激光焊接到板式防护件2上。这里提供激光源,其通过一柔性激光束引导元件56连接到激光焊接头55。激光焊接头55安装到臂57上,该臂57在垂直于板式后盖4和板式防护件2之间的界面59的方向上被可滑动地安装在夹紧元件58上,该方向由箭头F1示出。此外,激光焊接头55是相对于夹紧元件58可滑动的,在与板式后盖4和板式防护件2之间的界面59基本平行的方向上滑动,使得激光焊接头55能如图6所示沿预定的焊接通道60移动,通道遵循外围壁7的轮廓线。
在图5所述的优选实施例中,板式防护件2安装在组件底侧上,而板式后盖4安装在组件的顶部上。因为激光焊接束61来自于顶部,板式后盖4和板式防护件2必须由合适的聚合物制成以允许激光焊接。在这种特定情况下,板式后盖4对于激光束61必须是透明的,而平台防护2相反是吸收的。由于激光波长在不可见范围之外,两部件2,4可以根据生产者的需要被染色,以使它们对于激光束61分别具有足够的透明度和不透明度。
此外,通过板式后盖4和板式防护件2的搭接(即通过边缘38和顶部表面39的连接)来形成的界面59必须具有足够的面积以防止焊接通道或熔化区域60接触界面59的边缘。
激光焊接方法在美国专利US6,201,211中被进一步详细描述,其整个内容在此作为参考。
如上所述,这种焊接方法被用于将板式后盖4激光焊接到板式防护件2上,这是由于需要将两部件2,4彼此牢固地固定在一起,以避免在剃须时分离,这会伤害使用者的脸部(或者其他身体区域被割伤)。还有一种需要是防止玩剃须刀的孩子很容易地将盖平台4从板式防护件上分离,这样会容易接近刀片。
激光焊接还能被用于焊接剃须刀的其他塑料部件,该部件需要牢固地紧固在一起。
例如,在带有包括几个塑料部件的手柄的剃须刀中,根据本发明剃须刀的生产方法包括将手柄的至少两个塑料部件激光焊接在一起的步骤。
激光焊接的技术可以与先前所述相同,因而,塑料部件中的一个必须是透明的,以允许激光束传送,而其他部件是可吸收的。
一个部件可以是手柄的上部部件,另一个是下部部件,上部和下部部件被激光焊接在一起形成整个手柄。
一装饰的插入物(如用于广告目的)可以夹在上部和下部部件之间,插入物通过透明的上部部件而可见。

Claims (5)

1、剃须刀头(1),包括一防护件(2),与所述防护件连接的刀片组件(3),和与剃须刀手柄紧密配合的适配器(4),其中所述适配器(4)形成一盖件,该盖件在刀片组件(3)的同侧紧固在防护件(2)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的剃须刀头(1),其特征在于,所述防护件(2)和盖件(4)一起形成一封闭的内部空间(8),刀片组件(3)被放置在其中。
3、根据权利要求2所述的剃须刀头(1),其特征在于,所述防护件(2)具有一内表面(12)和一外围壁(7),两者一起限定所述内部空间(8),刀片组件(3)放置在其中,以及其中盖件(4)被焊接在所述外围壁(7)的边缘(39)上,从而封闭所述内部空间(8)。
4、根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的剃须刀头(1),其特征在于,所述盖件(4)被激光焊接到所述防护件(2)上。
5、剃须刀包括:
-一具有手柄端部的剃须刀手柄;和
-剃须刀头(1),包括防护件(2)、与所述防护件(2)连接的刀片组件(3)和一盖件(4),该盖件(4)在所述刀片组件(3)的同侧被紧固在防护件(2)上,其中所述盖件(4)是与所述手柄端部紧密枢轴配合的适配器。
