一种水表的壳体结构,壳体由外壳和水环槽体组成,外壳有进口和出口、机芯腔和呈柱形的水环槽腔,水环槽腔的上口大于下口,水环槽体呈圆筒形,其内周有呈开口圆环形的水环槽,水环槽体的外周与水环槽腔的内周呈密封式配合,水环槽体嵌配在外壳的水环槽腔中,使水环槽的开口与外壳的出口连通,组成壳体,在壳体中装有水表机芯,机芯下部置于机芯腔中,机芯上部与水环槽配合,杨芯上端的表盘及透明板置于由外壳和水环槽体上端口的窗口中,在窗口的口端装上密封圈,环形中罩与外壳配合,形成读表视窗,在外壳上端铰装有防尘盖。本发明有如下的优点:结构强度好,使用寿命长。

本发明涉及一种水表的壳体结构。
背景技术
习用的水表壳体有整体式和对镶式,整体式为金属铸造,耐腐蚀性差,对流经水表的水质二次污染,计量精度下降,对接式粘接牢固性差,使用寿命短,结构复杂,密封性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,而提供一种水表的壳体结构。
本发明的技术方案是,一种水表的壳体结构,其特征在于:它包括进口和出口、机芯腔和水环槽的壳体,壳体中的机芯,壳体上端的窗口连接有中罩,壳体有柱形的水环槽腔的外壳,有嵌配在水环槽腔中且有上述水环槽的筒形的水环槽体。
所述的水环槽腔为圆柱形,上口大于下口。
本发明有如下的优点:结构强度好,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
请参见图,一种水表的壳体结构,壳体1由外壳和水环槽体组成,外壳2有分置在外壳两端的流体进口3和出口4、机芯腔5和呈柱形的水环槽腔6,水环槽腔的上口大于下口,水环槽体9呈圆筒形,其内周有呈开口圆环形的水环槽10,水环槽体的外周与水环槽腔6的内周呈密封式配合,水环槽体9嵌配在外壳2的水环槽腔6中,使水环槽的开口11与外壳的出口4连通,组成壳体1,在壳体中装有水表机芯12,机芯下部置于机芯腔5中,机芯上部与水环槽10配合,杨芯上端的表盘及透明板13置于由外壳和水环槽体上端口的窗口中,在窗口的口端装上密封圈14,环形中罩15与外壳2配合,形成读表视窗16,在外壳上端铰装有防尘盖17。

1、一种水表的壳体结构,其特征在于:它包括进口和出口、机芯腔和水环槽的壳体,壳体中的机芯,壳体上端的窗口连接有中罩,壳体有柱形的水环槽腔的外壳,有嵌配在水环槽腔中且有上述水环槽的筒形的水环槽体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种水表的壳体结构,其特征在于:所述的水环槽腔为圆柱形,上口大于下口。
