Abstract

Description

用于注塑机中喷射单元的驱动装置
本发明的主题是一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于注塑机中喷射单元的驱动装置。
具有所述类型的驱动装置的注塑机是众所周知的。这种注塑机用于将可塑化的材料注入模具的模间空隙中,其中如此构造喷射单元,使得在喷射时可以通过合适的致动塑化蜗杆(Plastifizierschnecke)和螺纹传动机构将压力与喷射速度与可塑化的材料以及待注塑的工件的特性相匹配。一种这样的注塑单元例如已经由WO 97/18938A1中得到公开。在这种注塑机中,塑化蜗杆通过一个在蜗杆后端部和推力轴承之间的第一马达驱动,而螺纹传动机构则通过一个在螺母的背离推力轴承的一侧的第二马达驱动,其中螺纹传动机构啮合在该螺母中。螺母和外壳件不可扭转但可移动地支承在一个共同的平行于蜗杆和螺纹传动机构的旋转轴线的导向机构中,其中推力轴承安置在外壳件中。这种装置的构造非常复杂,并且磨损件如螺母和螺纹传动机构的更换会引起较长的生产中断。
在DE 197 31 833 C1中公开了另一种注塑机,其设计构造相应于上述注塑机的构造,但区别是,螺纹传动机构的驱动机构位于螺纹传动机构的前端部上,由此螺纹传动机构和其螺母的更换得到了简化。
这两种公开的装置还是具有以下缺点,即其驱动马达与机器轴线径向间隔开,并由此在马达和待驱动的元件之间的驱动连接通过齿轮传动机构或者带传动机构实现。这是非常昂贵的,并且尤其是带传动机构很难防止污染。尤其不利的是传动机构巨大的惯性,其必须由驱动马达进行补偿。这会引起马达和冷却设备更高的驱动功率,并由此导致更高的能量耗费。
另外由DE 43 44 335 C2公开了一种用于注塑机的喷射机构,其中,塑化蜗杆的后端部直接支撑着螺纹传动机构,并且其中螺母可以由一个包围该螺母的空心轴马达驱动。塑化蜗杆和与其刚性连接的螺纹传动机构的驱动通过在该公开文献中同样构造成空心轴马达的第二驱动马达实现。这种装置的缺点是,两个驱动马达必须具有相同的功率,因为蜗杆马达在喷射期间-尽管其停止-必须保持喷射马达的全部扭矩。另外,磨损件(螺纹传动机构和螺母)的更换极其费事并且会导致长时间的工作中断。
本发明的任务是提供一种用于注塑机中喷射单元的驱动装置,其克服了上述缺点,并且可以简单且低成本地进行制造,并且具有容易维修的构造。
该任务通过一种具有权利要求1所述特征的驱动装置解决。这种驱动装置的尤其优选的结构方案在从属权利要求中得到描述。
按本发明的驱动装置允许保护对污染敏感的驱动部件如推力轴承和径向轴承不受环境影响地安置在一个外壳的内部。这种驱动装置另外还包括明显更少的遭受磨损并且必须定期更换的元件。尽管用于力传递的元件布置在外壳内部,但是这些元件的维护或者更换需要很少的花费。
根据一种实施例对本发明进行更详细地描述。附图示出:
图1示出了驱动装置和塑化圆筒的透视图;
图2示出了驱动装置的轴向剖面图;
图3示出了具有按图2的驱动元件的轴承外壳(区域A)的放大视图;
图4示出了本发明的另一种结构方案的轴向剖面图;

在图1中以鸟瞰图示出的驱动装置1包括两个导向杆3,在其上可轴向移动地支承着一个轴承外壳5。具有塑化蜗杆11的塑化圆筒13从轴承外壳5的前端部7伸出。塑化圆筒13贯穿支架12,导向杆3的前端部就固定在该支架12中。从轴承外壳5的后端部9伸出一个螺纹传动机构15,该螺纹传动机构15啮合在一个螺母17中进行导向。螺母17安置在一个托架19中,该托架19与两个导向杆3固定连接。
在根据图2的轴向剖面图以及图3中轴承外壳5的放大视图中,可以看到本发明的主要元件以及其相互之间的布置。
轴承外壳5的前端部7由一个环形盖21构成,该环形盖21支撑着一个径向轴承23。在径向轴承23中支承着一个阶梯形的前连接法兰25,塑化蜗杆11不可相对转动、但可拆下地固定在该连接法兰25上。塑化蜗杆11的连接例如可以用精密花键轴(Feinkeilwelle)或者夹紧机构实现。轴承外壳5的后端部7由一个后环形盖27封闭,该后环形盖27同样支撑着一个径向轴承23。在后径向轴承23中可旋转地支承着一个阶梯形的后连接法兰29。该后连接法兰29不可相对转动、但可以用很小的力气就能拆下地与螺纹传动机构15的前端部连接。可容易拆下的夹紧件31保持住连接法兰29和螺纹传动机构15之间的连接。两个连接法兰21、27通过管形的外壳件33相互刚性连接。它们共同构成了轴承外壳5。在外壳件33上成形了成对布置的并且径向从外壳件33伸出的导向座35并且建立了与这两个导向杆3的连接,该导向座35具有孔36(见图1)。在两个连接法兰25、29上优选套上盘形密封件37,用于防止环境中的脏物侵入到轴承外壳5的内部。在圆柱形外壳件33的内部安置了例如支撑在环形肋39上的另一个径向轴承41,该径向轴承41支撑着一个短的盘形轴43。在该轴43上安置着一个相对于轴承41直径明显小的多的第二轴承45,并且支撑在环49的孔47中。在轴43上的轴承41之间设置着一个推力轴承或者轴向轴承53,其中该轴承41轴向通过一个第一轴承环50进行支撑,并支撑在轴43的轴肩51上。推力轴承53的远离该轴肩51的第二轴承环55在端面抵靠在环49上。推力轴承53将环49、并因此将螺纹传动机构与轴43的扭矩解耦。
后面的连接法兰29和环47通过圆柱外壳形的第一转子57相互连接,该第一转子57包括多个永磁体。转子57通过合适的固定件59如螺纹件、销钉等固定,并在后面的连接法兰29和环49之间构成一个刚性的传递扭矩的连接。
轴43和前面的连接法兰25通过第二转子61相互连接,该第二转子61同样包括多个永磁体。合适的固定件59用于在第二转子61、轴43和前面的连接法兰25之间建立不可相对转动的连接。
在本发明的另一种结构方案中,后面的连接法兰29和环49以及轴43和前面的连接法兰25分别一体式制成。在图3(第一实施方式)的这些元件之间存在的间隙由此消除了,并且转子57、61的外围支撑在连接法兰25、29上(参见图5中的阴影面)。
在第一转子57和圆柱形外壳件33之间的环形空间中插入了一个第一定子63,并且通过合适的元件例如通过销钉65不可相对转动地与外壳5连接。与此相类似,在第二转子61和外壳件33之间的环形空间中插入了一个第二定子67,并且同样用销钉65不可相对转动地固定。
第一转子57和第一定子63构成了一个第一马达69,第二转子61和第二定子67构成了一个第二马达71。这两个马达69、71中的至少一个马达是伺服马达,驱动塑化蜗杆11的第二马达71也可以是一种异步马达。
在本发明的按图4和5的另一种结构方案中,在两个马达69、71之间设置了一个通过一个用密阴影面73示意表示的离合器。借助于该离合器可以将两个马达69和71临时不可相对转动地连接在一起。为了避免在喷射时塑化蜗杆11一起转动,在塑化蜗杆11和连接法兰25之间装入一个自由轮机构26(仅仅通过阴影示出的矩形示意示出)。
当然在示意表示离合器的阴影区域73中,也可以装入一个推力轴承,如在第一实施例中详细描述的那样。
为了更加清楚起见,在图中没有示出电源以及其它电气元件。
从附图以及说明书可以看到,所有的机械零件如轴承以及定子和转子57、61;63、67完全布置在外壳5的内部。按本发明的驱动装置无需传动机构如传动带、传动链就能满足要求。这实现了一种非常紧凑且简单的轻质量结构形式。在喷射时产生的轴向力或者压力由唯一的推力轴承53承受。其余的轴承41、45不受轴向力,因为轴承外壳5可以基本上没有阻力地跟随螺纹传动机构15和塑化蜗杆11沿着导向杆3的轴向运动。
两个马达69、71的功率可以单独与塑化蜗杆11和喷射机构15的功率要求相匹配。

Claims (8)

1.用于注塑机中喷射单元的驱动装置,该注塑机用于加工塑料材料,该驱动装置包括:
-一个可在导向件(3)上轴向移动的塑化圆筒(13),其具有一个通过一个第一马达(71)驱动的、可旋转地支承在塑化滚筒(13)中的塑化蜗杆(11),
-一个第二马达(69),用于驱动喷射机构,
-一个喷射机构,用于使塑化蜗杆(11)轴向移动,
-一个可以在导向件(3)上轴向移动的轴承外壳(5),具有一个推力轴承(53)用于在塑化周期和喷射周期期间传递由喷射机构施加在塑化蜗杆(11)上的轴向推力,以及各一个径向轴承(41、45)用于支承在轴承外壳(5)中的与塑化蜗杆(11)和喷射机构的螺纹传动机构(15)连接的连接法兰(25、29),
其特征在于:所述第一连接法兰(25)支撑着一个第一转子(61),并且第二连接法兰(29)支撑着一个第二转子(57),并且所属的定子(63、67)不可相对转动地与轴承外壳(5)相互连接成塑化蜗杆(1)的直接驱动机构以及喷射单元的螺纹传动机构(15)。
2.按权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述第一转子(61)以一个端部套在第一连接法兰(25)上,并且以第二端部套在支承在轴承外壳(5)中的轴(43)上,并且在第一连接法兰(25)和轴(43)之间建立了一种不可相对转动的连接。
3.按权利要求1或者2中任一项所述的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述第二转子(57)以一个端部套在第二连接法兰(29)上,并且以第二端部套在一个可旋转地支承在轴(43)上的环(49)上,并且在第二连接法兰(29)和环(49)之间建立了一种不可相对转动的连接。
4.按权利要求3所述的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述推力轴承(53)一方面在端面支撑在环(49)上,并且另一方面支撑在轴(43)上的轴肩(51)上。
5.按权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述推力轴承(53)直接设置在两个连接法兰(25、29)之间。
6.按权利要求1至5中任一项所述的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述定子(63、67)不可相对转动地与轴承外壳(5)连接。
7.按权利要求1至6中任一项所述的驱动装置,其特征在于:在两个连接法兰(25、29)之间或者在轴(43)和环(49)之间设置了一个离合器(73),并且塑化蜗杆(11)通过一个自由轮离合器(26)与第一连接法兰(25)连接。
8.按权利要求1至7中任一项所述的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述螺纹传动机构(15)借助于夹紧件(31)可松开地固定在后面的连接法兰(29)上。
