Claims (1)
- 权 利 要 求1、 一种准自聚焦高强度大功率超声换能器, 包括背衬和压电晶片, 其特征在于: 背衬为双层结构, 层间为气腔, 至少由四片压电晶片紧密胶 接在背衬的内壁聚焦面上, 压电晶片表面覆有保护层。2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的准自聚焦高强度大功率超声换能器, 其特 征在于: 背衬采用低损耗高声阻的材料制作, 背衬的内壁聚焦面为凹球台 形, 背衬的内层壁厚是: 在压电晶片发出的特定工作频率下, 声波在背衬 材料中波长 λ二分之一的整数倍 ±35%, 4~24片电声特性相近, 各点曲率 半径与背衬内壁聚焦面相应点的曲率半径相同的压电晶片紧密邻接胶贴 在背衬的内壁聚焦面上。3、 根据权利要求 2 所述的准自聚焦高强度大功率超声换能器, 其特 征在于: 背衬内壁凹球台形的口径为 160~200mm, 所述的压电晶片为 4~8 片。4、 根据权利要求 2 所述的准自聚焦高强度大功率超声换能器, 其特 征在于:背衬内壁凹球台形的口径为 200〜500mm,所述的压电晶片为 6〜24 片。5、 根据权利要求 1〜4之一所述的准自聚焦高强度大功率超声换能器, 其特征在于: 背衬中央球台面上设有一个为工作面提供冷却水的孔。6、 根据权利要求 1〜4之一所述的准自聚焦高强度大功率超声换能器, 其特征在于: 背衬中央球台面上同时设置为各压电晶片提供馈电的孔及为 工作面提供冷却水的孔。
