Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于治疗肿瘤的多焦点多重聚焦超声换能器,它由多种焦距组件围绕同一圆心间隔布置构成,每一组件分别由2-4片凹球面自聚焦压电陶瓷片构成,在圆锥面上对称分布,各自的焦点汇聚在公共轴线上形成多个焦点。与单焦点的超声换能器相比,可以在很短的时间内完成治疗过程。而且在不同的情况下,可以单独开启不同的焦距组,适应不同的需要,可提高治疗效果。

本实用新型涉及一种用于治疗肿瘤的多焦点多重聚焦超声换能器。
背景技术
目前国内外超声波聚焦的方法主要有:透镜聚焦、平板陶瓷片球面布置、凹球面自聚焦、双重聚焦等,这些方法都只能形成一个焦点。在肿瘤的治疗上,以一个焦点扫描较大的肿瘤需要化费较长的时间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有单焦点超声换能器在治疗较大的肿瘤需要化费较长时间的缺点,提供一种多焦点多重聚焦超声换能器。
本实用新型的技术方案是:它由多种焦距组件围绕同一圆心间隔布置构成,每一组件分别由2-4片凹球面自聚焦压电陶瓷片构成,在圆锥面上对称分布,每一组件各自的焦点分别汇聚,在公共轴线上形成多个焦点。
由于多片凹球面自聚焦压电陶瓷片各自的焦点汇聚在一起,可以得到很高的声强。各组压电陶瓷片的焦距不同,在整个换能器上形成多个声焦点。这与单焦点的超声换能器相比,可以在很短的时间内完成治疗过程,例如,用双焦点聚焦超声换能器,则可以在接近一半的时间内完成治疗过程。本发明的另一个优点是:在不同的情况下,可以单独开启长焦距组或短焦距组,适应不同的需要。例如,治疗深部肿瘤单独使用长焦距的压电陶瓷片组,而治疗浅表肿瘤则单独使用短焦距压电陶瓷片组,则可提高治疗效果。

具体实施方式
实施例1
由图1、图2、图4所示为双焦点双重聚焦超声换能器,它由长焦距组件3和短焦距组件2围绕同一圆心间隔成90°布置构成,每一组件分别由2-4片凹球面自聚焦压电陶瓷片6构成,在圆锥面上对称分布,各自的焦点汇聚在一起形成两个焦点1和9。凹球面自聚焦压电陶瓷片6置于圆壳4中,由压框7固定,圆壳4由螺母5固定在安装板8上。
实施例2
由图1、图2、图3及图5所示,三焦点三重聚焦超声换能器,它由长、中、短三焦距组件围绕同一圆心成60°间隔布置构成,三焦距组件构成各自的焦点汇聚在一起形成三个焦点1、9、11,中焦距组件10构成及安装方式亦和实施例1中的长短焦距组件相同。
上述两实施例中的安装板8的弯折角度应根据凹球面自聚焦压电陶瓷片6的焦距准确计算。由两实施例所示,本实用新型可以由2、3、4、5……多个不同焦距组件构成多焦点多重聚焦超声换能器。根据肿瘤的深浅采用不同的焦距及相应于不同陶瓷片厚度得到不同的频率来治疗。

1、一种多焦点多重聚焦超声换能器,其特征在于,它由多种焦距组件围绕同一圆心间隔布置构成,每一组件分别由2-4片凹球面自聚焦压电陶瓷片构成,在圆锥面上对称分布,各自的焦点汇聚在公共轴线上形成多个焦点。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多焦点多重聚焦超声换能器,其特征在于,所述的凹球面自聚焦压电陶瓷片置于圆壳中,由压框固定,圆壳由螺母固定在安装板上。
