Abstract

内容发布方法和系统。本发明目的在于实现无需烦琐的操作即可向特定视听者进行内容发布请求的视听。作为解决手段，该对具有访问发布服务器的功能的接收器发布由发布服务器保持的内容的内容发布方法和系统具有如下功能：接收器根据视听者所期望的内容发布请求信息的输入手段进行运用模式的监视、根据所述监视的结果或者从发布服务器接收的视听者所期望内容的发布可否结果，转换运用模式。

内容发布方法和系统
技术领域
本发明涉及内容发布方法和系统，根据视听者的发布请求，从发布服务器向通过个人计算机、家庭网关、机顶盒(set-top box)、电视接收机等的结构形成家庭内网络的用户装置发布包含图像、视频、音乐数据、应用程序在内的内容。
背景技术
在从发布服务器向家庭网关或机顶盒发布视频等内容的内容发布方式中，有例如专利文献1所述的使视听者能够预先根据节目表选择所期望的内容进行视听的技术。在该技术中，对存储于发布服务器内的可发布内容赋予编号，内容发布服务经营商预先以印刷品或电子节目单EPG(Electronic Program Guide)的形式向视听者公布发布节目的一览表，使视听者能够根据该印刷品或电子节目单EPG，通过遥控器等的输入器输入或选择与所期望的内容相对应的编号，从而可发布并提供视听者所期望的内容。
专利文献1：日本特开平09-247647号公报
但是，在用户装置的运用模式为运用状态时，视听者从上述这样的印刷品或电子节目单EPG中，通过遥控器等输入器输入或选择与所期望内容对应的编号，从而发布并提供视听者所期望的内容的系统中，通过预先公布的印刷品或电子节目单EPG，使视听者易于浏览存储于发布服务器内的可发布内容并易于进行发布请求，但另一方面，存在难以仅对特定视听者发布内容，以及为了能够仅对特定视听者发布内容而设置视听者认证单元等，操作变得烦琐，系统也变得复杂等问题。
发明内容
因此，本发明目的在于实现无需烦琐的操作、即可进行面向特定视听者的内容发布请求的视听。
本发明的内容发布方法，其对具有访问发布服务器的功能的用户终端装置发布由发布服务器保持的内容，其特征在于，该内容发布方法包括：用户终端装置接收请求发布视听者所期望的内容的内容发布请求信息并进行认证的发布请求信息接收/认证步骤；响应于内容发布请求信息监视运用模式为休止状态还是运用状态的监视步骤；将监视步骤的监视结果附加到内容发布请求信息上的信息附加步骤；使运用模式转换为休止状态或运用状态的转换步骤；向输出装置输出从发布服务器接收的内容的输出步骤；
发布服务器对从用户终端装置接收到的内容发布请求信息进行检测并认证的检测/认证步骤；向用户终端装置发送与内容发布请求信息相对应的内容的发布可否结果的发布可否结果发送步骤；以及向用户终端装置发送内容的发送步骤。
本发明的内容发布系统，其对具有访问发布服务器的功能的用户终端装置发布由发布服务器所保持的内容，其特征在于，用户终端装置包括：接收请求发布视听者所期望的内容的内容发布请求信息并进行认证的发布请求信息接收/认证单元；根据内容发布请求信息监视运用模式为休止状态还是运用状态的监视单元；将监视步骤的监视结果附加到内容发布请求信息上的信息附加单元；使运用模式转换为休止状态或运用状态的转换单元；向输出装置输出从发布服务器接收的内容的输出单元；
发布服务器包括：对从用户终端装置接收到的内容发布请求信息进行检测并认证的检测/认证单元；向用户终端装置发送与内容发布请求信息相对应的内容的发布可否结果的发布可否结果发送单元；以及向用户终端装置发送内容的发送步骤。
作为发明的效果，根据本发明的内容发布方法和系统，通过使用存储介质输入视听者所期望的内容发布请求信息，从而无需视听者基于内容发布服务经营商以印刷品或电子节目单EPG的形式预先向视听者公布节目的一览表的信息，使用遥控器等输入器的烦琐操作，并且能够仅对特定视听者发布内容，并且即使在接收器的运用模式为休止状态时，也能够通过进行使用存储介质的内容发布请求而使接收器的运用模式自动地转换为休止状态或运用状态。

参照附图对本发明的内容发布方法和系统的实施例进行详细说明。
【实施例1】
下面参照附图对本发明的实施例1进行说明。图1是表示作为本发明实施方式的内容发布方法和系统的概略结构的图。
本发明的内容发布方法和系统在网络30内具有发布服务器10和用户装置20a。
所述发布服务器10具有存储多个图像或视频、音乐数据、应用程序等的内容11a～11c，并且对来自所述用户装置20a的视听者所期望的内容发布请求信息进行认证核对，从所述内容11a～11c中选择对应的内容进行发布的功能。
所述用户装置20a由输入器21a和接收器23a构成，该输入器21a具有输入或选择所述内容发布请求信息的功能，该接收器23具有如下功能：将运用模式附加到所述内容发布信息上，作为所述内容发布请求信息向所述发布服务器10发送，并且使运用模式从休止状态转换为运用状态的功能；以及把由所述发布服务器10发布的所述内容的视频信号或音频信号提供给电视接收机22a的功能。所述输入器21a可以利用预先存储了内容发布请求信息的如图2所示的IC(Integrated Circuit)卡或USB(Universal Serial Bus)存储器等存储介质40进行内容发布请求信息的输入。所述存储介质40包括：预先存储由内容发布经营商提供的专用认证键(密钥)的存储部40a；以及预先存储包含内容信息或发布期限的内容发布请求信息的存储部40b。
另外，用户装置20b和用户装置20c具有同样的结构，并且本发明的构成不限于3个用户装置20a、20b、20c，可以为多个用户装置。
下面参照附图对该构成的内容发布系统的内容发布工作进行说明。图3为本发明实施例1的流程图。
视听者使用所述存储介质40从所述输入器21a输入所期望内容发布请求信息并向所述接收器23a发送(步骤S1)。所述接收器23a检测由所述输入器21a输入或选择的所述内容发布请求信息(步骤S2)，核对在所述内容发布请求信息中是否包含认证键(密钥)(步骤S3)。当不含所述认证键(密钥)时(步骤S3中“否”侧)，向发布服务器10发送所述内容发布请求信息(步骤S7)。
当含有所述认证键(密钥)时(步骤S3中“是”侧)，确认所述接收器23a的运用模式是待机中还是运用中(步骤S4)。在所述接收器23a不处于待机的情况下(步骤S4中“否”侧)，向发布服务器10发送所述内容发布请求信息(步骤S7)。
在所述接收器23a处于待机中的情况下(步骤S4中“是”侧)，使运用模式转换为运用状态(步骤S5)，对所述内容发布请求信息赋予标识符(步骤S6)，向所述发布服务器发送所述内容发布请求信息(步骤S7)。
所述发布服务器10接收并检测由所述接收器23a发送的所述内容发布请求信息(步骤S8)，确认所述内容发布请求信息是否被赋予了所述标识符(步骤S9)。
当未被赋予所述标识符时(步骤S9中“否”侧)，核对所述内容发布信息是否为可发布内容(步骤S11)。如果不可发布则结束处理(步骤B3)，如果可发布，则向接收器23a发布与所述内容发布请求信息相对应的内容11a(步骤S12)。
当被赋予了所述标识符时(步骤S9中“是”侧)，核对所述内容发布信息是否为可发布内容(步骤S10)。如果不可发布则向接收器23a发送不可发布信息(步骤B1)。当接收器23a接收并检测到不可发布信息(步骤B2)时，使运用模式转换为休止状态(步骤B3)并结束处理(步骤B4)。
当可发布时，则向所述接收器23a发布与所述内容发布请求信息相对应的内容11a(步骤S12)。
所述接收器23a从所述内容发布服务器10接收并检测所述内容11a(步骤S13)，向电视接收机22a发送所述内容11a的视频信号和音频信号(步骤S14)。
所述电视接收机22a接收所述内容11a的视频信号和音频信号，作为视频和音频而输出(步骤S15)。
【实施例2】
下面参照附图对本发明的实施例2进行说明。图1是表示本发明实施方式的内容发布方法和系统的概略构成的图。
本发明的内容发布方法和系统在网络30内具有发布服务器10和用户装置20a。并且，对与实施例1相同的功能省略说明。
所述发布服务器10具有存储多个图像或视频、音乐数据、应用程序等的内容11a～11c，并且对来自所述用户装置20a的视听者所期望的内容发布请求信息进行核对，从所述内容11a～11c中选择对应的内容进行发布的功能。
所述用户装置20a由输入器21a和接收器23a组成，该输入器21a具有输入或选择所述内容发布请求信息的功能，该接收器23具有以下功能：对由所述输入器21a输入或选择的所述内容发布请求信息进行认证，将运用模式附加到所述内容发布信息上，作为所述内容发布请求信息向所述发布服务器10发送，并且使运用模式从休止状态转换为运用状态的功能；以及向电视接收机22a提供由所述发布服务器10发布的所述内容的视频信号或音频信号的功能。所述输入器21a具有与本发明实施例1所示结构相同的功能。
另外，用户装置20b和用户装置20c具有同样的结构，并且本发明的构成不限于3个用户装置20a、20b、20c，可以为多个用户装置。
下面参照附图对上述结构的内容发布系统的内容发布工作进行说明。图4为本发明的实施例2的流程图。
视听者使用存储介质40(图2)从输入器21a输入所期望的内容发布请求信息，向接收器23a发送(步骤S20)。接收器23a检测由输入器21a输入或选择的所述内容发布请求信息(步骤S21)，进行是否为可发布内容的内容发布请求信息的认证(步骤S22)。当认证结果为不可发布时(步骤S22中“否”侧)，结束处理(步骤B20)。而当可发布时(步骤S22中“是”侧)，核对所述内容发布请求信息中是否包含认证键(密钥)(步骤S23)。当不含所述认证键(密钥)时(步骤S23中“否”侧)，向发布服务器10发送所述内容发布请求信息(步骤S26)。
当含有所述认证键(密钥)时(步骤S23中“是”侧)，确认所述接收器23a的运用模式是待机中还是运用中(步骤S24)。在所述接收器23a不处于待机中的情况下(步骤S24中“否”侧)，向发布服务器10发送所述内容发布请求信息(步骤S26)。
在所述接收器23a处于待机中时(步骤S24中“是”侧)，使运用模式转换为运用状态(步骤S25)，向所述发布服务器发送所述内容发布请求信息(步骤S26)。
所述发布服务器10接收并检测从所述接收器23a发送的所述内容发布请求信息(步骤S27)，向所述接收器23a发布与所述内容发布请求信息相对应的所述内容11a(步骤S28)。
所述接收器23a从所述内容发布服务器10接收并检测所述内容11a(步骤S29)，向电视接收机22a发送所述内容11a的视频信号和音频信号(步骤S30)。
所述电视接收机22a接收所述内容11a的视频信号和音频信号，作为视频和音频而输出(步骤S31)。

Claims (4)

1.一种内容发布方法，其对具有访问发布服务器的功能的用户终端装置发布由发布服务器保持的内容，其特征在于，该内容发布方法包括以下步骤：
所述用户终端装置
接收请求发布视听者所期望的所述内容的内容发布请求信息并进行认证的发布请求信息接收/认证步骤；
响应于所述内容发布请求信息，监视运用模式是休止状态还是运用状态的监视步骤；
将所述监视步骤的监视结果附加到所述内容发布请求信息上的信息附加步骤；
使所述运用模式转换为休止状态或运用状态的转换步骤；以及
向输出装置输出从所述发布服务器接收的所述内容的输出步骤；
所述发布服务器
对从所述用户终端装置接收到的所述内容发布请求信息进行检测并认证的检测/认证步骤；
向所述用户终端装置发送与所述内容发布请求信息相对应的所述内容的发布可否结果的发布可否结果发送步骤；以及
向所述用户终端装置发送所述内容的发送步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内容发布方法，其特征在于，
所述发布请求信息输入步骤也可使用预先存储了所述内容发布请求信息的存储介质进行内容发布请求信息的输入，
所述检测/认证步骤检测所述内容发布请求信息的输入手段，仅在从所述存储介质输入的情况下，在所述监视步骤中开始所述运用模式的监视。
3.一种内容发布系统，其对具有访问发布服务器的功能的用户终端装置发布由发布服务器保持的内容，其特征在于，
所述用户终端装置包括：
接收请求发布视听者所期望的所述内容的内容发布请求信息并进行认证的发布请求信息接收/认证单元；
响应于所述内容发布请求信息监视运用模式是休止状态还是运用状态的监视单元；
将所述监视步骤的监视结果附加到所述内容发布请求信息上的信息附加单元；
将所述运用模式转换为休止状态或运用状态的转换单元；以及
向输出装置输出从所述发布服务器接收的所述内容的输出单元，
所述发布服务器包括：
对从所述用户终端装置接收到的所述内容发布请求信息进行检测并认证的检测/认证单元；
向所述用户终端装置发送与所述内容发布请求信息相对应的所述内容的发布可否结果的发布可否结果发送单元；
向所述用户终端装置发送所述内容的发送步骤。
4.根据权利要求3所述的内容发布系统，其特征在于，所述发布请求信息输入单元也可使用预先存储了所述内容发布请求信息的存储介质进行内容发布请求信息的输入，
所述检测/认证单元检测所述内容发布请求信息的输入手段，仅在从所述存储介质输入的情况下，在所述监视单元中开始所述运用模式的监视。
