空心球体式灭菌冷却接种发酵器属于纤维素酶生产设备;在支撑转轴中心孔上插装带有排气阀门的排气管,该排气管与蒸汽轴管排气端连通;在空心球体上开设营养液接种孔,密闭阀门安装在空心球体外表面上,位于营养液接种孔外部上,将其密闭;在空心球体外部上方配置带有冷水出孔的冷水管;本器实现了固态发酵生产纤维素酶制剂中灭菌、冷却、接种、发酵工序在一个设备内完成,具有结构简单、作业可靠、使用故障少、生产效率高、产品质量好的特点。

空心球体式灭菌冷却接种发酵器
技术领域
本发明创造属于纤维素酶生产设备,主要涉及一种固态发酵纤维素酶生产中灭菌、冷却、接种、发酵一体化的加工设备。
背景技术
目前,用于固态发酵生产纤维素酶制剂的灭菌器只能完成灭菌、搅拌作业,不能承担和完成冷却、接种和发酵作业,因此,在现实生产中,当培养基在灭菌器内完成灭菌、搅拌作业后,必须将灭菌、搅拌后的物料从灭菌器内取出,转送到冷却室内进行冷却,当达到可以接种的温度后再转送到接种室内进行营养液接种,再转入到发酵间进行发酵,显然上述传统工艺过程不仅生产占地面积大、生产效率低、产品成本提高,更突出的问题是在物料多次转送过程中被各种杂菌感染的机率大幅度增加,即染菌机会很多,降低了产品质量。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的就是针对上述已有技术存在的问题,设计提供一种空心球体式灭菌冷却接种发酵器,通过将培养基灭菌、冷却、接种、发酵工序全部在该器内一次完成的结构设计,达到消除物料染菌机率、保证产品质量、提高生产效率、降低生产成本、减少生产占地面积的目的。
本发明创造的目的是这样实现的:在支撑转轴中心孔上插装带有排气阀门的排气管,该排气管与蒸汽轴管排气端连通;在空心球体上开设营养液接种孔,密闭阀门安装在空心球体外表面上,位于营养液接种孔外部上,将其密闭;在空心球体外部上方配置着设有冷水出孔的冷水管,至此构成空心球体式灭菌冷却接种发酵器。
本发明创造实现了固态发酵生产纤维素酶制剂中培养基灭菌、搅拌、冷却、接种、发酵全部工序在一个设备内完成,减少了物料转送次数,消除了物料感染杂菌的机会,减小了生产占地面积,提高了生产效率,产品质量得到保证,生产成本降低,其设备结构简单、使用可靠、作业故障少。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明创造最佳实施方案进行详细描述。一种空心球体式灭菌冷却接种发酵器,在空心球体1内部固装着带有出气孔6和搅拌叶片12的蒸汽轴管15;配装着进气阀门18的进气管17插装在支撑转轴9中心孔内,进气管17与蒸汽轴管15进气端相连通;出入料口5开设在空心球体1上,封闭盖4铰装在空心球体1外表面上,位于出入料口5外部将其封闭;支撑转轴9对应固装在空心球体1外部上,支撑转轴9插装在轴座10上,轴座10固装在底座11上;在支撑转轴9外端部上配装驱动轮16,在支撑转轴9中心孔上插装带有排气阀门7的排气管8,该排气管8与蒸汽轴管15排气端连通;在空心球体1上开设营养液接种孔13,密闭阀门14安装在空心球体1外表面上,位于营养液接种孔13外部上,将其密闭;在空心球体1外部上方配置着设有冷水出孔2的冷水管3。
作业使用时,首先将培养基从出入料口5加进空心球体1内,打开进气阀门18使加热蒸汽从进气管17、蒸汽轴管15、出气孔6进入空心球体1内对培养基进行灭菌,驱动轮16带动支撑转轴9、空心球体1在轴座10上转动,在搅拌叶片12协助下使培养基在空心球体1内连续滚动搅拌,灭菌后的加热蒸汽从排气管8处排出;灭菌搅拌后,关闭进气阀门18,冷水管3内的冷水连续从冷水出孔2排出淋洒在空心球体1外表面上完成降温冷却作业;打开密闭阀门14,从营养液接种孔13处将营养液接种注入空心球体1内的培养基物料上,密闭后在空心球体1内进行发酵,使微生物在最适宜的环境中迅速生长繁殖,得到质量良好地固态发酵纤维素酶制剂产品,从出入料口5取出。

1. 一种空心球体式灭菌冷却接种发酵器,在空心球体(1)内部固装着带有出气孔(6)和搅拌叶片(12)的蒸汽轴管(15);配装着进气阀门(18)的进气管(17)插装在支撑转轴(9)中心孔内,进气管(17)与蒸汽轴管(15)进气端相连通;出入料口(5)开设在空心球体(1)上,封闭盖(4)铰装在空心球体(1)外表面上,位于出入料口(5)外部将其封闭;支撑转轴(9)对应固装在空心球体(1)外部上,支撑转轴(9)插装在轴座(10)上,轴座(10)固装在底座(11)上;在支撑转轴(9)外端部上配装驱动轮(16),其特征在于在支撑转轴(9)中心孔上插装带有排气阀门(7)的排气管(8),该排气管(8)与蒸汽轴管(15)排气端连通;在空心球体(1)上开设营养液接种孔(13),密闭阀门(14)安装在空心球体(1)外表面上,位于营养液接种孔(13)外部上,将其密闭;在空心球体(1)外部上方配置着设有冷水出孔(2)的冷水管(3)。
