Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及包含管状体类型的医用连接器,该管状体具有输入接头和阴路厄锁型输出接头,所述输出接头通过旋拧可与互补的阳路厄锁衔接,例如医用管线。
背景技术
传统上,在这种类型的医用连接器中,阴路厄锁连接器刚性地连接在本体上:这样医用管线的互补阳路厄锁接头可以相对于连接器的阴路厄锁接头自由地拧紧和拧松。一旦已经将互补的阳路厄锁接头拧紧到连接器的阴路厄锁接头上,这就牵涉到存在意外的或是无论如何不希望拧松的风险,这种拧松会导致在使用中由此带来严重后果的医用管线从连接器上脱离。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服前述缺陷,并提供一种上面所定义类型的医用连接器,其被设计为在使用中可有效地避免医用管线意外脱离的风险。
根据本发明,上述目的由于这样的事实而被实现,即阴路厄锁接头以旋转和轴向移动的方式从回缩位置到前伸位置连接到连接器的本体上抵制弹性推压装置的作用,同时提供第一和第二单向制动装置,其中第一制动装置防止所述路厄锁接头和所述本体之间的第一旋转方向上的旋转,该第一旋转方向对应于当所述阴路厄锁接头设在所述回撤位置时将所述互补阳路厄锁接头拧紧到所述阴路厄锁接头上的方向,而第二制动装置防止所述阴路厄锁接头和所述本体之间的第二旋转方向上的旋转,该第二旋转方向对应于当所述阴路厄锁接头设在所述前伸位置时将所述互补阳路厄锁接头从所述阴路厄锁接头拧松的方向。
由于这种布置,一般可获得像同样类型的传统医用连接器情况中的连接器的阴路厄锁接头和互补阳路厄锁接头之间的拧紧,但两者之间的拧松则只能跟随将阴路厄锁接头朝向本体的内侧移动来之后进行,这一积极的执行过程抵抗了弹性推压装置的作用。当不存在上述积极和主动的移动时,拧松互补阳路厄锁接头的旋转仅会引起阴路厄锁接头相对于连接器本体的相应的旋转:这便有力地避免了根据本发明的连接器与连接在互补阳路厄锁接头上的医用管线之间任何意外的或是不希望的分离。

具体实施方式
参照附图,数字1表示根据本发明的整个医用连接器,其基本上包含一个管状体2,在其两端同轴地设置有输入接头3和可连接到医用管线的导管,例如输注管线的输出接头4。医用连接器1的上述组件均由模制塑胶材料制成。
现在更加详细地参考图2,在所描绘的实施例中输入接头3属于阳路厄锁接头,具有一个内部设有螺纹且与本体2整合为一体的外部中空部件5,以及一个可相对于所述外部件5轴向滑动的内部管状件6。应当指出的是所描述的阳路厄锁接头3的构造对于本发明的目的来讲并不重要,其的确是形成了以本申请人的名字于同一天提交的并列意大利专利申请的主题。因此,输入接头3可以存在任何不同的形式,甚至可以是由直接连在管上的简单的管状元件构成。
输出接头4由通常以传统方式形成的阴路厄锁接头构成,具有圆锥形表面7和外部螺纹8的内部空腔。使用中可将它连接到传统形式的阳路厄锁接头上,该阳路厄锁接头连接医用管线并具有通常对应于输入接头3的构造(除了这一事实即将所对应的外部和内部部件正常地形成为单一个体),因而在这里不作描述。
根据本发明的基本特性,阴路厄锁接头4以旋转和轴向移动的方式连接到连接器1的本体2上。为了这一目的,将其构造成具有在本体2加宽的端部10和例如通过焊接或是其他方式刚性连接到所述加宽部分10的环状套圈11之间轴向设置的中间径向环状法兰9连接。将中间法兰9整体构造成具有棘爪状的弹性齿12,设计用来以下面所述方式与一圈锯齿13相互配合,该锯齿13以图4中所详细描述的方式整体构造在套圈11内。如下文中将会看到的,棘爪12和齿13界定了第一单向制动组件,通过它阴路厄锁接头4能相对于连接器1的本体2仅在第一旋转方向上旋转,该第一旋转方向对应于将互补阳路厄锁接头拧紧到所述阴路厄锁接头上的方向。
再次参见图4,本体2的加宽部分10,其具有人体工程学构造,带有设计用来便于对其进行手工抓握的凹窝,并在其内部构成一圈与套圈11上的锯齿13相对并轴向交错的制动齿14,通过它存在以下文所述方式进行所设计的配合,以及一圈锯齿15,其也以图5中清晰可见的方式在弹性棘爪12下面和接头4整合为一体。齿14和15界定了第二单向制动组件,其被设计为能使接头4相对于本体2仅在与第一旋转方向相反的第二旋转方向上旋转,如将会看到的,能够将拧在输出接头4上的互补阳路厄锁接头拧松。
具有弹簧棘爪12和锯齿15的中间法兰9被本体2的加大部分10和套圈11之间的轴向间隙所覆盖。这使得输出接头4能在图2所描述的收缩位置和图3所描述的前伸位置之间相对于本体2轴向移动。由在接头3和4之间嵌入本体2的弹性材料制成的套管方便地形成的弹性元件,作为一个整体由标记15指代,一般试图使所述接头4保持在图1所示的回撤位置。套管15的弹性轴向压缩可使输出接头4由图2的回撤位置移动到图3的前伸位置。
弹性套管15在图6中有更详细的描绘:在所描述的实施例中其具有分别与接头4上的法兰9和轴向柄18轴向相对的端部16和环状法兰17,以及具有螺旋沟槽19的侧壁。
下面讨论上面提出的医用连接器的操作。
当阴路厄锁输出接头4处在图2所描绘的正常回撤位置时,由于第一制动组件12-13所执行的在对应于互补阳路厄锁接头拧紧方向上对旋转的阻碍,可将互补阳路厄锁接头很容易的拧紧。一旦拧紧完成,作为接头4相对于本体2在所述方向上自由旋转的结果不允许将互补阳路厄锁接头拧松。
接着为了使得互补阳路厄锁接头从接头4上拧松,必须在轴向方向上从图2的回撤位置到图3的前伸位置积极地移动接头4。作为所述移动的结果,获得第二制动组件14-15的衔接。通过这种方式,在与以前的方向,即对应于拧松阳路厄锁接头相反的方向上阻止接头4旋转,通过这种方式可将其从连接器1上脱离。因此明显的是连接器1与医用管线之间的分离不会意外地发生,除非需要接头4从回撤位置到前伸位置轴向转移的初步主动的动作。一去除了所述动作,弹性套管20就将输出接头4带回到图2的收缩位置。
应当指出的是,具有前述输入接头3的布置,作为输出接头4从回撤位置到前伸位置转移的结果,有可能提供进一步的安全性能,从而只要输入接头3与相应的互补阴路厄锁接头衔接,就能防止拧在接头4上的互补阳路厄锁接头被拧松的后继的可能。。由输入接头3的内管部件6关于外部中空部件5的分离由此进而由所述管体6在输出接头4的方向轴向前进的可能性所衍生的所述辅助性能构成以本申请人的姓名所提交的已经引用的共同待审意大利专利申请的特定主题。
当然,在不脱离如随后权利要求所定义的本发明范围的情况下,关于在此所描绘和阐述的内容,结构和实施例的细节可以有差别很大的变动。这样,两个制动组件12-13和14-15的构造也可能与上述构造不同,设置例如门齿,圆锥形摩擦表面或能执行同样功能的其他系统。
Claims (6)
1.一种医用连接器(1),其包含管状本体(2),该本体具有输入接头(3)以及能通过拧紧与互补阳路厄锁接头衔接的阴路厄锁型输出接头(4),其特征在于,所述阴路厄锁输出接头(4)以旋转和轴向移动的方式从回撤位置到前伸位置并抵制弹性推压装置(20)的运动而连接到所述本体(2)上,还设有第一和第二单向制动组件(12-13;14-15),其中第一单向制动组件(12-13)防止所述输出接头(4)和所述本体(2)之间的第一旋转方向上的旋转,该第一旋转方向对应于当输出接头设在回撤位置时所述互补阳路厄锁接头与所述输出接头(4)拧紧的方向,而第二制动组件(14-15)防止所述输出接头(4)和所述本体(2)之间的第二旋转方向上的旋转,该第二旋转方向对应于当将所述输出接头(4)移动到所述前伸位置时所述互补阳路厄锁接头从所述输出接头(4)上拧松的方向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用连接器,其特征在于,所述第一单向制动装置包括在第一轴向位置上由所述输出接头(4)携带的一圈弹性棘爪(12),以及在第一相应轴向位置上由所述本体(2)携带的一圈相应的锯齿(13)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医用连接器,其特征在于,所述第二单向制动装置包括在相对于与所述第一轴向位置交错的第二轴向位置上由所述输出接头(4)携带的一圈锯齿(15),以及在第二相应轴向位置上由所述本体(2)携带的一圈相应的制动齿(14)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的医用连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性棘爪(12)和所述锯齿圈(15)与输出接头(4)整合为一体。
5.根据权利要求3所述的医用连接器,其特征在于,所述制动齿圈(14)与所述本体(2)整合为一体,所述锯齿圈(13)与固定在所述本体(2)上的保持套圈(11)整合为一体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的医用连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性推压装置包括在所述输入和输出接头(3,4)之间嵌入本体(2)内的套管(20),并且所述套管是轴向弹性可压缩的。
