背景技术
从DE10036765A1中已知这样的导向轮。该导向轮根据(上述专利文献)图2包括环形体,以皮带形式的牵引工具贴靠在该环形体的外圆周表面上。环形体通过它的容纳孔包围双列深沟球轴承的外环,该轴承向外的两侧被密封。此外以盘形式的定距元件属于导向轮,通过该定距元件调节在马达上的螺钉紧固面和皮带的中心(也是滚动轴承的中心)之间的轴向距离。该导向轮借助于紧固螺钉保持在马达的螺钉紧固面上,其中该紧固螺钉贯穿轴承内环和定距套。为了防止紧固螺钉和定距元件从导向轮中脱离,在轴承内环的容纳孔中插入止动元件,该止动元件一方面包围紧固螺钉另一方面包围定距元件。以这种方式通过在轴承内环中插入的止动元件实现导向轮、定距元件和紧固螺钉的永久的结合。
在这种情况下缺点是,除了定距元件之外,紧固螺钉本身也永久地保持在导向轮上。这在张紧轮机械地紧固在紧固面上是不方便的,因为在这种情况下紧固螺钉是碍事的。
从DE10043840A1中已知另一利结构的用于牵引传动装置的导向轮。该导向轮借助于紧固螺钉通过定距套固定在马达的螺钉紧固面上,其中紧固螺钉被轴承内环的容纳孔容纳并且因此贯穿该轴承内环和定距套。为了构成由导向轮、定距套和紧固螺钉组成的永久的结构单元,定距套设有径向向内定向的冲压花纹(Verstemmung),其防止紧固螺钉的轴向向外移动。同样在这种情况下的缺点是,紧固螺栓本身属于防止移动装置。
发明内容
因此针对已知技术解决方案的缺点本发明以下面的任务为基础,即在没有附属的紧固螺钉的情况下实现在导向轮和定距套之间的防止移动。
根据本发明,该任务根据权利要求1的特征部分与前序部分的结合如此实现,定距套通过导向凸缘被内环的容纳孔容纳,所述导向凸缘具有凹口,通过预应力贴靠在内环的容纳孔上的弹性的止动元件插入所述凹口中。
根据本发明的解决方案的主要优点在于,在没有导向轮固定到螺钉紧固面上所要求的紧固螺钉的情况下实现导向轮和所属的定距套的防止移动或者防止散开。这可以由最终用户自己提供并且因此如果其在装配过程中要求位置关系时不需要首先从导向轮中拆除。另一个优点在于,一方面不再要求另外的包围紧固螺钉的止动元件,并且另一方面由于在定距套和紧固螺钉之间没有要求的冲压花纹所以不需要使用专门的紧固螺钉。另一个优点在于定距套和轴承内环之间的大的公差范围。因为定距套在它的导向凸缘上通过弹性止动元件设置在轴承内环中,在导向凸缘和内环的容纳孔的直径之间可能存在大的误差。以这种方式能实现的是,在导向凸缘和内环之间的径向间隙规定为大约0.75mm的公差。通过弹性止动元件也可以补偿对滚动轴承的径向间隙的负面影响。这例如这样产生,即带有盖子的定距套被挤压到内环的容纳孔中。
本发明的其他的有利的布置在下面的从属权利要求中说明。
由权利要求2和3中得知,止动元件应该构成为带槽的止动环或者由塑料制成的O形环。这以特别简单的方式制造或者在市场上作为外购件以很大的数量并且价钱便宜地被提供。此外装配是低成本的,因为止动元件能够以简单的方式插入到凹口中。
根据权利要求4的本发明的另一个特征,紧固螺钉在它的螺钉头部的区域中通过配合到内环的容纳孔中的导向突缘定中心。以这种方式可以将导向轮简单地装配到马达的螺钉紧固面上。
根据权利要求5的本发明的另一个特征,定距套通过凸肩支撑在内环的端面上。通过定距套的这种布置,通过轴承内环、间隔套和马达的螺钉紧固面实现从紧固螺钉开始的沿轴向作用的力的正确的传输。
从权利要求6中得知,定距套由铝材料制成。该材料由于它特殊较小的重量有助于节省重量(同样也是少许的)。
最后根据权利要求7的本发明的最后的特征规定,滚动轴承构成为向两侧密封的单列深沟球轴承,该轴承的轴承滚珠在保持架中运行。这样的深沟球轴承作为外购件以标准的规格以各种各样的订单额度能够便宜地获得。

最后紧固螺钉12属于完整的导向轮1,导向螺钉的杆12.1在右侧设有未详细示出的螺纹并且在左侧与螺钉头部12.1连接。该头部过渡到导向突缘12.3中,该突缘被内环5的容纳孔包围,所以紧固螺钉12在插入滚动轴承2时以简单的方式定心。
本发明的本质在于,导向轮1与定距套10应该组装成持久的结构单元,该结构单元在没有附属的紧固螺钉12的情况下被提供给最终客户。该装配以如下的方式实现,首先将弹性的止动元件11插入到定距套10的导向凸缘10.5的凹口10.4中。当定距套通过它的凸肩10.3紧靠在内环5的右侧端面上时,定距套10在内环5的容纳孔5.1中的沿轴向的移动结束。定距套10通过止动元件11的弹性变形固定地保持在滚动轴承2中,其中导向凸缘10.5的直径略微小于内环的容纳孔5.1的直径。以这种方式内环5不会被展开,也就是说,滚动轴承2的轴承间隙不受影响。包括在导向轮上保持的定距套10的导向轮1这样固定在未示出的螺钉紧固面上,紧固螺钉12插入到滚动轴承2中,直到螺钉头部12.2贴靠在轴承内环5的左侧端面上。之后通过杆12.1的螺纹旋入到螺钉紧固面的未示出的容纳孔中实现导向轮1沿轴向的挤压,其中实现从螺钉头部12.2通过轴承内环5、凸肩10.3直到马达的螺钉紧固面的力的传递。
