Abstract

一种防止方钻杆旋塞阀卡阻的密封工艺,用于防止方钻杆旋塞阀在钻井过程中被杂质卡阻,属于钻井用的方钻杆旋塞阀结构的设计技术领域,本发明在旋塞阀转轴与转轴孔之间、在球形阀芯与壳体圆柱形腔体之间设计采用高分子材料制成的塑性结构件的密封工艺,使各部件之间精密配合,解决了目前较多杂质不断的积累在各部件的间隙中造成卡死、关闭不严等问题;试验证明,由于塑性结构件的可塑性和光洁度,使得各部件之间的配合紧密,可有效地防止钻井液杂质在密封付中形成卡阻,使球形阀芯与阀座转动灵活,减缓了阀体被腐蚀以及冲蚀问题,实现旋塞阀长时间可靠的使用。

技术领域:一种防止方钻杆旋塞阀卡阻的密封工艺,用于防止方钻杆旋塞阀在钻井过程中被杂质卡阻,属于一种钻井用的方钻杆旋塞阀结构的设计技术领域。
背景技术:目前国内使用的方钻杆旋塞阀设计结构及工艺基本上还是建立在70年代从国外引进的结构基础上,主要有阀体、阀座和阀,各部件之间是间隙配合,在钻井实践过程中,由于在循环钻井液的过程中会有较多的各种杂质通过方钻杆旋塞阀,这些杂质会不断的积累在各部件的间隙中,因此,经过一段时间的使用后,经常会造成卡死,关闭不严,同时,由于杂质在旋塞阀中的堆积,还会造成在带压工作时打开困难等问题。
发明内容:本发明是针对现有技术各部件之间杂质容易堆积的问题,采用高分子材料能使各部件之间较精密配合的特点,设计一种充填各部件之间的间隙防止方钻杆旋塞阀卡阻的密封工艺。
本发明是这样实现的:在旋塞阀转轴与转轴孔之间设计一套转动副,使转轴与转动副之间紧密配合;在球形阀芯与壳体圆柱形腔体之间设计一套高分子塑料结构件,可以最大限度的排除泥浆、水泥等杂质在方钻杆旋塞阀腔体内积留的体积和时间,减轻杂质对球体表面的腐蚀和黏附;本发明的工艺方法是:先根据需要密封位置的形状,预制成型高分子塑料制作的结构件,预制高分子塑性结构件的厚度≥预留的间隙,表面光洁;设计球形阀芯和阀座之间的间隙,间隙≤预制高分子塑性结构件的厚度,预留的间隙在安装以后要保证球形阀芯与阀座在开关转动时可以灵活转动,同时又要高分子塑性结构件最大限度与球形阀芯表面贴合在一起;在组装方钻杆旋塞阀时,将预制高分子塑性结构件先装填入阀体内部间隙处,然后再装入其他部件。
本发明的优点和有益效果是:经过试验证明,在球形阀芯与其他各部件之间装有预制高分子塑性结构件以后,由于预制高分子塑性结构件具有一定的可塑性,因此,使得各部件之间的配合较为精密,可以最大限度地防止钻井液杂质挤入并滞留在密封付中而形成的卡阻,同时,又因为预制高分子塑性结构件表面的光洁度,因此可以使球形阀芯与阀座转动灵活,从而极大的减缓了阀体被钻井液腐蚀以及泥沙冲蚀问题,实现旋塞阀长时间可靠使用。

具体实施方式:下面根据试验的结果给出本发明的最佳实施例:本发明所采取的技术方案是:1、在旋塞阀转轴3与转轴孔之间设置转动副4,使转轴3与转动副4之间紧密配合;2、在球形阀芯6与设置在壳体圆柱形腔体之间的上、下阀座1和5的空隙位置充填由高分子塑性材料预制的结构件2,可以最大限度的排除泥浆、水泥等杂质在方钻杆旋塞阀腔体内积留的体积和时间,减轻杂质对球体表面的腐蚀和黏附;本发明的工艺是:第一步是按照需要密封位置的形状,预制成型采用高分子塑性材料制作的结构件,预制的方法可以是热压,也可以是切削,预制高分子塑性结构件的厚度≥预留的间隙,根据试验的结果,预制高分子塑性结构件的厚度在2~10mm之间为好,表面光洁度为1.6;第二步是设计球形阀芯和阀座之间的间隙,以及转轴与转轴孔之间的间隙,间隙≤预制高分子塑性结构件的厚度,根据试验的数据显示,预留的间隙在1.5mm~10.5mm为好,可以保证球形阀芯与阀座在开关转动时可以灵活转动,同时又能使预制高分子塑性结构件最大限度的与球形阀芯表面贴合在一起;第三部是在组装方钻杆旋塞阀时,先将预制高分子塑性结构件先装填入阀体内部间隙处,然后再装入其他部件;在工作时,由于设计的结构件具有一定的可塑性,所以与阀体接触较紧密,因此通过方钻杆旋塞阀的钻井液被球形阀芯和阀座之间的预制结构件密封而不能进入转动的间隙之中,因此可以最大限度地防止钻井液杂质挤入并滞留在密封付中而形成的卡阻。

Claims (1)

1.一种防止方钻杆旋塞阀被杂质卡阻的密封工艺,其特征在于:
a、在所述旋塞阀转轴与转轴孔之间设置转动副;在球形阀芯与设置在壳体圆柱形腔体之间的上、下阀座的空隙位置充填预制高分子塑性结构件,预制高分子塑性结构件的厚度≥预留的间隙,预制高分子塑性结构件的厚度为2~10mm,表面光洁度为0.8~1.6;
b、在所述球形阀芯和阀座之间设置间隙,间隙为1.5mm~10.5mm;
c、先将预制高分子塑性结构件装填入阀体内,然后再装入其他部件;所述预制高分子塑性结构件的方法是热压或者是切削。
