Abstract
本发明涉及连接插头的特殊的结构方案。其特征是,该连接插头不像现有技术公开的那样具有与电缆束插头的绞合线(4)卷边的单个的针元件(1),而是电缆束的绞合线(4)的去绝缘端部(3)本身构造成插塞元件(例如由成型冲头产生)。
Description
本发明涉及一种带有电缆束的电缆束插头,电缆束由多个电缆构成,这些电缆可与设置在电缆束插头里面的针元件相连。
背景技术
电连接插塞连接形成电缆线束的可松开的连接。为此,分别在电缆线束上设有连接插头,其中一个电缆线束具有带有针元件的连接插头,而另外的连接插接件具有带有套筒连接的区域,从而该套筒连接能接收相应的针元件。由此形成可松开的电插塞连接。电缆线束端部可钎焊在相应触针上。替换方案是卷曲方法或切割-夹紧技术。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,改进插塞连接,从而对于整个插塞连接或电缆束节省费用。
解决方案
本发明的解决方案的核心构思在于,替代针元件,绞合线自身用作针元件。为此根据本发明提出,绞合线的端部由插塞元件构成。
发明优点
本发明的主要优点在于,省去了连接和导入相应的针元件及制造针元件本身。通过已知的方法首先使电缆线束端部除去绝缘层,代替在裸露的绞合端部设置由现有技术公开的触针并通过相应的卷起固定,而是使裸露的绞合线端部变形,从而电缆端部有针的几何形状。由此其适于导入对应插接件的相应的套筒连接中。
集成在成形冲头中,绞合线端部通过超声波焊接法彼此敛密(verstemmen),从而针的几何形状被确定。通过相应的冲压模和成形冲头针元件可成形为任意的形状和方式。
通过本发明省去了传统的触针。其它的有利方案由下面的说明、附图和权利要求得出。

具体实施方式
图1是按照本发明构型的针元件1的透视图。该针元件1包括未详细示出的电缆束的电缆2,其中电缆2端部3被除去绝缘层,由此电缆的各绞合线4被裸露。通过未详细示出的成形冲头,将电缆2的裸露的端部3改变为相应的针的几何形状。针的几何形状相应于针元件5,如其可插入在此未详细示出的对应插接件或套筒那样。根据本发明电缆2分成三个区域,对应于可插入套筒插接件的区域的第一区域6、各绞合线4过渡到针元件5的第二区域7和相应电缆2未改变的第三区域8。
由于电缆束插头的电缆的特别的和简单的构型,可以以非常简单的方式制造不通的针的几何形状。通过该方法可省去了原来的针元件。
Claims (4)
1.连接插头,其具有由多个绞合线构成的电缆束,绞合线可与设置在电缆束插接件中的插塞元件连接,其特征在于,所述绞合线(4)的端部(3)构造成针元件。
2.按照权利要求1的连接插头,其特征在于,所述各绞合线端部(5)彼此固定。
3.按照权利要求2的连接插头,其特征在于,所述各绞合线端部(5)彼此敛密。
4.按照权利要求1的连接插头,其特征在于,所述针元件通过成形冲头形成。
