本发明的胺或酰胺是碱性化合物,并且若以其碱性形式使用会与碱敏感农业化学品(例如百草枯)或碱敏感配制剂(formulants)(例如某些醇乙氧基化物的表面活性剂)不相容;同时对人体暴露处有潜在的危险。因此优选的是,在常规使用以及尤其是当与对碱敏感农业化学品和/或配制剂一起使用时,将本发明的胺全部或部分进行中和。通过加入酸,例如无机酸如卤化物酸如盐酸,或有机酸如乙酸可以便利地中和本发明的胺或酰胺。然而,本发明的胺或酰胺也可以通过加入任何适宜的阴离子酸类,包括阴离子表面活性剂来加以中和,以下将作更详细的描述。
本文所使用的术语“本发明的胺或酰胺的盐”包括无论是否是全部或部分用阴离子物质中和的本发明的胺或酰胺,但并不必然意味着组合物中的胺或酰胺阳离子和所述阴离子物质的物理缔合作用。通常有利的是在混入本发明的组合物之前,中和或部分中和本发明的胺或酰胺。
本文所使用的术语“农业化学活性成分”非限定性地包括除草剂、杀虫剂、杀真菌剂、植物生长调节剂和种子处理剂。优选的是该农业化学组合物是含水组合物,并且尤其优选该农业化学活性成分是水溶性农业化学活性成分。该含水农业化学组合物通常可以喷雾施用于目标,并且该组合物可以是设定在施用前用水稀释的浓缩物或可以是即可施用的形式。尤其是,本发明的胺或酰胺或所述胺或酰胺的盐可以在施用前以桶混物混入喷雾组合物中,或可以形成意欲在使用前进行稀释的农业化学品浓缩物的组分。尤其有利的是,本发明的胺或酰胺的盐易于溶于水中并且通常与水溶性农业化学品相容。因此本发明的胺或酰胺尤其适用于“嵌入”含有水溶性活性成分的浓缩物中。
适宜的农业化学活性成分是本领域技术人员已知的,并且列于标准参考书例如Pesticide Manual(农药手册)中。可以提及的适宜水溶性活性成分的实例为百草枯、敌草快、草甘膦、氟磺胺草醚、噻虫嗪、甲基磺草酮、三氟啶磺隆或它们的混合物。术语“水溶性农业化学品”指在水中的溶解度至少为1g/l并且优选至少为4g/l例如至少为100g/l的农业化学品。当然许多农业化学品具有更高的溶解度,例如300g/l或更高,或高达500或600g/l或更高。百草枯和敌草快及其混合物是尤其适宜的水溶性农业化学活性成分。
尽管如下的描述将集中在优选的水溶性农业化学活性成分,但应理解的是其它水溶性农业化学活性成分也可以用于本发明。
优选地,本发明的含水组合物包含至少40g/l的百草枯或敌草快或其混合物(本文中,单个或组合称为联吡啶鎓盐),其以联吡啶离子来表示。该组合物可以包含大于50g/l,例如大于100g/l的联吡啶离子。可以制备含有200g/l或更高的组合物,不过百草枯的浓度超过约250或300g/l趋于不稳定。通常,组合物中不包含超过400g/l的联吡啶离子。
因此,本发明另一方面公开了一种含水农业化学组合物,其包含百草枯或敌草快或其混合物以及选自奎宁环的盐、N-(氨基丙基)吗啉的盐、1-(2-羟乙基-2-咪唑啉酮)或氨乙基哌嗪的盐的助剂。
本发明另一方面公开了一种含水农业化学组合物,其包含百草枯或敌草快或其混合物,以及选自奎宁环的盐、N-(氨基丙基)吗啉的盐、1-(2-羟乙基-2-咪唑啉二酮)或氨乙基哌嗪的盐的助剂,其中百草枯或敌草快的浓度高于100g/l。
典型地,本发明百草枯或敌草快组分的pH值为3.0至8.0,优选为4.0至8.0。通常来说,用酸调节胺的pH值大约至百草枯或敌草快组分的pH值,从而将该完全碱性的胺的氮原子变成质子化的。出人意外地,我们发现尽管胺通常趋于具有皮肤危险性,然而将用于本发明的胺进行部分中和会大大地减少该问题。
然而本发明的范围不限于任何特定的联吡啶类组合物,本发明尤其适用于例如描述于WO 02/076212A1中的联吡啶鎓盐除草剂的含水制剂。在WO 02/076212中,描述了将藻酸盐作为pH引发胶凝剂用于含有百草枯盐、敌草快盐或其混合物的除草组合物的制备中。该组合物进一步包含催吐剂和/或催泻剂,从而在人体胃液组分的酸性pH条件下发生pH引发凝胶作用。在该组合物中通常期望包括一种或多种表面活性剂或助剂,以改善除草剂的生物性能。大量可用的助剂列于WO02/076212中。此外,该组合物还优选包含催泻剂如硫酸镁。我们现已发现许多列于WO 02/076212中的助剂会引起物理相容性问题。在相对高的联吡啶离子浓度(例如高于100g/l,尤其是该浓度达到约200g/l或更高)下,加重了该相容性问题。此外,存在相对高浓度的WO 02/076212所建议的催泻电解质硫酸镁进一步增加了潜在的相容性难度。因此,WO 02/076212建议当本发明组合物包含催泻剂优选硫酸镁时,硫酸镁的浓度优选为10至400g/l组合物,更优选10至100g/l。可以使用更高浓度的硫酸镁例如高达400g/l,其会继续提供增强的催泻作用,但这种高水平的硫酸镁对制剂稳定性具有不利作用。如上所述,我们发现实践中在浓度低于400g/l,例如100g/l左右亦会损害制剂稳定性。
应理解,与在联吡啶类组合物中使用的助剂有关的术语物理不相容性表示该组合物的一种或多种组分的总体分离,该分离会或不会伴随着在制剂流变学上的显著变化或本体的均质性。倘若该组合物在大批量(in the bulk)下是充分均质的,则在严格的物理意义上来说该组合物完全均质是并非必然至关重要。因此第二相的微小分离也是可以接受的,条件是该分离相在大批量下保持完全分散。然而,若任何分离相大批量下不完全分散,而是例如升至组合物的表面,则该组合物不会显示本体均质性,并且从本体的一部分取出的样品与从本体的另一部分取出的样品会具有不同的组成。出于多种原因,这显然是不期望的。术语物理相容性表示上述物理不相容性的相反含义。
我们发现例如,当其试图混入大量其中所列的助剂时在存在藻酸盐下包含约120g/l百草枯离子和约80g/l敌草快离子以及约120g/l的硫酸镁七水合物的WO 02/076212的组合物显示出物理不相容性。从而当以大于约10g/l的水平混入牛脂胺乙氧基化物时,观察到物理分离现象。当试图以高于约10g/l的水平混入十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐时,形成两相。当试图甚至以低于10g/l的浓度混入二辛基磺基丁二酸钠时,也形成两相。当试图以50g/l的水平混入烷基乙氧基羧酸盐时,观察到部分物理分离,并且确信即使在低于该水平下助剂也是不能被接受的。即使在低于10g/l的浓度下,也观察到与部分醇类乙氧基化物相当差的相容性。然而,通过降低一种或多种组分的浓度或通过均以更低浓度仔细地混合多种助剂,可以克服或减轻该相容性问题,存在对这样的助剂的需求,所述助剂以相对高的负载在WO 02/076212所描述的组合物中相容,并且还显示了良好的生物性能增强作用,所述作用与具有潜在不相容性的常规助剂相当或不显著降低。我们发现本发明的胺或酰胺助剂,尤其是氨乙基哌嗪(AEP)满足该需求。因此例如,在负载至少40g/l实际胺的AEP与WO 02/076212的组合物是相容的。
本发明另一方面提供了一种含水农业化学组合物,其包含百草枯或敌草快以及奎宁环的盐、N-(氨基丙基)吗啉的盐、1-(2-羟乙基-2-咪唑啉酮)或氨乙基哌嗪的盐,其中百草枯或敌草快的浓度高于100g/l,并且其进一步包含10至400g/l,例如10至100g/l的电解质催吐剂例如硫酸镁。
本发明另一方面提供了一种含水农业化学组合物,其包含百草枯或敌草快以及奎宁环的盐、N-(氨基丙基)吗啉的盐、1-(2-羟乙基-2-咪唑啉酮)或氨乙基哌嗪的盐,其中百草枯或敌草快的浓度高于100g/l,并且其进一步包含pH引发胶凝剂藻酸盐,从而在人体胃液的酸性pH条件下发生pH引发的凝胶作用,以及10至400g/l,例如10至100g/l的电解质催吐剂例如硫酸镁。
当将本发明的胺或酰胺用作唯一的助剂时会提供有效的生物性能增强作用。然而,有利的是将本发明的胺或酰胺与第二助剂结合使用。第二助剂优选是表面活性剂。对可以使用的表面活性剂无特别地限定并且本领域技术人员已知大量的实例。我们发现阴离子、阳离子、非离子、两性或两性离子表面活性剂是有效的。
当然期望第二助剂与组合物,例如WO 02/076212中所描述的组合物也显示可接受的相容性,不过第二助剂可以良好地以低于本发明的胺或酰胺助剂的浓度来存在,从而该问题就不是至关紧要的。可以提及的适宜的第二助剂的实例为烷基聚糖苷、甜菜碱、烷基乙氧基化磷酸酯及其盐、醇醚羧酸及其盐、醇醚硫酸酯及其盐。作为在更高浓度下会显示物理不相容性,但若以较之于所述胺助剂而言相对低的水平混合仍可以接受的第二助剂的实例,可以提及醇乙氧基化物、胺乙氧基化物、氧化胺和阳离子表面活性剂如季铵盐。
可以提及的适宜的烷基聚糖苷(APG′s)的实例为例如聚合度为1.5-2.0的C8-10烷基聚糖苷(商购可得的实例包括AQNIQUE 8107-U)。可以提及的胺乙氧基化物的实例为例如C12-18烷基胺乙氧基化物(5-50摩尔)。商购可得的实例包括SYNPROLAM 35×15,ETHOMEEN C25或T25。季铵盐和乙氧基化季铵盐的实例包括C8-18烷基三烷基铵氯化物(商购可得的实例包括ARQUAD 16-50)。氧化胺的实例包括C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基二甲基胺氧化物(商购可得的实例包括AROMOX MCD-W)。甜菜碱的实例包括例如烷基二甲基甜菜碱和烷基酰氨基丙基甜菜碱,其中烷基链的长度可以为C12-18(商购可得的实例包括TEGOBETAINE F50)。烷基乙氧基化磷酸酯的实例包括例如C4-18烷基乙氧基(2-10摩尔)单-、二-或倍半-磷酸酯(酸、无机或有机盐的形式)。商购可得的实例包括CRODAFOS T5A,N10A和GERONOL CF/AR。醇醚羧酸酯的实例包括例如C8-18醇乙氧基化物(2-15摩尔)羧酸酯(酸、无机或有机盐的形式)。商购可得的实例包括EMPICOL CBF,CBJ和CED-5。醇醚硫酸酯的实例包括例如C8-18醇乙氧基化物(2-10摩尔)硫酸酯(酸、无机或有机盐的形式)。商购可得的实例包括EMPICOL EAC70,EGC70和ESC70。
如上所述,本发明胺或酰胺可以与阴离子表面活性剂或具有酸形式的表面活性剂形成盐。视需要,可以通过将本发明的胺例如在水溶液中与该阴离子表面活性剂反应预形成盐,但本发明对这种预反应无特别地需要。
本发明的胺或酰胺与第二助剂或共助剂的重量比可以在宽范围内变化,例如按重量计为50∶1至1∶50,优选10∶1至1∶10。
本发明的胺或酰胺与农业化学活性成分的重量比优选为1∶20至10∶1,例如1∶10至1∶2。当将本发明的胺或酰胺与一种或多种额外助剂例如额外的表面活性剂结合使用时,总的助剂(本发明的胺加上额外的表面活性剂)的重量比优选为1∶10至10∶1,例如1∶5至10∶1。该组合物可以包含本领域常规的其它添加剂。
本发明通过如下实施例来加以说明,其中所有的份数和百分比是按重量计,除非另有说明。
实施例1
在存在本发明的胺或酰胺的情况下,评价百草枯的生物性能增强作用。将上述胺或或酰胺进行试验,结果示于表1中。利用活动轨道喷雾器(moving track sprayer),以10、20和40g/ha(基于百草枯离子),将含有0.5重量%(均基于总喷雾体积)的奎宁环(基于胺盐的重量)、N-(氨基丙基)吗啉(基于母体胺的重量)或1-(2-羟乙基-2-咪唑啉酮)(基于酰胺的重量)的百草枯二氯化物的含水制剂施用至8种有代表性的杂草品种。该喷雾体积相当于200l/ha。对于氨乙基哌嗪,该制剂含有0.625重量%的胺(基团母体胺)。
每一试验进行3次重复,处理7天后的生物数据(活性%,其中0%表示无除草作用,并且100%表示完全杀灭)示于表1,其以基于综合用量平均响应的所有品种的平均值来表示。将该结果与仅含有百草枯氯化物的相应制剂相比较。

实施例2和3
利用如下方法评价含有200g/l百草枯和72g/l总的助剂以及藻酸盐胶凝剂的WO 02/076212组合物的生物活性:
在8个地点进行大田试验,其中目标植物是条播的阔叶或禾本科杂草。以施用量为75、150或300g/ha的百草枯离子,施用体积为200l/ha,在所述禾本科植物分蘖或阔叶杂草分枝的杂草生长期,叶面喷雾施用200g/l的百草枯组合物。
(注:其中0%的杂草控制表示无除草作用,100%的杂草控制表示完全杀灭)
在对照1中,所使用的助剂选自WO 02/076212的实例。在实施例2中,用AEP代替用于对照1中的72g/l的总助剂中的28g/l。在实施例3中,用AEP代替用于对照1中的37g/l的总助剂。施用7天后评价以杂草控制%表示的结果,并且该结果是所有施用量的平均值和所有试验物种的平均值。所有重复或所有大田试验的平均值如下所示:

可以看出分别用AEP代替39%和51%的常规助剂系统对生物性能无不利影响。当用AEP代替常规表面活性剂时,存在约120g/l硫酸镁七水合物的相应制剂显示了在物理相容性上的显著改善(通过显微镜检验得到证实)。
Claims (22)
1.一种农业化学组合物,其包含农业化学活性成分和作为胺或酰胺助剂的具有至少一个叔胺基团或叔氮的环胺或环酰胺。
2.根据权利要求1的农业化学组合物,其中所述农业化学活性成分选自百草枯、敌草快、草甘膦、氟磺胺草醚、噻虫嗪、甲基磺草酮、三氟啶磺隆或其混合物。
3.根据权利要求2的农业化学组合物,其中所述农业化学活性成分为百草枯或敌草快或其混合物。
4.根据权利要求3的农业化学组合物,其中百草枯或敌草快或其混合物的浓度高于100g/l。
5.根据权利要求1的农业化学组合物,其中所述的胺或酰胺助剂选自下组:奎宁环或其盐、N-(氨基丙基)吗啉或其盐、1-(2-羟乙基-2-咪唑啉酮)和氨乙基哌嗪或其盐。
6.根据权利要求1的农业化学组合物,其中胺或酰胺助剂与农业化学活性成分的重量比优选为1∶20至10∶1。
7.根据权利要求1的农业化学组合物,其中胺或酰胺助剂与农业化学活性成分的重量比优选为1∶10至1∶2。
8.根据权利要求4的农业化学组合物,其中进一步包含10至400g/l的电解质催泻剂。
9.根据权利要求8的农业化学组合物,其中所述电解质催泻剂为硫酸镁。
10.根据权利要求8的农业化学组合物,其中进一步包含pH引发胶凝剂藻酸盐,从而在人体胃液的酸性pH条件下发生pH引发的凝胶作用。
11.根据权利要求9的农业化学组合物,其中包含10至100g/l的硫酸镁作为电解质催泻剂。
12.根据权利要求1的农业化学组合物,其中进一步包含第二助剂。
13.根据权利要求12的农业化学组合物,其中所述第二助剂为表面活性剂。
14.根据权利要求13的农业化学组合物,其中所述表面活性剂选自下组:烷基聚糖苷、甜菜碱、烷基乙氧基化磷酸酯及其盐、醇醚羧酸及其盐、醇醚硫酸酯及其盐。
15.根据权利要求12的农业化学组合物,其中所述第二助剂以低于所述胺或酰胺助剂的浓度存在。
16.根据权利要求15的农业化学组合物,其中所述第二助剂选自下组:醇乙氧基化物、胺乙氧基化物、氧化胺和阳离子表面活性剂如季铵盐。
17.根据权利要求16的农业化学组合物,其中胺或酰胺助剂与第二助剂的重量比范围为约50∶1至1∶50。
18.根据权利要求17的农业化学组合物,其中胺或酰胺助剂与第二助剂的重量比范围为约10∶1至1∶10。
19.根据权利要求16的农业化学组合物,其中胺或酰胺助剂与第二助剂的重量比范围为约1∶1至低至1∶25。
20.根据权利要求19的农业化学组合物,其中胺或酰胺助剂与第二助剂的重量比范围为约1∶4至1∶15。
21.根据权利要求12的农业化学组合物,其中胺或酰胺助剂和第二助剂与农业化学活性成分的重量比优选为约1∶10至10∶1。
22.根据权利要求21的农业化学组合物,其中胺或酰胺助剂和第二助剂与农业化学活性成分的重量比优选为约1∶5至10∶1。
