Abstract

本发明涉及注塑机的鞋底模具控制技术,特别是一种鞋底注塑机的自动翻转模架。其特征在于在上、下模座两侧设有锁模机构,所述的锁模机构包含锁模板、锁模油缸及固定在上模座上的定位头,锁模板的板身与合模油缸的缸体铰接,锁模板下端与锁模油缸的活塞杆铰接,上端与定位头活动定位插接。其目的是为了设计一种锁模安全可靠的自动翻转模架。与现有技术相比,具有锁模可靠,定位稳定,安全系数高,结构简单,成本低,承载负荷大,能够适用于合模压力要求高的机器上使用等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及挤塑机的鞋底模具控制技术,特别是一种鞋底挤塑机的自动翻转模架。
背景技术
现有的塑胶鞋底挤出机或注射成型机有两种结构形式:一种是园盘机,另一种是四格林柱立式站位机,这两种机型注料生产时都要经历以下的工艺过程:合模——增压——稳压——注料——保压——开模,上述过程都是在模具安装架上通过液压油缸来实现的,制鞋上通常把液压油缸的增压、稳压、保压过程称之为锁模过程。对于园盘机而言,虽然其锁模过程易于实现,机器结构也比较简单,但因受其结构型式的影响,考虑到安全可靠等方面的原因,其液压油缸吨位不可能设计得较大,无法形成较大的合模压力,因此,园盘机到目前为止只能生产有限的品种和低档的产品;对于四格林柱立式站位机在四格林柱式的模具安装架上虽可得到较大的锁模压力,但随着鞋类品种档次的不断提高,对合模压力的要求也不断增加,使四格林柱也越来越粗大,上下模块也越作越厚,为安全起见,有的还增加了合模锁模的安全系统,上模板也始终是固定锁死不动的,机器结构越来越复杂,制造成本不断增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种锁模安全可靠的自动翻转模架。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术解决方案:一种自动翻转模架,包含上模座、下模座、合模油缸、自动翻模控制机构,其特征在于在上、下模座两侧设有锁模机构,所述的锁模机构包含锁模板、锁模油缸及固定在上模座上的定位头,锁模板的板身与合模油缸的缸体铰接,锁模板下端与锁模油缸的活塞杆铰接,上端与定位头活动定位插接。合模油缸在锁模过程中,在锁模机构的作用下,上模座可安全牢固地被固定在相应的位置上,达到安全可靠的锁模要求。

具体实施方式
如图1-图2所示,本实施例包含上模座(1)、下模座(3)、合模油缸(4)、自动翻模控制机构(11、12、13、14)、左、右锁模机构。所述的锁模机构(以右锁模机构为例)包含锁模板(7)、锁模油缸(9)及固定在上模座(1)上的定位头(2),其中,锁模板(7)分上、下两段,并成一定的角度,其过渡连接处的板身通过转轴(6)与合模油缸(4)的缸体(5)铰接,锁模板(7)下端与锁模油缸(9)中的活塞杆(8)铰接,锁模板(7)上端设有窗口型方孔(10),与定位头(2)活动定位插接。上、下鞋底模具(图中未画出)分别安装在上模座(1)和下模座(3)上。
此外,所述的自动翻模控制机构包含翻转油缸(14)、支臂(11)、翻臂(12),其中,支臂(11)下端固定连接在合模油缸上,支臂(11)上端与翻臂(12)臂身铰接,翻臂(12)一端与上模座固定连接,另一端与翻转油缸(14)中的活塞杆(13)铰接。
系统合模锁模过程如下:以右锁模板为例,当启动锁模油缸(9)后,活塞杆(8)推动锁模板(7)绕转轴(6)作逆时针旋转,旋转至锁模板(7)上半段板身与上模座(1)下平面垂直位置时停止,此时锁模板窗口型方孔(10)正好套入上模座(1)定位头(2)中,并成相对插接位置。在右锁模板旋转时,左锁模板同步作异向旋转。当两锁模板同时旋转到锁模位置时(即与上模座(1)下平面成垂直位置),合模油缸(4)启动,下模座(3)上行和上模合模,并增压至额定压力后,完成锁模过程。解除锁模时,只需卸去合模压力,下模座分离下行,同时,利用自动翻模控制机构将上模座顺时针方向旋转一小角度,让定位头(2)与锁模板脱离接触,即可启动锁模油缸(9)带动锁模板旋转左右分开,完成解锁全过程。
综上所述,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、结构简单,制造成本低;
2、锁模可靠、定位稳定、安全系数高;
3、承载负荷大,能够适用于合模压力要求高的机器上使用。

1、一种自动翻转模架,包含上模座(1)、下模座(3)、合模油缸(4)、自动翻模控制机构,其特征在于在上、下模座(1)、(3)两侧设有锁模机构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自动翻转模架,其特征在于所述的锁模机构包含锁模板(7)、锁模油缸(9)及固定在上模座上的定位头(2),锁模板(7)的板身与合模油缸(4)中的缸体铰接,锁模板下端与锁模油缸(9)中的活塞杆铰接,上端与定位头(1)活动定位插接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的自动翻转模架,其特征在于所述的锁模板(9)上端设有窗口型方孔(10)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的自动翻转模架,其特征在于所述的锁模板(9)分上、下两段,并成一定的角度。
