Abstract

背景技术
电动无空气喷漆器很普遍得应用在将建筑涂料施加至不同结构上。此类喷洒器典型地使用开/关(静区)或者变速控制,以保持设定压力。典型地,在此类喷洒器上提供过热保护,当马达的温度超过预定程度时所述过热保护关闭所述喷洒器。
发明内容
从而本发明的目标是提供一种为喷漆器提供增强性能的过热保护系统。提供保护以允许使用更小和/或更轻的马达同时保持可接受的性能级别也是本发明的目标。
为达到该目标,在所述喷洒器中电动马达的刷座上放置一个100千欧的NTC热敏电阻器,以监测所述喷洒器的温度。控制板上的处理器监测所述热敏电阻器输出。在温度充分低于所述马达的极限时,所述喷洒器以完全的选定压力变速运行以获得最优性能。
在所述温度接近允许的极限时,能采用几种性能削减以防止过热。优选的方式是逐步降低控制压力。如果所述温度持续升高,所述控制器转换至开/关或静区控制。这种模式使用小喷嘴尖冷却得更好,这是因为风扇转速更高且有相当长的关闭时间。如果温度不受这些措施的影响而继续升高,所述控制器关闭所述单元。
对所述系统额外增强的是,控制逻辑的控制需要依照所述马达运行时产生的不同的断路温度。例如,如果开/关操作的断路点为140℃,所述控制则仅会在超过该温度达到马达运行一分钟时间后改变到开/关模式。这有助于补偿在所述马达停止后所述热敏电阻器监测到的马达温度继续升高一些的事实。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,100千欧NTC热敏电阻器10放置在喷洒器16中电动马达14的刷座12中,以监测喷洒器16的温度。控制板20上的处理器18监测热敏电阻器10的输出。在温度充分低于马达14的极限时,喷洒器16以完全的选定压力变速运行以获得最优性能。

Claims (7)
1.一种对变速电动喷洒器内马达进行热防护的方法,所述马达运行以保持用户选择的控制压力,该方法包括:
监测所述马达的温度;以及
当所述马达温度超过预定级别时,从所述用户选择的控制压力中减少控制压力。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述改变仅在所述马达温度超过所述预定级别且马达运行预定时间长度后才出现。
3.一种对变速电动喷洒器内马达进行热防护的方法,所述马达运行以保持用户选择的控制压力,该方法包括:
监测所述马达的温度;以及
当所述马达温度超过预定级别时,把对所述马达的控制从变速控制转换为开/关控制。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述改变仅在所述马达温度超过所述预定级别且马达运行预定时间长度后才发生。
5.一种对变速电动喷洒器内马达进行热防护的方法,所述马达运行以保持用户选择的控制压力,该方法包括:
监测所述马达的温度;以及
当所述马达温度超过第一预定级别时,从所述用户选择的控制压力中减少控制压力;并且
当所述马达温度超过第二级别时,把对所述马达的控制从变速控制转换为开/关控制。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述第二预定级别高于所述第一预定级别。
7.如权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述改变仅在所述马达温度超过所述预定级别且马达运行预定时间长度后才发生。
