Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于移动特重负荷的输送器,其包括链,所述链具有多个沿宽度方向布置的链节,而各个链节在长度方向上由塑料和钢交替制成,链在其承载侧设有连续的单件式橡胶带。
背景技术
这种具有多链环的链是公知的。然而,在使用这种公知链时,由于其不能提供承载功能,因此非常重的负荷只能被牵引或提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种装置,其可以利用有限的力以拖曳的方式移动非常重的负荷。
根据本发明,这一目的可以如此实现,即链中的塑料链节具有组合的承载和牵引功能,而且它们与底侧支承体一起构成了套筒轴承(sleeve bearing)。塑料链节的相对大的承载表面可以降低非常高的静态和动态负荷所产生的比表面压力(specific surfacepressure)。在使用滚子轴承例如滚珠轴承和滚针轴承时,承载表面非常小,因此这种力可能会导致破坏。
在使用根据本发明的输送器时,非常重的输送对象被铺放在底侧支承体上的塑料链节承载,因此可以利用相对较小的力将非常重的负荷在其上向前滑动拖动。

具体实施方式
输送器链包括多个塑料链节1,它们如图1所示一个接一个地地布置。单件式金属连接销2延伸穿过一个接一个地布置并且形成一条线的各个塑料链节,以将塑料链节相互连接并且将它们连接到下一行的金属链节3,所述金属链节在一条直线中一个接一个地布置着,并且部分地位于塑料链节之间,以使得可以通过金属连接销2使金属链节3相对于塑料链节以铰链的方式运动(枢转),但同时连接销2不能相对于金属链节3运动。为此,连接销具有沿纵向延伸的半管体形状,金属链节具有匹配凹槽4。塑料链节具有圆孔5。这样,可以防止金属连接销2在金属链节3转动并且因此而被磨损,而针对半圆形金属连接销2在塑料链节的圆孔5中的转动,采取了高耐磨性措施。
为了在两种类型的链节具有相同高度的前提下在整个链中维持相同的抗拉强度,塑料链节1的宽度与金属链节3的宽度被选择为与这两种材料的比抗拉强度(specific tensile strength)成反比。换言之,一行中的金属链节的总抗拉强度等于下一行中的塑料链节的总抗拉强度。
因此,如此获得的相对宽的塑料链节1还构成了链的最大表面(大约90%)。这个表面对于输送器的负荷承载能力而言是至关重要的,并且取决于所选择的塑料。
为了确保链相对于其底侧支承体具有令人满意的套筒轴承特性,需要防止两个滑动元件之间的污染。通过将塑料链节和金属链节的高度选择为相等,两种链节均可以抵靠在底侧支承体上。这样,可以为相继的塑料链节之间的开口形成阻隔,因此来自链侧面的污染可以被限制在最小。设在链顶部的连续单件式橡胶带6可以防止来自上方的污染,并且与金属链节一起完全封闭了滑动元件。
连续单件式橡胶带被机械式地连接在塑料链节上。为此,在橡胶带的厚度方向上,热结合了金属条7,并且沿着金属条定位并形成孔,从而可以通过例如螺钉8而实现塑料链节的连接。
塑料链节相对于支撑着它们滑动的底侧支承体而言具有低摩擦系数。各种不同的组合特征可以被采用,例如POM(聚甲醛)制成的链节,位于带有充油尼龙顶层的支承体上。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于移动特重负荷的输送器,所述输送器包括链,所述链具有多个沿宽度方向布置的实体链节,而所述多个实体链节在长度方向上交替地由塑料和金属制成,其特征在于,所述塑料链节同时具有承载和牵引功能,而且与支撑着被拖曳的塑料链节的底侧支承体一起构成了套筒轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输送器,其特征在于,所述链在其底侧设有连续的单件式橡胶带,所述橡胶带机械式地连接着所述链。
3.根据权利要求1所述的输送器,其特征在于,所述塑料链节和金属链节具有相同的高度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的输送器,其特征在于,单件式金属连接销将一行中的多个实体链节彼此相连,并将它们连接到下一行中的多个实体链节。
5.根据权利要求1所述的输送器,其特征在于,金属连接销将一行中的多个实体链节彼此相连,并将它们连接到下一行中的多个实体链节,以使得金属连接销不能相对于金属链节运动,但允许金属链节相对于塑料链节以铰链的方式运动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的输送器,其特征在于,所述链节的宽度与构成它们的材料的比抗拉强度成反比。
7.根据权利要求1所述的输送器,其特征在于,用于在其上拖曳输送器链的底侧支承体具有由充填了润滑剂的尼龙制成的顶层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的输送器,其特征在于,塑料链节由POM塑料制成。
